The next day, the Pevensies (minus Lucy, who was ignoring her siblings and reading by one of the larger trees) and I decided to play cricket to take advantage of the nicer weather.

"Peter winds up, poised to take yet another wicket!" The blonde boy stated in a mock sports commentator voice, before pitching.

"Ow!" Edmund exclaims as the ball hit him square in the leg.

"Whoops! Wake up, Dolly Daydream!" Peter joked, making Susan and I snicker.

"Can't we play hide and seek again?" The younger boy grumbled with a frown.

"You were the one who called it a kid's game, Edmund!" I chuckled from my place in the outfield.

"Besides, we could all use the fresh air!" Susan said optimistically and I nodded. "She's right, we've been cooped up inside for the past two days, a little sunshine will do us all good!"

"It's not like there isn't air inside." Edmund scoffed, rolling his eyes.

"Are you ready then?" The eldest Pevensie asked the younger boy.

"Are you?" The brunette challenged, tapping his cricket bat against the ground.

Peter then pitches the ball, hard, and Edmund hits it. The ball soars a decent distance, before going through one of the stained glass windows on the second floor.

"Damnit." I muttered with a cringe as I heard something crash to the ground. I shared a wide eyed look with the others as we quickly made our way to the scene of the accident.

"Well done, Ed!" Peter scoffed sarcastically, as we saw that one of the suits of armor had been knocked over.

"You balled it!" The younger boy argued in his own defense.

Suddenly, the sounds of Mrs Macready's shrill tones filled the air as she made her way up the stairs.

"The Macready!" Susan exclaimed and we all took off into a run.

Eventually, the five of us managed to find ourselves in the doorway of the wardrobe room, which happened to be the only room that wasn't locked.

"You've got to be joking." Susan huffed as Edmund opened the wardrobe so that we could all hide inside.

"Come on!" I snap, urging everyone into the large piece of furniture.

       "Ow! Edmund!"

       "I didn't do anything!"

       "Stop shoving!"

"Ed, you're stepping on my toe!"

"I'm no even on your toe!"

        "Peter, hurry up!"

"I'm going as fast as I can, Eva!"

"Ow!" Susan exclaimed as she and Peter fell upon what seemed to be snow. When they fell, I tripped over a root and landed on the eldest Pevensie boy.

"Sorry, Pete." I groaned in pain, still recovering from the hard fall.

"It's alright, Love."  He told me with a chuckle and a slightly pained smile. I meekly got off of the blond, landing beside him on the snow covered ground.

"Impossible..." Susan muttered, looking around at the snow covered forest. She and Peter stared at the scenery in awe, as I stood to join Lucy.

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see the young girl making a snowball behind her back. I didn't even try to hide my smug grin as Lucy told her older siblings sarcastically.

"Don't worry, I'm sure it's just a figure of your imagination."

"I don't suppose saying we're sorry would quite cover it?" Peter asked the younger brunette with a slight cringe on his face.

"No, it wouldn't." Lucy told him, giving both of the oldest Pevensies a cold glare. Her icy look melted away into a mischievous grin as she said. "But this might!"

The young girl then proceeded to throw  the snowball right at Peter, hitting him in the face. And just like that, a snowball fight erupted between us all, our laughter echoing through the woods.

I had just hit Susan in the arm, when I heard Edmund cry out in pain. We all looked at him with knowing glares.

"You little liar!" Peter hissed at his little brother, approaching the younger boy threateningly.

"None of you believed her either!" He spat in irritation, trying to talk his way out of trouble.

"I did." I spoke up, raising my right hand in the air. "I believed her from the start."

My words earned me a grateful and happy smile from Lucy, who had taken my hand in her small one.

"Apologize to Lucy." The eldest Pevensie told the brunette boy, who stayed silent. "Say your sorry!"

"Alright! I'm sorry!" The younger boy stated, making me roll my eyes.

"That's alright." Lucy stated nonchalantly, before grinning smugly and saying. "Some little children just don't know when to stop pretending."

"That's my girl." I commented, grinning proudly at the younger girl. Lucy and I shared a small high five, before bringing our attention back to her siblings.

"Very funny." Edmund muttered, glaring at the snow covered ground.

"Maybe we should go back." Susan suggested, looking uneasy about our new discovery.

"Come on, Sue! We just discovered a magical land in a dusty old wardrobe, and your not even the tiniest bit curious?" I asked the brunette with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, shouldn't we at least take a look around?" Edmund agreed, but he seemed a bit off. As if his behavior turned completely around.

"I think Lucy should decide." I told the siblings with a smile. "After all she did find this place first."

"I agree with Eva." Peter told the others, offering me a smile.

"No surprise there." I heard Lucy whisper to Susan, earning a chuckle and a nod from her sister. I simply rolled my brown eyes and ignored her comment.

"So? What'll it be, Lu?" I asked with a kind smile.

"I'd like you all to meet Mr. Tumnus!" She replied excitedly, a wide grin spread across her face.

"Well, then Mr. Tumnus it is!" The eldest Pevensie boy laughed, before ducking into the wardrobe.

"But we can't go hiking in the snow! Dressed like this!" Susan argued, rubbing her arms to warm them up.

"No, but I'm sure the Professor wouldn't mind us using these!" Peter told her as he re-emerged from the wardrobe with a handful of coats. "Right, Pegs?"

"Right." I agreed with a mischievous smile, as he tossed me a coat.

"Besides, If you think about it, logically," He said as he handed a coat to Susan, making her roll her eyes. "We're not even taking them out of the wardrobe."

"But that's a girl's coat!" Edmund protested, looking down at the woman's black coat that his brother had handed him.

"I know." Peter told him simply, making me grin.

"Come on, Little One." I told Lucy as I helped her put on her coat. "Off to the faun's house we go!"
