Knuckles's Pov

"Hayley does Daphne have a connection with the Master Emerald?" I asked look at the door underneath the Emerald. "Well her Amulet will always glow as the Master Emerald glow almost if the Amulet is connected to the Master Emerald, I think." Hayley said being unsure "Then let's go!" Pearls said jumping down "Pearls wait!" Hayley said trying to catch up to her "*sigh* little sisters." Hayley sighed jumping down in the door to another catabomb and were on the other side of the door with the "Ninja Sisters" on the wall.

Hayley's Pov

"Hey guys over here!" Charmy said and found two more chaos emeralds that five in all "Hayley I see you found the necklace that our mom got you." Maya said point at my pink heart shaped necklace. "Hayley your Mother gave you that?" Espio said "Yes she gave me this on Christmas." I said blushing "Hey Hayley isn't this Daphne's?" Pearls said holding up a necklace with a golden shiruken with words carved on it "Chaotix Ninja" I was shocked I thought Daphne's Amulet was left behind but her necklace too. "Yes that's her's alright I made that for her birthday." I said "Back then Hayley was a treasure hunters weren't you Hayley." Maya said making me embarrassed I just rubbed my arm blushing "I won't call myself that I was just exploring the place that's all." I chuckled nervously then more lights appeared going different directions an this time my lights are with Vector's.

Vector's Pov

Hayley and I were following our lights as we hear strange music in the tunnel. "Hayley do you hear something?" I asked listening to the music I turned to look at Hayley and she was shocked "Yes and I know what it is." Hayley said look nervous "Then what is it?" "This is actually a song my mom would sing for me when I was little but it has strange words in it though." Hayley said remembering  "Do you know how it goes?" I asked "Just like a ruby shining under the blue sea corals are colorful strings that you feel in a key." Hayley said "That sounds like some kind of riddle to me." I said walking "Well there is a reef in the lake at Melody and the Reef is known as the Ruby Reef." Hayley said "Maybe that's where the lights are taking us." I said "Well I see Hayley is in good condition again." Dr. Eggman said chuckling "What do you want now Eggman!?" I said stepped in front of Hayley "All I want is her Amulet." Eggman said "You're never getting it Eggman no matter how many times you're never getting it!" Hayley said holding her Amulet tight. "You really think you can stop m- what the!" Eggman said when some fast green blur zoom by and it was Jet the Hawk!
