We all return to the town and Redrin comes with us, the townspeople are skeptical at first but after he helped a older woman pick up her things she dropped the people let their guard down, realizing that Redrin is not a threat. The hunters however... not so much. "Tell us, why is a demon from the old world here?!" Said a hunter. "Yeah! He should be killed or chased away!" Yells another. "Silence!!" Edward shouts. You can tell he was getting frustrated. "This old world demon is no foe, he's our ally" Edward said. He steps forth and narrows his gaze. "If that's a problem... you may file a complaint with me, but keep in mind I will decline it without any further explanation" he said. "Human... you need not defend me on my part... my actions in the past are cruel... and I deserve punishment... but I started to change eventually... but like the other townsfolk, it seems to most I'm still a beast" Redrin said. Redrin almost seems sad, the barbed wire around his throat and wrists add to his misery. Everything on him is how he'd been treated by so many, even to the point where they killed him and buried him beneath a fountain in the previous town. "But, I have attempted to change over time, that's why my last breathe before I was killed spent trying to protect a little boy, they called him "heretical" for communing with me, all he wanted was a friend, and I wanted to give him that" Redrin sits down with his legs crossed and he fiddles with a small necklace that hangs from his ear. "His name was Eric, he wasn't the biggest, he was the runt of everyone he knew, but I saw a bright light from within him, one that illuminated the light in myself, so when I tried to protect him and get him away from the town, he and I were both butchered" He then looks up. "That's when I Great One forced me to consume its blood, reanimating my dead body, making me a hollow and mindless killer" then he looks over at us. "However it seems that which tainted me was also my cure, a Great One with blood more influential than the previous, but one with a kind heart... or... hearts, I'm not sure how many you have, but it's enough to move others towards hope" Redrin stands up and smiles. "Eric would be happy for me right now, he and I while it was short lived shared a bit of time together, he was a special kid" he says. "Your heart which once was tainted by your natural instinct was turned to a heart of gold by a human" Gertilde said. "The humans have a way of turning even the meanest of creatures into the best of friends" She said. "What say you, you're clearly not human, why do you find yourself with humans?" Redrin looks to Lizzy and Cristen. "Well... I owe him much, he's been my protector for all of time, I feel like I'm bound to be with him for all he's done for me in past lives" Lizzy said. Redrin turns his head to Cristen and tilts his head. Cristen has tears streaming down her face. "So many people have said horrible things about me, he's the first person to see me as a living breathing person..." Cristen said. She clenches her fists. "And that's why I love him!" She cried. Cristen... I walk over to her and put my arms around her. "In my eyes your perfect, you being a demon doesn't matter in my eyes, what matters is your heart, you saved my life by offering me blood, you gave me a place to call home rather than my lab" I gently stroke her head. "To me, you are perfect" I smiled. Redrin smiles and the others smile with. "Seems even vampires have that charm, I just wish I could see your parents again too" Redrin said. I look back to him in confusion. "Wait... you knew them?" I said. "Ah, did I forget to mention that before I met the little boy I knew your parents, they were very kind, they'd bring dead beasts to me sometimes to help keep me fed and would often camp near my tomb" He then hangs his head. "But... when I heard your father was taken by a disease, I didn't see your mother for weeks, then word reached me that they had both died, your mother and father loved you dearly" He looks to me. "I remember when your mother came to my tomb pregnant, I was curios so I came up from the depths and saw them in person for the first time. They said "we're having a boy, his name will be Gavan and he'll be our little angel" a tear falls down Redrins face. "But... the fact that you're still here means you found a way to stave off your hunger and avoiding going feral... I just wish I could've saved your parents" Redrin said. "You did what you could Redrin, for that, you have my thanks, you may be old world, but in my eyes, you're human at heart" I said. "Thank you, that means more than you might think to me" Redrin said. "I'm happy to put a smile on your face then" I said. "We should see what Lilith is up to... it's been a while, she'll want to see you most likely" Lizzy said. "Who?" I ask. "We'll explain when we get there, she's currently living in the human world in an abandoned manor, but it's rather far away" Lizzy said. She then pulls out a small crystal. "Luckily, she gave me this which will take us there in the blink of an eye" Lizzy said. She then tossed it into the air. A bright flash of light goes off and blinds us. When our vision clears though we're standing in front of an old looking manor. "She may be easily spooked so when we go in we don't make any moves that might cause her to panic, especially since she won't recognize you" Lizzy said. She knocked on the door. It creeks open and a thick fog rolls out the door. "She's a succubus like me but she's a bit different and is almost identical to me in body and appearance" Lizzy said. "Only difference being she's 5ft tall with short white hair and red eyes, but in terms of body we're pretty similar" She adds. "Lovely, she as thirsty too" I ask. Suddenly the door slams shut behind us all. A pair of red eyes watch from a distance. "I only recognize one of you, who are the others?" Said a woman. "I found Gavan, and his wife of this life, the demons name is Redrin and the older Gentleman's name is Edward" Lizzy said. The eyes narrow at us. The room lightens up and the fog dissipates. Surely enough Lilith is just as busty as Lizzy, just shorter by quite a bit. She comes down and stands if front of me. "Is that really you?" She asks. "Yeah, it's him alright, his memories are still a little foggy but I'm sure he is remembering you" Lizzy said. Without a second of hesitation I grab her and hold Lilith. She's shocked at first but then she wraps her arms around me. "You were the only person that could hold me like this, seeing as how I'm slightly shorter" Lilith said. She's definitely shorter but body wise she's only SLIGHTLY smaller than Lizzy truth be told. She looks up at me and smiles. "So, who's she?" Lilith asks. Cristen steps forward and smiles. "My name is Cristen it's nice to meet you" She said. "You're a demon aren't you?" Lilith asked. "Yes, I am actually" Cristen said. Lilith moved over to Cristen and looked at her for a moment. "You got one nice body on you" Lilith smiles. "O-oh! Uh th-thank you" Cristen blushed. Axothul walks around and looks at the paintings along the walls. "You have quite the curious collection... all of family... except one... might I ask, what's this portrait of this many armed, green slimy black, multi faced, many eyed creature?" He asks. "Ah, that's Axothul, apparently he's also referred to as the Many Faced Great One, they say he's different from the others and enjoys seeing humanity flourish, but they say his corpse was found washed up a few years ago" Lilith said. "Us Great Ones don't really die" He said. "Us? You mean them right?" Lilith said. Axothul puts his hood down and a second face is on the back of his head, the eyes open and look at her. "I take it you looked up to me, my kind are usually ones to attract cultists and madmen, since the likes of Cthulhu and other outer gods intend to enslave all worlds, but I would see that be prevented" he then puts his hood back up. "So I use my knowledge of the outer worlds to prevent disaster, becoming a hunter also made it easy" he said. "Are you really Axothul? I thought you died?" Lilith asks. "Great Ones don't really die... our physical bodies can be destroyed... but we transcend life, therefore we can't really die" He said. Lilith then looks back at me and rubs her head against my chest. "I've missed you, you know that?" She said. "I can imagine, well, know that we know your alright we need to return back to the town, will you come with?" I said. "Of course, this place is bereft of any life anyway, so let's go" Lilith said. So Lizzy pulls out another small stones with symbols on it and throws it into the air, again with a blinding flash of light we're all whisked away. We find ourselves back at the town. "I've been meaning to ask, where did you get those from Lizzy?" I asked. "There called Sending Stones, you think of the place or near there you want to go then throw it up into the air, I have a few left, but they are really easy to make" She said. Before I could notice a hunter, with dark hair and blue eyes and pale skin brandished his weapon and charged me! I dove out of the way. "Hey! What's the deal pal?!" I yell. He then pulls out a half mask with the same symbol of the cultists. "Our great elder god wishes to be brought to this world! You won't get in the way of that!" He charges me again. "Good to know asshole" I quickly reach into my coat and sling a vial of acid into his face. "Aaaah! It BURNS!" The mask melts into his face and scarred half of his face. "You'll pay for that!" He charges me and and let myself get stabbed. "Unlike you I can heal from my wounds, but you" I clench my fist. POW! I knock him square in the jaw and crack his mask. I go to pull the knife out and it burns causing steam to bellow from my wound. "You know what... that hurt..." I grab his cracked mask and wrench it from his half burned and melted face. "AAAAAH!" He screams in pain. "Axothul, see if you can get in his head and rework his brain" I said. Axothul's hand reshapes itself into a weird sort of tool. "This may hurt, but you won't get a choice in the matter" Axothul inserts the tools into his ears. Before long we all go back to the church with the Hunter cured of any other influences. His face is still badly melted but he doesn't seem to mind as the right side of his face is fine. "So, why'd you attack us?" I asked. "Truth be told I'm not sure, I fell prey to the cultists, I let my guard down and they brainwashed me" he holds his face and winces in pain. "I should thank you for clearing my mind, but my face hurts like hell, you really are quite the skilled hunter aren't you?" He asked. "Lizzy can heal you" I said. "Actually with how bad his wounds are I don't think I can heal his face" Lizzy said. Then Sihlus walks from the shadows. "Allow me, this may hurt young man" He said. He holds his face and parts of Sihlus burrow into his skin and heal his face. "There, that should do it" Sihlus said. Before we have time to thank him he's already disappeared back into shadows. The hunter feels his face and lets out a sigh of relief. "My name is Oswald" He said. "Good to meet you Oswald, now, can you remember why they brainwashed you and who did it?" I ask. "They mentioned bringing a Great One that could cause the apocalypse and end all things humanity has made, I can't remember the name to be honest, all I can recall is there horrible chanting" Oswald said. "Well as long as you're cleared of that evil influence then you'll be alright, get some rest Oswald" I said. I walk back outside and breathe in. "Why can't things just be normal... why couldn't I just live my life normally... never got to spend it with my parents... and it'll never happen either" a tear falls down my face. "I miss you both, even though I never met you both" I said. I then clench my fist and grit my teeth and bare my fangs. "Girls, Axothul and the rest of you head back to the house... I need to hunt and get some stress out" I said. The reluctantly let me go on my own. I went back to that town and saw a few returning beast and madmen. Whistle!! I draw my blade. "You shouldn't have come back" I said. A man tries attacking me but... SLICE! Thud! I lop his head off and his lifeless corpse drop to the group. "I learned something recently, you beasts and madmen prey on others, Innocent lives... you've even killed hunters before..." I dash at the small group. SLICE! I begin slashing them into little bits. Blood sprays across the air and stains the ground. Heads, arms, legs and dismembered torsos lie across the ground. "I want so badly to see them again... but... I don't get that" I pull out a black and red vial. "Never used this one before, let's see how potent it is" I pop the cap off and throw it. "Adios" I say as I walk away. BOOM! A massive explosion goes off leaving the town with a big crater in the center. I look back and make note. "Hm... seems like compound 213 mixed with a little bit of Ember Extract causes a pretty nasty explosion with some serious force" I said. More turn up behind me and try to attack me. "I said don't bother!" Slice! I split them in half. One who is still writhing tries to crawl away. I pull out my gun, step on his back to prevent him from moving. I look into his eyes as they roll. BANG! I blow his head apart. "You're better off freed from this misery, once you're gone beyond reason there is no salvation for you" I said. I return to the house and go inside. Cristen greets me. "Welcome back deary, how are you feel-" I cut her off and wrap my arms around her. "Sigh... I can't imagine how you must be feeling... there's nothing more saddening than never meeting your parents" she puts her arms around me. "Come on I have something I wanna show you that Lilith brought with her" We go upstairs and head towards the bathroom. We go in and it's a massive tub. "Ta-Dah! This is a specialty I had made before you came to see me, it was originally in this little orb" she holds up a small metal ball with interesting shapes and engravings on it. "It hooks itself up and digs through the ground to find the closest water source, one pipe pulls in water, the other purifies it and returns it to where it came from" Lilith smiles. "And you're joining us" Lizzy said. Before long my clothes are off, the girls set up candles and closed off any source of light leaking into the room. By the time I'm settled in their getting undressed and getting in and surrounding me. Lizzy to my left, Cristen to my right and Lilith right in front of me. "You know... this is actually really comfy" I said. "Can't say I've had a bath for a while... especially not this nice" I said. "Well, we love you, so we wanted to cheer you up somehow" Lizzy said. "And what better when then a bath with three lovely girls that love you dearly" Cristen said. "Hey Gavan, what's touching my back?" Lilith asks.
