ethan raised his eyebrows. "such a what? finish your sentence, y/n."

you bit your lip in defense. the word you were going to say would ultimately destroy ethan so you decided to try and hold it in. he was provoking your anger and it was never good when your anger was tested.

"fuck you, ethan."

"fuck me? fuck you! you're the one whose too fucking scared to woman up and say what's on her mind," he spat.

you straightened your back and stared into ethan's soul. "you're such a little fucking bitch."

"um hello? we're literally at canes," james said confused.

ethan looked stunned and pain filled in his eyes. he leaned in close to you and spoke strongly. "fuck you." he abruptly stood up and purposely spilled his drink on your lap before he stormed out the door.

you gasped and so did james considering he was sitting next to you and the drink spilled over him also. you stood up angrily and ran after ethan. he was unlocking his jeep and you kneed him in the bend of his knee which made him fall on his knee.

he turned to see you and got anger filled in his eyes. "go away, y/n. im not talking to you."

"ethan! he's not watching us anymore, it was pretty believable. great acting by the way," you chuckled. "almost believe you for a second."

you agreed laughing with him. "i can't believe we created a fake argument in front of james and other people just to make him think we don't like each other. isn't that a little bit crazy?"
