*Two days later*

Crossing the invisible line they finally arrived at Lorenzo's pack. Emilia stared in awe at how lively the pack seemed to be, she saw pups running around.

It brought a smile to her face to know that there is still innocence present in this world. Lorenzo grabbed her attention and led her to his parent's home.

Harper followed them silently and glaring annoyedly at Emilia. She couldn't understand how special she was to Lorenzo as he looks at her like she was his whole world.

Stepping up the steps Lorenzo swings open the door to see his parents sitting in the living room. They stop talking as they see their son walking through their door with an unknown female.

His mother wraps him in a hug and Emilia smiles liking how protective his mother was towards him. Lorenzo steps away from his mother and nods his head to his father who gives him a stiff nod in return.

Grinning Lorenzo takes Emilia's hand in his and looks at his parents, "This is my mate, Emilia." He states proudly as he grins at her.

She grins back and looks at his parents who held disgust in their eyes. She is slightly taken back but does not show it.

They nod and see Harper hiding behind them, they beckon for her to enter which she does. She smugly smiles at Emilia and bumps her shoulder when she passes her.

Emilia glares while clenching her fist to not swing at Harper. 

They immediately check on her to make sure she has no injuries and gives her food to eat. Lorenzo's left eye twitches at the blunt disrespect of how his parents just treated his mate.

He was hoping to come home with them welcoming her with open arms but instead, they disregard her as if she was nothing. This annoyed him to no end, as he saw how her grin faltered.

Stroking her cheek softly he glares at his parents who aren't paying attention and is devoting their time to Harper who isn't even their kid.

"Since clearly you aren't wanted here Emilia let's go meet the pack members since the last time I was here I wasn't able to meet them," Lorenzo stated and put the bag on the ground and led her out of the home.

He grumbles under his breath wondering why they completely ignored Emilia. He knew she was excited to meet his parents as she kept asking questions about them.

She wanted them to like her but they paid her no mind and she must be feeling sad.

He stops and strokes her cheek, "Don't mind them Emilia if they don't like you it shouldn't matter because you are everything to me. Their opinion does not matter so don't let it get to you."

She nods and closes her eyes as she feels his lips on her forehead. "I know but I was really hoping they would but it bums me to see how they treated me. It makes me think of the lab and I hate that feeling," She said slightly embarrassed of how they humiliated her.

Lorenzo wants to turn around and curse out his parents for making his Emilia feel this way. "Lia don't feel bad, do you just want to be alone and meet the pack later?" He said trying to cheer her up.

She slightly smiles and he smiles gently to lead her away from everyone.

Watching as Lorenzo and his mate Emilia disappear deeper in the forest his mother turns to her mate and Harper.

"Did you see that tramp? She smells like chemicals so she must be a human, how can Lorenzo stand being around her?" His mother spats.

"I agree my love she is no match for him, she could tarnish our legacy!" His father shouts.

Harper just looks at the scene before her liking how they didn't like Emilia. "I'm sorry to say but she isn't a human," Harper states and sees how their eyes widen dramatically.

"What is she then?" His mother questions. "A tiger," Harper says.

Her eyes nearly bug out of their sockets as she hears the news. "That means they created her in the lab, she is nothing but an experiment. Oh, Lorenzo can't mate her, the pups would come out bad," She sighs and puts a hand to her head.

"Don't worry we will think of something, love, Harper what should we do?" His father says and turns his attention to Harper.

She shrugs her shoulders, "I don't know but if I were you, you better watch out she won't slaughter this whole pack."

"What do you mean slaughter this pack?" Lorenzo's father demanded.

"I mean is that Emilia massacred the whole facility where she grew up in, apparently someone did something to her and she snapped. The whole thing was brutal you should have seen how she left the bodies," Harper said and shuttered at the memories of the dead staff.

"She is bad news very bad news we must get rid of her before she kills us off too," Lorenzo's mother said to her mate.

"Aha, I got it!" He said and gestured them to come closer. They did and he told them the plan of how to get rid of Emilia.

What they didn't know was that in executing their plan they would be repaid in the worst possible way.

Emilia and Lorenzo laid on the soft green grass while looking at the beautiful blue sky above them. The white puffy clouds made shapes in the sky, Lorenzo looks at Emilia loving how adorable she looks at that moment.

Lorenzo couldn't fathom how she was back in his arms where she belongs. She fit perfectly in his arms and he snuggled his body close to hers.

He still couldn't believe how his parents treated her, but to be honest he could care less of what they thought of her. She was his mate and nothing could make him think that she was lesser than that.

Kissing her cheek softly Lorenzo pulls her chin so that she is looking at his eyes. He can see the sadness that swirls in her chocolate brown eyes.

"To take your mind off of my parents why don't you tell me what happened back at the lab," Lorenzo said.

Emilia squeezed her eyes shut, she was scared to tell Lorenzo because he may view her differently. She wouldn't know what to do if Lorenzo would be ashamed to have her as a mate.

He grabbed her hand and put it on his chest which caused her to snap her eyes open. "Nothing you could say would ruin my affection for you. You were created for me and I will not jeopardize what we have for the words that you are about to tell me," Lorenzo said as he made patterns on her hand.

 Tears pricked her eyes as she sees how truthful Lorenzo is being, she puts her hands on his cheeks. She strokes them softly, "Okay," She said as she began to tell him why she murdered them.

Lorenzo clenched his jaw at what he was hearing her father put his hands on her even though he threatened him. If he could bring him back to life he would so he can kill him again.

Emilia had tears run down her freckled cheeks as she told him what happened at the lab. She could still feel her heart hurt as the words her father told her came to mind. 

But Lorenzo was there holding her body against his as he comforted her. He kissed her head a few times before rubbing her back. 

"They had it coming to them I guarantee that, so don't feel bad mate," Lorenzo mumbled as he rubbed his large hand on her hip.

"But that's the thing Enzo I felt nothing when I tore into their bodies. I enjoyed seeing them scream in pain, it brought me joy to see that they were in pain and that they got what they deserve. Does that make me a bad person?" Emilia hiccuped as she wiped her wet cheeks.

"No that doesn't make you a bad person, it makes you stronger. You stood up for yourself, and I know you had good intentions while killing them. You didn't want anyone else to get hurt by the hands of them," Lorenzo said as he kisses her head.

"Your too cute Lorenzo, you have a way with words that make it hard to hate you. I thought you weren't going like me after I told you what I did," Emilia said through tears.

Lorenzo laughed at she told him, "Lia I could never stop liking you to me you are a special woman who is full of determination. You are beautiful, smart, sexy, hot...the list can go on my love. But my point is, is that you are irreplaceable no one can even compare to you, you have stolen my heart since the first time I met you."

She grins as she hears what he is telling her she couldn't believe how lucky she is to have this man before her. 

"I wouldn't want any other man who isn't you, plus you can't get rid of me. We share a soul you own my whole heart Enzo, you are my mate that was made for me. And that makes me happy to know that you're only mine to have," Emilia said possessively as her eyes flickered black. 

"Mhm I like the sound of being yours Emilia, you're mine only. Mine to hold, kiss, touch, love, and mate with." Lorenzo said as he slowly kissed up her jaw. 

Her eyes fluttered shut as she felt his sensual kisses get closer to her lips. Enzo grins as he sees the power he has over her, she peers up at him through lidded eyes as she wonders why he stopped. 

"I have to stop myself here or I might mark your neck with my mark that shows that you're mine," Lorenzo mumbled as he bit her bottom lip. 

"Mark me, I want it to be known that I'm yours. And for an exchange, I get to mark you too so that blonde woman will know to back off," Emilia said as she placed kisses on his lips. 

"Are you sure, I don't to be forcing you," Lorenzo questioned. "You could never force me but I have been wanting to do it since you told me about how mates mark each other," Emilia said as she brought his face closer to hers. 

"Then I would want you to mark me first Emilia," Lorenzo said as he bared his neck to her. 

Emilia's eyes turned black as he just submitted himself to her. Kissing his lips she trailed down lower to his jaw than to his neck. 

 Kissing his sweet spot on his neck she felt her canines peek through her gums. A dull ache formed but she paid no mind as she kept kissing and sucking his skin. 

He let out small groans as he grabbed Emilia's hips, he felt her teeth poke him and he felt pain that was gone in an instant. 

Instead, it overtook pain into pleasure as he let out moans and grabbed Emilia's hips even harder. He knew there might be small bruises but he didn't care.

She kissed his sensitive skin as he shivered in pleasure. Touching the skin she was delighted as to how he moans as she kissed his skin. 

Now forming on his neck was her mark, it shows a tiger on the side of his neck. It had roses wrapped around its body as it growled at an unknown object. 

She thought it was beautiful, it made her lick her lips as she brought his head to hers. She softly kisses his lips as he puts one hand on the grass below them and puts his other hand in her hair. 

She bites and sucks on his bottom lip as he moans in pleasure. She likes how the way he submits to her, it drove her to the edge as she pushed her hips up to meet his. 

He groans and moves his hand to her hip to stop the movement before he loses control. "Let me mark you now," He shutters as he feels her kissing her mark on his neck.

She hums as she lifts her neck to have him mark her. He kisses her neck softly before biting and sucking on the tan skin.

His teeth poke into her skin as she lets out a loud moan. Her hips bucked into his as she tugged on his hair. 

Detaching his mouth from her neck he kisses it gently to soothe the irritated skin. Licking it, he kisses it a few more times before pulling back to look at his mark.

A black wolf howled at the moon, it was half the size of her neck. Trees surrounded its body as its head peeked from the top of the trees. 

He smirks as he sees his mark present on her skin. He touches her mark and she shutters as it's still sensitive. 

He kisses her lips gently as she tugs on his soft hair. Pulling away he caresses her hair and looks at her with love in his eyes. 

She giggles as she sees his love-struck expression that was plastered on his face. He smirks as he kisses her nose and pulls her into his chest.

"Now your all mine and no one can tell you otherwise," Lorenzo said as he snuggled into the crook of her neck. 

She kissed his head and closes her eyes, everything is falling into place. Lorenzo officially became hers and only hers.

She would be damned if someone tried taking him away from her, they would be dead in a heartbeat. As she would have their beating heart in her hands as she laughs in their faces. 

She smirks wanting someone to dare try to take her mate away, all hell will break loose if they do. But it would happen soon that both of them wouldn't even know what hit them.
