{6} "Your Dad Compelled the Entire Magnolia Candy Shop."

Hope and Skye were walking around a table with a bone on it. The bone would turn in the direction they were walking in which looked interesting to them. As they were studying it, they heard whispers telling them something. It wasn't the bone though, it was something else entirely. Hayley walked in and saw what was happening with the girls.

"Hope, Skye, what is going on?" Hayley asked the two girls.

"Mom?" Hope and Skye called out. They were turning their heads to look around them. The whispers were coming from all around them.

"Can you hear them, too?" Skye questioned her mother. Hayley pulled the twins away from the bone to look at her. She inspected them worriedly not knowing what was happening to them.

Klaus entered the room, "What's going on?"

Hayley turned Hope and Skye to her making them look at her, "Look at me. Tell me what you heard." Hayley demanded.

"Voices. They said that we're connected to this. You, me, and Skye." Hope said. Hayley looked over at Klaus and he looked down at the bone.

"If this fossil has been whispering lies, I'll gladly throw it in the river." Klaus stated.

"No. It's not the bone. It's the witches. The Ancestors." Skye corrected him. The two girls looked around again listening to the whispers closely. Hayley and Klaus looked at their daughters with worry not knowing what was going on with them.

Hope looked up to the ceiling, "They have a message for us. A warning."

Hayley placed both of her hands on either side of their face, "Tell me what they said."

"They want you to go to St. Anne's Church to talk to them." Skye explained as she was still looking around the room.

"They said you have to do exactly what they say, and you have to do it now." Hope finished for her sister. Hayley sent a confused and alarmed look to Klaus who had the same expression.

Hope and Skye turned to look back at the fossil, "Before the Hollows comes for us."

Hope and Skye bust into the church and looked at the scene in front of them. Hayley and Marcel were standing in front of a brown haired girl. Their father was laying in a circle in front of the girl unconscious. Both girls had an angry look on their face, "No!"

"You promised to help us." Skye said as her eyes narrowed at the brunette girl in front of her.

"But you're not helping. You're hurting us, and we won't let you." Hope and Skye grab each others hand and hold up their fists in the air. A gust of wind comes rushing through the church making some almost lose their balance. Hope and Skye stood in front of them, completely unaffected with what was going on. They lowered their hands and just stood there. Klaus snapped his eyes open and looked around the room in slight confusion. Both girls rush toward him and hug him tightly.

Skye walked into the main room of the compound with Hope beside of her. Standing in front of a table was a man their father had talked about. He had brown hair and a stubble. "Our said that you study this type of stuff." Skye said looking at the object in her hand.

"Yeah, that's right. There are a lot of amazing things in the world to study. And some of them are even things that don't want to hurt you," Alaric said. He looked down to the objects in the girls' hands. "And what do you have there?" He asked.

"These are for serenity." Hope placed down one of the objects in her hand on the table.

Skye placed another one down in another place, "This one is for stillness."

Hope and Skye looked at their work and nodded in approval, "They'll keep the flowers in bloom." Alaric smiled at their intelligence.

"Now, did you two teach yourselves all that?" Alaric questioned them curiously.

"Well, we did read about it in one of our Aunt Freya's books. She's helping us learn, but some stuff we figure out on our own." Hope replied. The girl looked up at him and he hummed while studying them.

"Well... that is all very impressive." Alaric complemented.

Hayley walked into the room with something in her hands, "They're impressive young ladies."

"It's good meeting you two, Littlest Mikaelsons," Alaric turned to Hayley and gave her a nod, she nodded back. Alaric turned back to the twins, "I'll be seeing you around." Alaric turned and left the girls standing in the room. The girls looked at the plate of cookies that their mother had. Skye's face practically lit up with joy at the sight of them.

"Those for us?" Skye asked joyfully. The three girls sat down on the couch beside of them.

"After what you both did today, your dad compelled the entire Magnolia candy shop." Hayley said. Hope and Skye laughed softly at her statement. Skye stopped laughing and her face fell slightly.

"Dad seemed sad." Skye said in a sad tone.

"I think that he wanted to be the one doing the helping today. But we both agreed on one thing: You two were very, very brave." Hayley commented. The girls smiled at her mothers compliment. They had always felt so happy when they were complimented by their mother. It didn't matter what other people had to say, the only thing that mattered was what their family said about them.

"We just thought about what you would do. It's like you always say: if we stick together, nothing can hurt us." Hope told her.

"Always and forever." The girls said in usion. Hayley laughed slightly and the younger girls kissed their two fingers and held them out. Hayley did the same and they connected them. The twins stood up to hug their mother and in that moment everything was okay.
