Blinded by sight

The snow continued to fall to its slippery death. The coldest D'Lawerence had ever been, in September.
Mornings felt like warm oatmeal, with faint Indian flute music harmonizing the horizon.

White light, some call that snow blind. It's all anyone could see.

Classes cancelled due to the extremities.
Our four friends were trapped in their lives for a day. No escaping their own harsh realities.

As a way of making money in a time of desperation, Theodora took upon the stage! The set consisted of a doctors office with examination table. Stethoscope, gloves and gowns. She wore a nurses hat.
Just the hat.
It was white with red trim.

Her stage partners were college hunks who were looking for attention and so they went to the school nurse. Dora the explorer gave them all rectal exams followed by fellatio and in turn each of the hunks performed cunnilingus on her.

This is what made the university gazette. Her husband was one of those hunks Howie!
He was no nerd, as the name may scream. Now an Oil field guru, Howie made boat loads of money.
The problem for both of them, is their past shenanigans came to light.
Similarly the D'Lawerence paper featured an article on the re-opening of an out of town case, "Stew Face, The Mother of stories"
Theodora trashes the paper and peers outside into the blinding light.

Manny awakes and gets the light caught in his eyes. He turns over and has a smoke. Remnants of school work clutter around his studio. The painting sits atop the dresser.
There is nothingness to his thought. He lives a very simplistic life, eats well and goes to the gym. Though still incredibly charming and easy on the eyes he chooses to focus on his end game.

The studio is filled with greens. Plants everywhere. Chakras and incense surround his bathroom. National Geographic magazines clutter the kitchen table. Africa and the starved children are his charity of choice. Manny dedicates portions of his cheques to the needing of water far far away.

Activism happens on the gloomiest of days, this being one of them. He marches the grounds of the legislature, located in central D'Lawerence with a multitude of others. The coldest of days and protestors for carbon energy still emerge.

He vowed he would carry on Wilma' heart through all he would do in his new found life. He carried her up the steps, wrapped around his neck in a vile filled with her ashes.

Raising his arms in solidarity with the other climate warriors, he chants save the planet save one another!!

As the light of this day goes dark. The streets clear of motorists and the sound of children tobogganing goes softly to the night. Juniper finds herself tumbling down the basement stairs, sporting yet another black eye.
