Welcome to the membership forms, these are the forms to become an official member. You will be given a member number once you are accepted. The member numbers are for me to utilize while giving tasks and such.

The task forms will be different from the member forms, to apply to the task form you will need to apply on the latest task form.

Only fill out the task form once you are accepted as an official member.
