There's a reason why I will not stop writing
Is the reason I haven't stopped fighting
With my words and the portals
And the social media trends.

There's a light hidden in each
Buried underneath deep
A voice--dying to reach
Kindness is something we can always preach.

One voice is enough to change
The raging tempests of hate
A warrior standing true
Against the darkness violence brews.

Bravery isn't commended indeed
When your battles are unseen
It's takes courage to take a stand in what we believe
Even if it makes us lonely.

Our tears are there for company
In happiness and grief
Our values keep us steady
When faith is our brief.
