3rd P.O.V

They arrived just in time for Allison to get treated which led to Diego fainting at the sight of the needle.

As they were treating Allison, Alice went upstairs to check up on Klaus.

She knows that he's having a mental crisis right now desperately trying to find drugs again.

Alice arrived at Klaus' room to find that her assumption was correct, Klaus was frantically looking for drugs to swallow.

"Klaus" Alice called out, yet to her dismay Klaus didn't seem to notice.

"I've been trying to get to him with no luck," Ben sighed out.

"KLAUS! WILL YOU GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS AND REALIZE THAT SOME PEOPLE WANT TO HELP YOU?!"

Alice snapped.

That made Klaus turn to face her but went back to finding some drugs

"I liked the sober you, and see where it's gotten you," Ben said.

"Where has it gotten me!? I can't talk to the one I love, people won't take me seriously . I want to be numb again-"

"And you think being numb will solve your problems Klaus?" Alice said.

"Being tempted by unhealthy coping mechanisms isn't going to help you Klaus. They will only make it worse, people won't take you seriously sometimes yes but that's their problem don't let something like that drag you down.

Sometimes people you care about will leave you and no matter how much you try. There are just times where you can't change that" Alice explained as she picked up the drugs from the floor.

"Believe me I've been there and this type of stuff won't help you at all" Alice said as she opened the window inside Klaus' room and threw out the drugs in the room.

"Life isn't all sunshine and rainbows all the time Klaus. People die, leave and you just need to pull your shit together and accept that alright?!" Alice was now trembling in frustration and tears started to peek out of her eyes.

It was Ironic that she was giving this kind of advice, if she were to say this to her past self they would just laugh it off and continue with playing pretend.

"Fine....fine" Klaus said as he sat down on the floor and held his head in his hands.

Ben sat down next to him and attempted to comfort him by patting his shoulder.

And to their surprise Ben's hand didn't go through.

"Congratulations guess I'm now not the only one who's somewhat physical" Alice chuckled wiping the remaining tears in her eyes.

"That bastard who nearly killed our sister is still out there with Vanya"

"Vanya is not important right now"

Alice scoffed a bit at that statement.

'Yeah sure she's not'

Alice was sitting next to Klaus who was fidgeting all over.

"Hey, remember one day at a time" Alice whispered.

Klaus glanced at Alice and sighed but relentlessly nodded.

"I agree let's go"

"Can you—uh count me out?"

And that was Alice's cue to stand up and stand next to Five.

"—What's his problem ?" Five asked Alice as he knew that the two were together an hour ago.

"Had a breakdown, reflected on his life choices and that's about it I guess" Alice shrugged.

"Klaus, I advise you to get your ass up right this instant" Alice sighed out.

"You can't make me" Klaus said, that was when Diego threw a knife in between Klaus' legs.

"But I guess a little exercise won't hurt"

They arrived only to find Harold Jenkins covered in spikes and knives.

"Well, it's not exactly what I was expecting"

"The understatement of the year, let's go before the cops come"

Five couldn't believe that it was that easy, he found the eye on the guy strangely familiar. "In a minute, look the eye-"

"Yeah, it's his eye Five," Alice continued.

"But what happened? Who did this?" Five asked

"I have a crazy idea, crazy but how about we ask Vanya?" Klaus said.

"Yeah, great idea let's do that now come on"

Alice said.

'I'm visible now, maybe I can stop.....Luther?'

Alice realized how stupid that sounded, Luther had training and super strength and she was just a normal person.

'I did not think that through'

Alice sighed and mentally facepalmed herself as they went back to the academy before the cops arrived.

They went and searched the house for any sign of Vanya but no luck.

"No sign of Vanya"

"She's not in any of the rooms"

"She will-" Alice tried to say that she will come eventually but her voice went mute again.

"I'm assuming that you mean she will come by eventually?" Five said.

Alice's eyes lit up then smiled and nodded, appreciating that Five understood what she was trying to say.

When Five saw how happy she was that someone finally understood Alice, the sight of her happy face couldn't help but make his face blush a little, but only a little.

"Great, now I have some unfinished business that needs to be taken care of" Diego said as he left.

"Did dad leave any clues about the apocalypse?" Five asked.

"No clues, terrific shave...But no clues"

"Yeah but-" Klaus was about to explain about his potential but Alice sighed and signaled Five ignoring him.

"By the way this whole jumping through time thing of yours, how did you know how to do that?" Klaus asked.

"You'd realize that if you were actually sober"

"He's trying his best Five, give him some time," Alice said.

"And Klaus hun, don't try to tease him or he'll get in a bad mood" Alice said, she needed Five to be here. He's her only hope to maybe knock some sense into Luther and maybe help Vanya.

"See we all have our addictions, Alice is addicted to Five and Five is addicted to the apocalypse" Alice's eyes went wide at the statement.

Her face went red as Klaus said that and was speechless for a moment.

"O—okay, no more addiction talking alright? That's enough" Alice said, trying to stop this situation from escalating.

She now heard a certain glass eye shattering into pieces.

"Well I meant figuratively but yeah that works too" Klaus said as Five left.

"One day at a time Klaus alright?" Alice said, trying to calm Klaus.

Klaus nodded his head, sighing as he realized being sober was something hard to do.

"—And don't try to do that again in front of Five," Alice added before letting out a deep breath.

"- Because my heart won't handle it literally it is beating so fast right now haha" Alice said chuckling nervously.

"So, do you think we actually did it? You know stopped the apocalypse" Alice heard Five talking to Dolores with a margarita beside them.

"Well I can't tell you if it is or isn't with the whole spoiler thing but-" Alice said sitting next to Five.

"-you can't be too sure, right?" Alice said, grabbing a cup and pouring herself a margarita.

"Are you even old enough to be drinking alcohol?" Five said, smirking.

Alice just scoffed, "Yeah, I'm plenty old enough to be drinking. This isn't my first time drinking you know—also I first drank when I was 15, having no cops in the province can come in handy sometimes "
