"Relax mom. We're fine" Koharu said as she hung from the castle walls with Miyu's help

"Your mother will kill me when she finds out you two are playing over here" Maruta said

"But we have powers. I fell off the window" Asuka said

"Pfft! Matsuri struggled to take care of Asuka especially since Asuka was a small little devil" Juhin said
"Hey..." Asuka said as she glared at them

"Awww!" Hina whined and Nene carried her

"But I'm doing fine. See? Besides Asuka is the oldest which means she is in charge of us. So if any of us got hurt...she would be blamed" Hina said

"You'll have to wait. Your body is still small and fragile. And since you're a full demon then it'll be hard for you to control it" Maruta said and went to carry Koharu
"Why wasn't I born a full demon like Kiyoko?" Koharu asked
"Probably because I was born first" Kiyoko said as she smiled
"Your mother is a human so you must've gotten her genetics" Maruta said

"You shouldn't be eating chocolate everyday" Nene said
"But why does Sachie get to do it?" Hina asked
"Probably because she sneaks around a lot. I'm surprised she hasn't thrown up yet" Juhin said

"I really thought she was dead..." Nitski said and only nudged her

"True love" Nene said. Asuka lifted her head and noticed a few snowflakes from a window

"Yes your highness. We've been working for him ever since he was a young prince" Kang said

"I met your father when he was around 15. He was really sweet and kind at that time. Shailung enjoyed to play a lot and get into exciting adventures. When he first saw me...I was expecting him to run away but he asked me if I could help him with the killing" Kallen said

"I was hunting that night and he just watched without feeling disgusted which made me feel...slightly uncomfortable. Anyways we met up a few times until we became friends. Shailung brought small gifts for me which was sweet of him but I was concerned..." Kallen said

"I know but it was quite nice of him. As years passed by...Shailung was getting engaged with someone he didn't want to be with. He decided to run away from home and leave everything behind. That's when...he ended up revealing his true self and decided to get rid of anyone not caring who they were...including vampires" Kallen said
"Where were you at that time?" Shai asked
"Something happened in our family that kept me busy. After a few months, I saw your father battling a vampire. I stepped in to help but your father already got rid of him. When he saw me, he gave me that soft smile and he was really happy to see me again" Kallen said
"And then...he proposed?" Shai asked
"Pretty much. He confessed his feelings and I rejected him at first but Shailung would never stop until I finally gave in. I accidentally turned him into a vampire that night..." Kallen said as she groaned
"And how did he get those ice powers?" Shai asked
"I've been wondering about that for years. I feel like it could be something about his family. Sometimes vampires might end up with humans...since I knew I wasn't the first one" Kallen said
"...is dad still out there?" Shai asked
"Don't worry your highness...it might take forever to find him but I will say this. Shailung Higashi is the toughest man I have ever met. He has gone through very intense moments and has escaped plenty of times from his problems. I'm sure he is out there somewhere...because he never gave in or let anyone defeat him" Kang said
"I hope you're right...I just want to see him...one last time" Shai said as she looked down. Kallen wrapped an arm around her and held her closely
"Me too..." Kallen whispered. After the small meeting and getting to know more about the group, Shai walked down the hallway

Shai only walked down the hallway and stopped as she stared outside the window. She only sighed softly before feeling something warm behind her
"Hm? H-himeko-chan?" Shai asked as she turned around seeing Himeko hugging her from behind
"Would you like to go for a walk?" Himeko asked and Shai turned around then played with her small curls
"Heh...of course my Queen" Shai said and kissed her. Himeko blushed deeply and pulled away trembling a bit
"Huh? Himeko?" Shai asked as she cupped her cheek
"Why are you so cute?" Himeko asked as she cupped both her cheeks. Shai blushed deeply and carried Himeko in her arms
"H-hey!" Himeko said
"I love you Himeko" Shai said and walked away
"W-wait! Put me down!" Himeko said
"Nope...I want to hold my precious Queen" Shai said as she smiled warmly
