The doctor comes back 10 hours later, hopefully with some good news.

"we got the bullet out successfully. The bullet was close to hitting her heart but it punctured her lung and she'll need to stay here for 1 or 2 weeks." I sigh in relief. "Also we noticed she got treated for at least 20 wounds, 4 knife cuts on each arm, 6 on each leg and 3 gunshot wounds?" Oh shit. "Look I don't seem to remember because I wasn't present at the time." I lied. "Can I just go see her now?"

We now stand outside her door but before I enter, the doctor asks "does she have any family I can call?"

"She has no family, her parents died when she was very young. I'm all she's got." I say as I keep staring inside. "You're her brother then?" He asks. "No, I'm her.........husband. I'm her husband. I'm just holding onto her rings because she feels embarrassed to wear them in public." I laughed and lied, In order to stay with her.

"Ok, Just be quiet and slow with your words" he says leading me to her room.

I enter and see her laying there, alive I was afraid I lost her again. The same incident happened a year ago when she felt alone in the world, she was on the roof with the gun but only shot herself in the shins. She told me why she did it. I told her she has me now and that I'll always be with her.

I sit down in the chair and hold her hand tightly.

Rey POV:

I see the light so I start walking towards it. As I get closer I see two figures there together.

"Mum?! Dad?!" I run into their arms and hold them tightly. "I miss you" I start sobbing into my mums shoulder. "We miss you too sunshine" my father says kissing the back of my head. "I want to come with you" I sniffle. "No..." my mother starts stroking my hair and tearing up "not yet because it seems your boyfriend needs you here" my mother says. I need to be with them now, I can't stay there.

I go to take their hand until I look below me and see doctors using defibrillator to bring me back and Ben... Ben is watching. that's when I feel myself being pulled away from my parents.

Ben POV:

I wake up hearing an alarm go off and I see nurses and the doctor rush into Rey's room. I quickly follow, leaning onto the glass I watch from outside. Something I feared to see, I just couldn't look away.

She can't be gone. Not now. I promised I'll stay with her. The line was flat. All I could do was hope.

They used a defibrillator on her to bring her back. Her eyes shot open like she just had a hypnic jerk but they immediately close.

"We got a pulse!" The nurse yelled muffled between me and the glass. The monitor started beeping again. I enter as they start exiting and I slide down the wall in relief.

2 Days Later....

As I was starting to wake up, I hear a soft, sweet voice call my name.

"Ben?" My eyes shoot up and see it's Rey. "Hey" she says groggily.

"Hey, are you ok Rey?" She looks sad, so I rub my thumb along the top of her hand. She sighs. "I saw the light, and my parents" I didn't know what to say.

Rey POV:

I looked into his eyes and put my hand on his cheek and rub his temple with my thumb. "I'm sorry, I apologize for my actions. It was the heat of the moment and I couldn't go back there, if I did they would've put me back into a cell an--" "I wouldn't let them do that, you know I would've defended you"

I look to table to the left and I see a newspaper. My grandfather was looking for me? "I can't believe it" I let out a huff of breath and smile. "Can't believe what?" He asks. "There's something I didn't tell you, something about my family" he then grabs my hand and says "whatever it is I won't look at you any different" he says. I sigh. "Well, I was born on the side of the first order. It seems like my grandpa had tried to find me and that's why I'm in the missing persons section--" "Wait, you're Kira Kenobi? I thought your name was Rey Kenobi" he freaks out and I sigh. "Middle name and code name is Kira."

He chuckles. "What's so funny?" I ask sternly. "My code name is Barnacles Davy" WTF. I sit up laughing so hard I nearly choke. I clear my throat and say "I have to tell another thing as well but I don't know how to tell you, but you need to know" he brushes hair out of my face. "Tell me." He says softly. I hesitate for a moment, the pain medicine starts taking me back to oblivion. "I'm the granddaughter........f Sn....oke lea.....de..r of the first........order"

Leia POV:

"Ma'am, we found something you need to see. It's about the ambush that happened on the Cayman island in the Caribbean." I'm handed a disk of the security camera inside and out of the ship that had Rey and Tony.

Cameras showed inside the ship Tony and Rey about to exit until Tony pushed her into the closet as he went down the ramp and then suddenly an explosion happened that I had to immediately go to the outside camera showing everyone being thrown into the wall or split apart with bodies parts flying and puddles of blood with fire around. Next I see Rey exit with a hurt arm looking for him. Once she found him he gave her a necklace that must've had the files and codes on that her grandfather Kenobi made to use against the first order. That's why we haven't finished them yet. She still has them.

"I have mistreated Rey and she is no longer a threat, she's no traitor to us" I say out loud in a empty room. Or so I thought. "It's true it's your fault she hates you" Han said coming in. "She hates you, you hate her. Ben loves her, she loves him. Guess, you couldn't keep her emotions and feelings locked up forever"

"She's one of our best agents an--"

"And you had other agents kill her parents in front of her and then kidnap her!"

"So what? Now I'm the bad guy all of a sudden? I saved her!" I yell back.

"Just let her be happy for once! She has had her whole life ahead of her and you of all people ripped that away from her!" He storms out leaving me speechless.

Ben POV:

What? She's the granddaughter of Snoke. But she's also the granddaughter of Obi Wan Kenobi. Nonetheless, I still love her.

Nothing will change that.

2 weeks later, she was finally released from the hospital.

We start making our way to town for some non hospital food. God that food was disgusting. In the car, Rey is sleeping next to me wearing my sweatpants while I'm wearing nurse pants they gave me.

The first day we were both assigned to a mission wasn't easy.

No ones POV:

Ben and Rey are sitting in a car on our way to Hannah City, Chandrila about a suspect we need to bring in for questioning.

"Ben, you're the muscle on this operation alright" she said sternly. "And what are you? The seducer?" Ben said more annoyed. Rey rolls her eyes as Ben slouches and puts his feet up on the dashboard. "Put your fucking feet down or you'll get your legs ripped off when the airbag comes out" she forced his feet off of it while she was driving. "Not like I even care about your fucking legs anyways" "Asshole" he muttered. "Emo bitch" Rey threw back at him.

Rey pulls over and parks the car.

"You take the east side, while I take advantage of the west side" she was going to the cupcake place to get something sweet to calm her down. Ben drove her nuts and wonders why he couldn't have been assigned to somebody else.

As Rey was waiting for her order for 6 cupcakes, Ben decided to com her.

'Rey--' I thought I told you to call me Kenobi or did it not go through your head?" 'Sorry, "Kenobi" have you spotted him yet?' "Yeah, he's standing right in front of me. And might I say he has a great looking ass" she said dryly. 'Well where then? The General is expecting an update' "don't worry about that emo, I'll use my "seductive powers" to lure him like sirens do to sailors and then kill them"

Rey walks up to the man and takes her hair out of her buns. When the man turns around he is instantly interested. "What's a gal like you doing here?" He asked winking. "Just looking for some sugar" she replied seductively while tracing his stubble beard with her finger.

Ben walked by the shop and saw her flirting with the man. He was disgusted. She lured him outside and into the ally and then she knocked him out.

"I thought I was the muscle." Ben said.

"Let's say you weren't here when I needed you, something could've happened and you weren't here."

Rey dragged the man and threw him into Bens arms "You need to be somewhere without orders in my book."
