im going to attempt to post at least three or four imagines because i want this book to be over so i can move on to book three. i wanna at least have 4, maybe even 5! so hopefully i do (;

clutching your purse, you huffed and walked out of your prom. your prom date/boyfriend, ethan, was ignoring you for his ex girlfriend and it made your blood boil. you even put on makeup and did your hair nice to impress him, and he didn't even care.

ethan chased after you and grabbed onto your elbow to only look at you with worry in his eyes. "hey, what's wrong? you're leaving me?"

you rolled your eyes. "how can you be so stupid?"

"excuse me?"

"just go back with your ex, have fun," you sarcastically laugh and begin to walk away. tears filled your eyes as you thought about all the times he left you for his ex. he claimed because she was his best friend, but you had your suspicions.

"y/n, come on, would you just-"

"no!" you scream and turn around. the loudness of your voice made him jump in surprise. "you know what? f.uck you!"

he seemed taken back but tried to step closer to you anyway. "y/n."

"no, don't 'y/n' me. im sick and tired of you picking me last. im your girlfriend and im still the last person you pick. it's always her! merdith this, meridith that, f.uck meredith! im tired of being second place, im tired of being last, and im tired of being tired. im just done, ethan. im so f.ucking done with you."
