We all freshen up and waiting for something good to fill our tummies.

Keerthi, the one who helps Karthik in cooking everyday was busy on phone.
Her tiny little steps of walking, face filled with 1000 candles of light and  the way she twirling her bangs of hair saying that, person on other end is her fiance Rajesh.

"You need some help?", I asked Karthik entering into the kitchen.

"Hey Ishitha!! Thank you....but It's almost ready. May be you can just help me in serving it on table", Karthik told handing a dish to me.

We served our plates full of food to fill our tummies once keerthi joined us.

"Karthik....this pasta is too good", Nancy praised him not distracting herself from her plate.

"That's my boy!!", Arun winked at Karthik lifting his glass of juice into air.

"Thank you guys!!", Karthik smiled pouring some juice into his glass.

"So, is that your boyfriend on call??  Don't get me in a wrong way for asking this by the way?", Sameera fake smiled at Keerthi.

"No issues.....It's my fiance.... I am gonna get married in next couple of months", Keerthi blushed.

"Hey, that's nice....u should probably invite all of us", Sameera sounded suddenly like a real human who cares about people related stuff.

"And I am gonna design an Epic wedding dress to you dear...", Nancy said excitedly.

"Wow..... You guys got a great bonding in short period", Sameera fake smiled at Nancy showing all of her attitude in eyes.

"It's not a matter of months or years to get that solid bond in any relationship. It's just those few seconds....which can change perspectives of people", Karthik voice raised intensely.

"Yeah.... Like you have changed mine..", my mind voice brought an unknown smile on my face.

Our eyes met for a couple of seconds just  to confirm that he was talking about me.

"That's totally true in my case as well... ", Kamal confirmed that he has a girlfriend.

"So, what about you Ishitha?", Sameera's interest turned on me all of a sudden.

"Well, I haven't... been.... in a relationship....so far", I stammered a lot God knows for what.

"Neither am I. cause I didn't find that right one", Nancy sighed.

"Don't worry, I am gonna find you a perfect guy in my marriage....Okay!!", Keerthi winked at Nancy

We blasted out laughing......

"What about your relationship status Karthik?", Rupa asked secretly placing her hand on my lap under the table.

This idiot always do this crazy stuff to embarrass me.

He laughed Saying, "Well....I didn't find that 'one' same as Nancy"

"Sometimes...people are just around us Karthik. But we won't realize", Sameera said sipping her last gulp of juice.

"I totally agree with that....sometimes they are just right in front of us", Karthik glanced at me for a second and turned back to Sameera who was sitting right beside him.

I shyily smiled looking at him for a second

We headed back to our rooms finishing our delicious lunch.

When we were climbing the staircase to our rooms...Karthik pulled my hand and flashed his mobile screen to me.

"Let's meet up backside the house after dinner", Text on screen says.

"Why??", whispered my eyes at him

He swiped his screen to another page which was saying, " Expected question from curios lady of prettiness.... It's just surprise!!"

"Ishi....", One of my idiots distracted me asking something

"Yeah..coming", I moved way front towards them showing thumbs up to Karthik.

Rupa and Keerthi were in deep sleep by 11PM

I grabbed my floral scarf to cover-up my face and went to our backyard looking behind my back to make sure that nobody is watching me.

My stupid way of walking looking at somewhere made me bang on something which was as stiff as a concrete pillar.

When I looked straight up it was Karthik and I was settled on his chest.

"I am sorry.... so sorry", I said taking a step back

"That's okay...cool..., Come let's go", he grabbed my hand in a hurry and pulled me towards his way.

I just followed him like a lost puppy with a pout on my face.

"Wow, it's so bright today... ", I amazed looking at the sky

"Cause it's full moon today", he clarified

"Where are we going now?", I asked curiously.

"I said surprise", he sighed.

"Surprise? Are you going to perform some witch craft on me to wash off your Sins?", my curiosity started poking him with stupid questions

He laughed out loud but said nothing

We reached a lake where a 12 years old boy holding up the rope of a boat which was floating on edge of the river.

Karthik drizzled his fingers on that boy's hairs like petting a puppy and gave him some cash from his wallet.

He took the money with a big smile and ran into the blanket of trees.

"Who is he?", I asked looking at the way he disappeared.

"I will tell you.... Come inside", he laughed handing his left hand to me.

I took a moment to give him my hand. He helped me sitting on the slab which was opposite to him in that cane boat.

We were almost in the middle of nowhere indulged in relishing the beauty of full moon.

"See.. Those waves seems like floating silver satin", I pointed

"Yeah, they are beautiful like your long silky hair", he slowly turned towards me

Uhh.... I adjusted my hair backside of earlobe calmly.

"Look at that moon.. Where am I living on this earth without seeing this beauty till now", I astonished like a kid.

"I feel the same way. What am I doing on this earth not even getting a single glance of this beauty till now", he told in a husky voice looking deep into my eyes

The meaning behind his voice and his shooting eyes suddenly raised my heartbeat.

I sat silently for a few moments out of shyness.

"You want to see the magic of nature along with its beauty", he asked breaking the silence.

"I would... love to", I replied excitedly

He suddenly leaned over me leaving oars of boat on both sides.

My heart skipped it's beat for a second. I can clearly feel his breath on my neck and precisely count his beats of heart. He was that close to me.

I became like an ice statue thinking what he is going to do.

He pulled out something under my seating slab from backside.

"Close your eyes", he whispered in my ears softly.

His hot breath took it's way inside my ears leaving a cold shiver in my spine.

I quickly closed my eyes squeezing the scarf in my hands tightly.

I slowly opened my eyes when he told me to open and found a mason jar in his hand filled with fireflies all over in it.

My eyes wide opened out of amazement.

I took the jar from his hands and opened the lid to let those flies come out of joy emitting more brightness.

"Wow.... This is beautiful...more than beautiful... It's divine", I laughed looking at the flies moving around us

"Yeah, they are....", he smiled

All the flies surrounded our boat like golden stars making those buzzy little noises by flapping their transparent, crystal cleared wings.

I played trying to touch those flies around me with my fingers like an excited kindergarten kid

Karthik laughed looking that excited Ishitha in me

We enjoyed that beauty till all the flies made their way back to home leaving us.

And then we turned our way back to where we started.

On the way....i grabbed a lotus leaf from water and carved my words to him carefully with my hair pin.

"What are you writing on it Shakespeare?", he asked peeping into the leaf.

Ahaaaa... No seeing. I completed my writing and put it in the mason jar rolling it as a tube.

We started heading back to our house silently.

"Thank you so much Karthik. Today you showed me the real beauty if nature. That was lovely....", I said softly.

"I am glad you enjoyed it", he replied like a gentleman as always.

I handed the jar to him and said, " Open it and see once you reach your room"

"Expecting something precious", he lifted the jar into air.

We laughed and headed back to our rooms wishing good night.
