As time passed jungkook was the one making conversation. Rose would node or say one word as response. Even though jungkook wished she would say more than that he knew she won't. Therefore he kept talking to make it up for both of them.

Other times rose would always run a way from him whenever he tried to talk to her. So this time he was somehow glade that she couldn't run away from him. As he kept blabbering about everything rose kept staring at him with a sweet smile without realizing. As jungkook noticed it he asked her.

"What?" Jungkook said with an amused smile. "Nothing" Rose said while trying to contain her laughter. "Well I have to talk for both of us as you won't say a word" jungkook said with a serious face. And this made Rose to laugh out loud. 

She stopped laughing as she saw him staring at her with a genuine smile on his face. When he realized what he was doing he coughed pretending like he wasn't staring at her. They both were blushing at being caught by each other.

As the nurse came and gave her medicine, rose started to feel sleepy and jungkook sat their watching her slowly falling asleep. He couldn't help but smile while looking at her sleeping form. He felt happy just by being by her side.

He couldn't help but think about the time when she broke down in his arm. He felt her pain when she was trembling and crying in his arms. He knew he wanted nothing more than to protect her from whatever it was hurting her.

He couldn't imagine what would have happened to her if he wasn't their to save her on time. The thought of something bad happening to her made him scared. He has never felt that for anyone and had never wanted to protect any one more than he wants to protect her.

He knew he was starting to fall for her and he couldn't help but look at her sleeping form lovingly. He wished he could pull her in his arms as he missed her warmth. But he knew he couldn't. He walked closer to her bedside and gently touched her cheeks.

He loved how unknowingly rose came closer to his touch in her sleep. He tucked her hair which has fallen into her face and without realizing her stood their looking at her lovingly.

He couldn't help but wonder how beautiful she looked while sleeping. He carefully pulled the covers over her body to keep her warm. He softly whispered a goodnight to her and as if rose could hear it she smiled softly in her sleep. Jungkook found her action cute and it made him laugh at her cuteness.

When the morning came Rose woke up unaware about where she was at first. When the memories came back flashing to her she looked over the chair where jungkook was before she fell asleep. She found that seat empty and somehow it made her upset not to see him there.

Rose sister walked into the rose and knew that rose was looking for jungkook. "He went home few hours ago. He will be back in the afternoon" She said with an amused smile. Rose blushed and pretended like she didn't care. Rose sister knew her well enough to know she liked him.

But she let it go for the moment and helped her get ready and fed her before she had to go back to her duty. Rose couldn't help but think about jungkook the whole time. Even though she won't admit but she liked having him here.

The whole time her sister kept teasing her about jungkook and rose had to deny every time when her sister made a comment about her liking him. For some reason She missed having his presence here. 

When her sister went back to her duty she was more than relieved because she had enough of her sister teasing comments and remark about jungkook and her. She kept herself busy by reading some novels from her phone. 

As the time for jungkook to arrive came close she couldn't help but wondered when he would come. She wasn't sure whether he would come or would have forgotten about her by now. She didn't want to get her hopes high so she tried to keep herself busy on her phone.

She started to feel sleepy and she blamed it on her pain killers. Without knowing she fell asleep with her phone in her hand. 

As jungkook walked inside the ward he couldn't help but smile when she saw her sleeping with her phone clutched in her arms. He could see she was already in a deep sleep and he walked closer to her to remove the phone from her hand so she could sleep better.

He tried to take it from her as slowly as he could without waking her up. He put the phone in the drawer near her bed. Rose turned around in her sleep jungkook stood next to her. He didn't want to disturb her so he walked slowly over to his seat and sat their.

He picked up his phone and went through the playlist trying to keep himself busy. After a while he could hear rose making small sounds in her sleep. He looked over her and noticed how she was frowning in her sleep as if she was having a bad dream.

He noticed how she started to have beads of sweats on her forehead and how her breathing started to get deeper. He rushed to her side as he realized she was having a nightmare. He softly touched her cheeks trying to calm her down but when he noticed tears on her cheeks he tried to wake her up.

Rose woke up with a jolt and she looked everywhere until her eyes met jungkook. Without any thought she hugged him and jungkook wrapped his arm around her trying to comfort her.

She seemed so scared and the fact that she was crying in her sleep broke jungkook heart. 

"Shh Shh. Its okey. It's okey it was just a nightmare." Jungkook softly whispered to her trying to comfort her. He pulled her a little closer to him when he realized she was crying into his chest. He kept comforting her and when her breathing calmed down he gently pulled her face in his hand.

He wiped her tears away so gently. Rose kept her eyes closed."Look at me rose" Jungkook asked so softly yet it sounded demanding. Rose couldn't deny this time. She slowly opened her eyes and her breath got stuck when she realized how close their faces where.
