RECAP OF CHAPTER ONE:

It was revealed that there was a way to kill Ally's father, and the supplies to do so were in Mercedes' bedroom. Everyone started searching and eventually, the sunstone, the wooden stake, and the container of purified salt were found. Ally explained that in order to kill her father, they had to create a circle using the salt, and lure him into it. Once he was inside, someone was supposed to throw the sunstone at him and stabbed him in the heart with the stake. Mercedes volunteered to be bait, and chose the Investigative Reporter and the Record Producer to kill Vladimir. After James started being a huge dick, they managed to kill him. But, there was a twist. Vampire law states that if a mortal kills a vampire, two mortals must compete in the goblet roulette challenge, and one will die. A vote was set and the Mystic and the Zookeeper were chosen to go into the challenge. The Mystic won, and came back alive. Everyone then decided to go to sleep.....

Huge mistake on their part.

Everyone was woken up the next morning to a blood-curdling scream. They look around to discover that one of their own, were suddenly missing.

The Record Producer was gone.

So now they have to frantically search the manor for him, before he could be eaten by the next surprise on the list...
