Raph P.O.V

"Ughhhh" I groan I didn't want to get up this morning, 'but...Mikey and Donnie are gonna bother me anyway' I thought to myself, sighing I got up with the struggle of sleep pulling on me, but I still kept strong and trudged towards the kitchen to I went to grab some coffee and sat down on the table drinking it once I looked up I saw Mikey and Donnie staring at me. My eyes were slightly wide and I swallowed hard and put down the coffee from my lips to look at them. "Well?" "Well what?" I asked "Well how is the training going of course!" Donnie yelled with impatience "Jeez alright Don don't need ta yell. The training is going well I still need to teach him to speak and all I've also been thinking to teaching him to walk." I explained finishing my coffee and getting up to make breakfast for Leo like I have been doing for the past couple of weeks. "So that animal hasn't attacked you? What a surprise." Donnie said with venom in his voice I growled "Listen if you don't care what I do then don't asking or comment because I'm the one in charge rather you like it or not Donnie." I gave as much venom as he gave me. "Never said I didn't care just know that whatever happens to you don't run to me to help". I rolled my eyes at him. I went straight to the lab. I gasped seeing Leo was out of the cage with no chain, no collar. Slight fear rose in me as I watched him looking right at me. He stared at me for a bit realizing that I was watching him from afar. "Hey uh...buddy" I tried to say there was still fear in me. Leo had a sad expression on his face when he saw me he didn't do anything he didn't move didn't growl nor tried to well..attack me. But rather just looked at me with sad eyes.

Leo P.O.V

Why was he scared? I did not understand why he stood still and stared at me as if I were to kill him...he had fear in his eyes. "How did you get out?" He asked sternly. I stared at him I couldn't respond..I was afraid that I will be punished if I responded. I gulped a bit "I..." I tried to speak I gulped again "I..." 'Why!? Why can't I just...Just talk!!' I thought to myself angrily. "Now...just go back to your cage Leo it'll be safer for both of us" He said almost in a baby like voice. I felt stupid especially now when he's talking to me like that. I let out a soft growl stalking towards him I let my anger get the better of me. I attacked him I wanted to kill him until I felt something hit me and hard. I yelped due to the impact I felt the hitting again and again all I could hear was Raph's screaming voice "Stop! Donnie get off of him!!". The hitting got harder and harder as I tried to fight back I was able to take a glimpse at what he was hitting me with and it seemed to be a...stick? Never mind that I was able to crush the stick with my hands as I got up to fight back. Warm blood ran down my head to my hands I snarled baring my teeth towards Don before I could even touch him Raph got in between us spreading his arms as if he'd give a hug. "Stop Leo! This isn't you! This isn't the Leo I know!" He said for some reason those words affected me greatly. I stopped baring my teeth and just gave him a frown, walking over to the cage I was in sitting in it having my shell face them. 'It's a bad idea showing them your shell..' I thought to myself, but I didn't care. My thoughts snapped when I heard something lock causing me to shot up looking over to the cage and door locked, fear coursed through me as I watched the door close. My eyes widen with terror as tears ran down my face. I let out a whine and whimper I wanted Raph's comfort I wanted him to be here with me I wanted him to smile at me. I've been going at this for a while yet I received no answer tears still ran down my face...I was scared, alone...I hated being alone all it meant that I was no use to anyone. I began to sob letting my sobs out for the first time I showed my emotions..alone. I don't know how much time passed I looked over to see the clock '12 pm' I thought to myself I've been locked up for five hours now. I started to pace in the cage pacing was the only way I could cope with the dead silence I was in. I kept track on the clock wondering when the silence will stop...wondering when I could hear his voice..I had to try to at least take nap '30 minutes won't hurt, right?' I thought to myself as I quickly fell asleep on the floor of my small prison.

Third P.O.V

"I told you!!! Did you listen!? No! Of course you didn't!" Donnie shouted at Raph scolding him for even trusting the beast inside of the lab. "He was scared Don. I know it...." Raph said looking at Don. "Wow! You're more worried for that monster rather than your brothers!" He scream in Raph's face. "He's our brother too you know!!" Raph scream back getting up due to the anger in him. "Raph you may consider...it as your brother..but we don't. Raph how do we even know it's Leo? I mean he'd be dead." Mikey said calmly walking in the conversation of theirs. Raph growled at the both of them "You two really did lose faith in Leo haven't you?" Raph spat "Not only that you guys treat him like he's some monster! Which incase you haven't notice you don't look too normal either!" Donnie just scoffed "Sure and locking it up sure shows how much you care about it" Raph eyes widen "No I didn't!" He ran other to the lab seeing it was locked. He shook his head his eyes wide, his hands shook "How could I?" he took out the key from his belt and opened it. His eyes searched for his locked up brother. "Leo!" he called out only to be met with a figure shooting up in the cage. Raph sighed with relief, going up to the cage. "Leo! I'm so so sorry for doing this to you..I..I never meant to lock you and-" He was cut off by him muzzle against muzzle. Leo nuzzled Raph as if trying to say 'it's okay' Raph couldn't help but smile a little having the same smile returned to him by the other turtle. Raph opened the cage door and hugged Leo "I'm sorry I left you alone here...Leo" he muttered. Leo pulled away a bit looking at the red clad turtle. Tears rolling down his cheek trying to continue to smile. Raph just gave him a smile and pulled him into a hug again "I'm not letting you out my sight Leo...I'm not going to let them get anywhere close to you" Raph whispered feeling protective of his once best friend.

Sup everyone! Jeezus it's been almost a months since I updated this story! I know I took forever to actually update this story. I'll hopefully put up chapter six! As you can see Leo and Raph are starting to develop a type of relationship, but I'm not going spoil it! I hope you enjoy this chapter sadly in my opinion it's way to short, but I'll make sure to add the rest to chapter six. Anyway have a good day/night.
