it was a week of feeling like compete s.hit. you were throwing up and you convinced yourself that you had food poisoning. but your best friend told you that you might've been pregnant. you didn't want to believe it.

until, the next day when you tried a pregnancy test. it came out positive and every bone in your body felt completely numb. what would ethan say? would he try to leave?

he was coming home from tour in a couple of hours, so that's when you decided to tell him. but when he arrived, you chickened out.

"i missed you, y/n!" he picked you up and spun you around. his soft lips were placed against your temple as you nervously smiled.

"i missed you more, ethan."

"i had a really long flight and i need to pee. be right back!" he rushes up the stairs to do his business as you try to control your breathing. your heart was beating out of control. you knew ethan loved you, and you knew he would always do what was best for you. but would he leave when he found out the news?

you heard his footsteps slowly coming down the steps and you ran into the kitchen to prepare something for dinner.

you sighed. "i should've got something to eat. we don't have anythin-" you were cut off by ethan holding a pregnancy test.

"what is this?" he asks curiously.

"uh-um," you stumble over your words. tears began to fill your eyes as you form your mouth to make the words. "im pregnant."

he was quiet as he stared at you. his face lit up and he shouted, "wait! does the mean im going to be a dad?" you nodded. "yes!" he picked you up and kissed you multiple times until you were crying tears of joy. you were finally getting the family you always wanted.
