Statter, the twisted minds that turn animals into hyperintelligent war machines. They have a giant floating starship as a facility. There are cages for animals, if they don't cooperate, they are executed. There are resident halls for the humans and the trusted animals that patrol the ship. There are horrifying rooms where animals are experimented upon, there are iron tables where animals are tied down. There are also breeding rooms for animals that they want more of.  Animals may sometimes got "Outside" to a false gravity sphere full of flora.
