Roxanne walked on the path that was designated for shopping. She would eventually stop infront a shop or two in astonishment with how cute the things they had in there. Carnivals were a lot common when she was a child, every Saturday they had one at the park infront of her mother's work place but she could never afford to go.

"If you promise to not run off again and be a goodgirl I will buy you a lot of cute things."

"All of them daddy?"

"All of them" The deep voice that she ignored while taking off in the direction to choose a pair of metallic keychain for Darius was now very near and almost dangerous right now and it seemed like she had no option to say no so the angel resorted to a pout while nodding.

"Daddy is always scolding me."

"Then you should not be mischievous"

"But you said I am your good girl, I am not mischievous....I-I am your baby!" The sweet angel bickered gently as they walked but was soon distracted when she reached at the end of a line of small booths, there was a bigger shop that had glass exterior to see inside and choose the products to buy.

The old man who sat behind the screen looked gloomy since very few of the customers have bought his items considering the price, they failed to appreciate the quality and beauty of those specially imported items from Korea.

"Go on dove, talk to him and ask for whatever you want." Roxanne nodded happily before they swung the wooden door open making the bell attached to it jingle.

For the next twenty minutes 'this one' and 'that one' chimed in the shop and the owner for once got skeptical if the little lady would really buy the items or was she joking around but looking at the brooding man behind her who appeared ready to devour anyone without leaving any bones if his woman was questioned the old man could only perspire and nod while keeping her selected items aside for taking home.

Darius paid for the items without blinking and choosing another few that he himself liked to decorate their room....'theirs' when they will live together in one home after shifting.

Darius had previously talked with the manager of the event and was himself a sponsor that contributed in setting up tents and booths to attract people into coming here, this was not only an opportunity for handicraft workers to earn but also 10% of the entire earnings would be donated to the trust for orphaned children.

When he informed the trade union that he would be attending this small carnival with his girlfriend himself it was only natural that the manager assigned two male servants that were responsible for taking care that this went smoothly and also delivered his buyings to the mansion directly.

Just like that the couple roamed for another two hours at the pavilion and also enjoyed some of the swings and rides. By the time it was midnight they boarded the giant wheel to see the skyline.

Roxanne was seated on Darius's lap with her head being buried in his chest. Cool night wind blew ferociously at this height making her afraid thus the judge smelling like a the musk of warm dark cocoa embraced her into his hold that felt more like a safe haven.

The nymph was tired yet Darius had not an ounce of fatigue in his eyes, he was waiting for the entire day to tell her something and finally the chance arrived at this perfect Giant wheel that was adorned and embellished with thousands of glimmering.

"Babydoe, I need to tell you something." Roxanne rubbed both her eyes with tiny fists adorably before she raised her head smiling softly as if to encourage him.

The man put his hand in his pocket before taking out a box containing a charm bracelet of Disney princess from Pandora making the girl somewhat look at Darius in serious wonder.

"Roxanne I love you, the moment you entered my life you filled it with innocence and light just like you see all around here today, this place is the symbolic of your presence." He gently placed the diamond bracelet on her dainty wrist making the doe gasp as if she could not believe what was truly happening when he also took out another black cube.

"I know.... had known for long that you wanted to play as my sweet little wife and the truth to be told I always stopped myself from making you entirely mine since I was afraid that you were not ready for it but baby I want to ask you, can you please be my fiancée now?

You can take your time, one year, two...five or whatever but I only know that it is you that I want to spend all my lifetime with. That one day I want to kiss you as my bride and then raise our own family together. I want to make you happy Roxanne because your happiness is my heart's desire."

When Darius opened the box, his melted silver eyes extremely serious and vulnerable Roxanne could only feel her eyes getting misty, the giant wheel had stopped a long time ago, placing them at the middle upper position that was neither too high nor too low.

"When the time comes, would you marry me babydoe?" Instead of answering when the little girl burst into tears Darius was frightened for the first time in his life.

"Hey baby! Its alright, I can wait-"

"No!...I-I w-wanna! I wanna marry you." The little dove climbed upon him and looked up making Darius unable to resist and mold his lips with her into a fiery kiss, passionate sucking and desperate tongues colliding with the man dominating the girl with his callused arm wrapped around the nape of his girl's neck.

The kiss broke and the diamond ring was gently fitted onto one of the fragile fingers that the man kissed with his silver eyes glimmering.
