The strings of the guitar
Prick at my heart 
A boulder of darts 
Just clobbers me apart.
Tears sting to weep
I'm devastated down deep
Boxes of memories hold
A sway over the untold.
Signing away me
Leaving behind the betrayal I feel.

I'm paralyzed for words
As my life unfurls
On the stage of roles
I've played to encore 
Been hollow inside

 I journeyed to Infinity.

The jarring holes remind me
How much I've given of me
In the chasms of chaos
