     "S-Sasuke.. I.. ah..eh?" I couldn't speak. I couldn't even move from where I stood. And, I have a feeling that if I don't do something about it, I'll even forget how to breathe!

This is so sudden!

     The last minute, we unintentionally broke up, and now, he's freaking proposing to me?! Uchiha Sasuke, you really do know how to surprise me.

Oh. I forgot that he's still waiting for my answer.. hehe.

'If I were you, I'd play along with the acting skills he displayed earlier. Damn, he really acted like he hated you this morning!'

I agree with you Inner. And truthfully, you don't see the Uchiha Sasuke swallow his pride everyday, you know.

     I again glanced at my boyfriend's face and surpressed a squeal. He looks so cute when nervously begging for a yes. I frowned instead, and looked away. Hah! Two can play it that way, Uchiha.

"S-Sakura? I-Is it a no?"

"Look, Sakura, I love you more than anything else in this world.. you know that. I'm sorry if I rejected and hurt you before when we were still Genins. Just please, don't do the same to me."

"Sakura, please.. just say yes. I love you so much, I don't know what to do without you anymore. I'd literally lose my sanity.."

     I can fell him tensing at my mute response. And yes, he was still kneeling in front of me, holding the diamond ring out. By this moment, every single one of our friends and senseis who gave me red roses were gathered around us. Enjoying the scene they were watching.

      Well, who wouldn't if the all so mighty soul survivor of the Uchiha Clan is at the verge of tears?

      Hah! Classic! Sasuke Uchiha at the- Wait, What The Heck!?! H-He's really about to cry!!?!??!??

     I snapped my head back at his direction. Only to find his piercing gaze never leaving me. His dark obsidian eyes were full of hope, determination, love and pain.

"Sakura, please. I don't care how long I have to stay in this position. I love you, and that's that. And I won't accept no as your answer Haruno. You, not saying yes to my proposal, would be like, you, not wanting me to live.."

     I was shock at what he said. Sasuke was so bold while saying such things in front of me, around everyone including the Hokage herself!

      "S-Sasuke.. stand up. You're getting yourself humiliated." I whispered and blushed at what he answered.

"I don't care. I have been through worst Sakura. Now answer me please?" He again begged.

Okay. Enough with the silent treatment, Saku. Your making your soon-to-be husband look like a fool.

      "Then I guess.. I have no other choice than not to say no." I answered. Making everybody grin except for the one I directed my answer to.

      "Sakura, please! I damn freaking love you so much, just please give me another cha-! Wait a minute!" That was when the stone of realization hit him hard on the head.

"So you mean!?!"

"Yes, Sasuke. I will marry you.. Just don't hu-!"

"YES! THANK YOU HARUNO SAKURA!!"

     He hoisted me up in thr air and hugged me tightly like there was no tomorrow.

     Everyone cheered including Naruto and Hinata who was still carrying her large home-made white teddy bear Naruto made.

     After almost throwing me in the mid-air, he put me down and gave me a passionate kiss in public.

      I checked my wrist watch. It was 7:00 pm when I arrived at my apartment. I opened the door, and walked inside. I turned on the lights and went straight to my bedroom.

Damn, it was an eventful day.

      I was still smiling like an idiot, as I felt the ring he wore on my finger. All my childhood fantasies, coming true in just a day.

I'm marrying Uchiha Sasuke.

Omg. Then that means-

'Yes you idiot. We're gonna be an Uchiha and help him restore his clan..'

      As I was still deep in my thoughts, I hardly noticed the lone red rose carefully placed on my queen-sized bed.

      I wonder where it came from? Sasuke couldn't possibly give me this when he already gave me a ton of it awhile ago. I walked closer and picked it up. Along with it, is a folded piece of white paper attached.

I gently opened it. It was a note saying:

To: My Sakura-chan

      Happy Valentines. It will all be over soon. Just wait for the right time, my love. Just wait for my return. I love you.

I blinked a few times.

      What the heck? Eternal lover? How corny.. but at the same time, a little creepy. Is this one of my annoying admirers again? And, what on Earth does he mean, 'Just wait for my return' thingy?!

What does he me-

"Gahhh!!!"

"Damn it! Ahhhh!!!!"

      And as expected, the pain almost ate me alive. I was holding my throbbing head when the voice in it stopped. As I was about to faint, I felt my body become numb.

I was about to collapse.

     But before I did though, an arm supported me from behind. I felt a strong spark of chakra from the stranger behind me as a faint breathe reached my right ear which sent shivers down my spine.

"...I love you, so much Saku-chan.."

Was all that I heard before I passed out.
