My name is Lam and I'm from Viet Nam. The reason I'm writing to you today is because I want to ask for some advices regarding my eating disorder.
Starting since I was 5 I have been allergic to everything containing lactose, a substance typically found in dairy products. This can include milk, cheese or any dish that contain milk-based products. Having this disorder have made me unable to properly digest my dairy consumption. This condition over the past years have shunned and affected my body growth as I cannot take in calcium to help my bones grow. Right now, at 16, I'm currently going through my adolescence and my parents afraid that if I don't seek advice to seize my disorder, it will affect my future.
