Rey POV:

Sirens blare out as I escape the prison.

What did I do wrong?

I keep running and running until an explosion knocks me off my feet, all I can hear is my ragged breathing and a loud piercing noise.

"Don't kill her! We need her alive!" I hear a man shout. Ben.

Despite the burns, my deep gash on my forehead from a flying metal piece, and a what I believe a slightly broken arm and leg. I immediately get up and jump down into the large and tall sewage system and run towards the end where the ocean meets.

"Rey!" Ben shouts making it echo throughout the sewage. Once I make it to the edge, I stop and take a breathe until I hear him come up behind "Rey stop running! We can work together to figure out who framed you"

"You know I will go back there in that cell! I have to do this on my own because if you haven't noticed it's slower when working with the resistance"

"Rey just come back and we'll do it together, trust me and then we'll have the counsel decide" he steps closer to me as I take one step back.

"No, I'm not going to take the fall for something I didn't do!" The necklace I was given starts to quietly beep on the hook signaling that Phasma is here. "I'm sorry Ben but I have to do things on my own from here"

I turn around and jump, diving head first before Ben can catch me and a few other agents that showed up to his side.

Phasma's boat shows up as I'm coming up from the cold waters of Naboo. She helps me up and hands me a towel as I look up to see Ben still there. Well at least I think so.

Ben POV:

I run to the edge of the pipe seeing her fall into the abyss.

I want to help her, but I understand that she can't trust anyone now. Not after that ambush.

I walk back into base as my mom comes up to me.

"Was her recapture successful?" She asks.

"No"

"Ben, she's now a danger to everyone, no--"

"No, she might be in even more danger now. She won't trust anyone but herself until she finds the ones who framed her" I shout at her making the base go quiet.

"How can you be so sure she was framed. How do you explain that she was the only survivor in that ambush? She needs to be taken back into custody immediately" she snarls.

"If anyone touches her, their head will be on a stake" I sternly whisper. We stare at each other.  "She's in danger now, the people that framed her are probably after her too now and I can't let them take her" I walk down the hall to my room until Han, my dad, stops me.

"Son" Han says

"What do you want?" I ask.

"Son, don't get yourself killed or anything stupid that will get yourself killed. You're the only Solo-Organa-Skywalker genes we got especially a kid that has my amazing looks"

I chuckle. "Love you old man"

"Love you too son, bring her home. She's the only gal I'll accept as my daughter in law"

I roll my eyes and continue to my room for some rest.

Rey POV:

We've been on the water for 9 hours since the sun came up. Phasma was able to put my shoulder back into its socket.

"We should stop in the town, Nokia to stock up and for me to get checked on by a doctor" I suggest. "Rey, are you alright? Other than your physical injuries"

"No, I'm being framed by someone I don't even know who"

"Alright, but when we get to Nokia we're selling the boat and then taking a car to the city" she says. We hear a helicopter. "It's the resistance, get down below now" she puts on a hat with a curly red wig and glasses. Good thing her white flannel matches.

I follow her orders without hesitation and go down below.

Ben POV:

"Sir, a speed boat is coming up on our left."

"We're going to have to search the boat" For all it's worth, her get away was on a boat. "Sir?"
"I know her, Why else would she jump into the ocean"

We start to descend towards the boat as the pilot orders for the boat to stop. But it doesn't. I grab the binoculars and see they have their headphones in.

"It's alright, take me back to base. I'll search for her by ground."

We turn around going back to base.

When we get back, I grab Poe by the arm and take him into a more private area "Poe, I need you to lie to the General for me"

"What for?"

"I'm going out to look for Rey and if she knew she would send out other agents to get her and tell her my squad is with their families" I start making my way to the armory to grab a couple guns and pocket knives.

"What the hell am I going to do to distract her?" He says annoyed.

"Take her to the Bermuda Triangle... I DON'T KNOW think of something"

"Alright, alright. Just don't do anything rash or irresponsible" he knows I'll do something rash and irresponsible.

"Hey, it's me" I say enthusiastically.
