"My love is selfish.

Time passes quickly when one is happy. A week at Calcutta passed quickly. Anirudh had returned back from Siliguri the previous night and that morning, they had to leave for Tulsipur.

Bondita was saddened and so was Rudhi. She really didn't know what was happening, but she knew that they were going back to their home.

Though, home for her, was just meant by her parents, but she knew where she always lived was the place she was going back to.

Baba and Maa were so sad about this departure. Both their daughters were going and that would bring tears in their eyes. They both had hugged Rudhi to sleep the previous night and since morning, Baba didn't let go Bondita and Rudhi away from his eyes even for a moment.

"No Baba! I'm full!" Bondita spoke as her Baba brought another Roshogulla to her mouth.

"You don't know anything! I'm your Baba and I know you can eat more!" Baba scolded her lovingly, stuffing the Roshogulla in her mouth.

He then picked up another Roshogulla and breaking it into half, stuffed in Rudhi's little mouth. The baby was sitting in her Nanu's lap and happily ate the sweets.

"O Maa!" Anirudh exclaimed, entering thr room as Baba smiled at him, gesturing to sit on the chair beside Bondita.
"So much sweetness in this room!" He laughed, pulling out his handkerchief and wiping the chaashni off Rudhi's chin.

"You want too?" Baba smiled, forwarding a Roshogulla for Anirudh.

"Why not?!" He laughed, eating the sweet happily from Baba's hand.

Bondita smiled at her Pati Babu as she saw him being so happy with her Baba. It was making her heart flutter to new heights.

Rudhi giggled, watching her Nanaji and reached out to tug onto his shirt. She opened her small mouth, wanting more sweets from him as he looked down at her and laughed.

"Here, you go, Bulbul!" Her Nanu smiled and stuffed a Roshogulla in her mouth happily.

"She is gonna miss you so much now!" Bondita smiled sadly, looking at Rudhi.

"It's okay, Maa and Baba are coming for Mishti's birthday, right?" Anirudh smiled, trying to change the topic.

"Ofcourse!" Baba smiled, hugging Rudhi close to his chest.
"It's my Shonamoni's birthday!" He kissed her cheek.

"Naaa... Nuuu!!" Rudhi clapped her hands suddenly, laughing loudly.

"My Bulbulll!!" Baba laughed and picked her up in his arms, standing up to leave the room with her.

"Baba!" Bondita held his arm, making him stop and look at his daughter.
"I'll also come with you! You can't always love her more!" She huffed and giggled.

"Hahaha!! My Roshuuu!!!" Baba laughed and held her hand, walking out to the garden.

Anirudh stood there, smiling at them. He was so overwhelmed seeing all the love. He took a Roshogulla and stiffing it into his own mout, he too followed them.

Baba sat on a bench with Anirudh and Bondita as Rudhi was crawling around the garden. Her Nani was following her, playing with her granddaughter happily.

"So you're leaving today?" Bab asked, sighing sadly.

"Yes, Baba! We need to go.... A lot of work is pending." Anirudh smiled.
"And Kaka is also planning Batuk's wedding soon. So we need to look for a perfect match for him!" He laughed.

"Oh! That's a great news! I won't stop you. But, I'll still miss my Bulbul so much!" He smiled.

"You're coming to us, right?" Bondita held his arm, just like a little girl.

"For sure, Shona!" Bba touched her cheek with his other hand.

"We shall be leaving in an hour Baba!" Anirudh told.
"I really don't wanna drive at night with Bondita and Mishti!"

"That's right, Beta. You all should leave in the light time itself. It isn't safe to drive with a baby at night." Baba remarked, standing up to go and play with Rudhi for one more time.

It was evening, when they all had to leave for Tulsipur.

Maa and Baba had stuffed the whole car with gifts and goodies for them and the whole family.

"This was really...." Anirudh began only to be interrupted by Maa.

"It was surely needed Jamai Babu!" She smiled, her hand holding Rudhi's hand as the baby was in her Nana's arms.

"Give her to me too!" She huffed at Baba and he handed the baby to his wife.

"My Shonamoni!" Maa kissed Rudhi's cheek lovingly as the baby looked sad.

She had obviously sensed that they were leaving now. She wanted to stay longer here and play with her Nanaji and Nanima!

"Naa... Niii!" She cooed, touching her grandma's cheeks with her little hands.

"We'll come to meet you soon, Baccha!" Baba said, touching her head gently.

"Come on, let's leave now, before Mishti starts crying!" Anirudh smiled, knowing that his baby could cry anytime.

Baba took Rudhi in her arms for one last time and showered her face with loving kisses, making the baby laugh.

"Bye, Maa!" Bondita hugged her Maa, getting emotional just like everytime.

"Bye my princess!" Maa kissed her forehead lovingly.

"Bye Baba!" Bondita hugged her Baba too as Anirudh had taken Rudhi in his arms.

"My Roshogulla!" Baba smiled, hugging his daughter tightly.
"Come back soon, okay?" He kissed her cheek.

.....

As Anirudh started to drive, Bondita looked back at her Maa Baba and finally the tears trickled down her cheeks. She had felt the same tinge in her heart as the first time she had left this home behind.

"Bondita?" Anirudh looked at her with surprise.
"Are you fine?" He asked, reaching to wipe off her tears.

"Yes. It's just overwhelming, Pati Babu.' She told, sitting back straight on her seat.

Rudhi was glancing at her Maa, feeling sad as she saw her crying.

"Mm... Maaa!" Rudhi called, pulling her pallu.

Bondita looked at her and bent her face to kiss Rudhi's head. The baby raised her arm and touched her Maa's cheek, wanting to wipe her tears.

"Aww, such a princess you are, Mishtii!" Anirudh smiled at his baby, feeling so good.
"Bondita, niw you have someone else to wipe off your tears too!" He laughed.

"Ofcourse! My Baby loves me so much!" Bondita giggled, hugging her daughter tightly.

The journey back to Tulsipur was a quick one and they reach home by night.

Anirudh went to telephone Baba and tell him that they had reached safely. Meanwhile Bondita went to her room with a sleeping Rudhi.

Bihari Babu was awake and he told that everyone had already slept. He want away to the kitchen to bring food for the couple to their room.

Bondita placed Rudhi in the cot and quickly freshened up, changing into her night saree. Anirudh too, entered the room after talking to Baba and straight away went to take a shower. It was indeed a tiring journey for him. He had been driving for long hours.

As he came out and changed into his night kurta, Bondita quickly served their food and set the table in front of them bed.

"I'll drive for half of the journey from nect time." She told with a smile.

Anirudh looked at her with a smile, sitting beside her on the edge of the bed.

"That's not needed! Anirudh Roy Chowdhary is always at your service Ladies!" He said dramatically, making her giggle.

"But I would like to share the load, Mr. Barrister!" Bondita replied, stuffing a morsel of Luchi and the spicy curry in his mouth.

Anirudh chewed the food, shaking his head at her. She was so lovely! Just so precious!!...

Anirudh couldn't help but smile at his Bondita. He too stuffed a morsel in her mouth as they both finished their dinner and soon went to sleep.

As Bondita laid down on the bed beside him, he was already under the covers, preparing to sleep. As she came, he slowly shifted his own pillow towards hers and slept closer to her.
Stretching his arm, Anirudh caged Bondita in a loving embrace. He had missed her so much in Siliguri.

Bondita too, had missed him so much too, but she had been so happy with her parents that it didn't bother her much this time.
She too, turned to him and hugged him tightly. Burying her face in his chest, she could inhale his cologne so intimately. Her breaths became so deep as her heart fluttered at their closeness.

"I missed you so much, Jaan!" Anirudh finally mouthed the words, kissing her head lovingly.

"I love you, Pati Babu!" She siad instead and snuggled more into his embrace.

It felt so soothing.... So pure. The two weren't feeling anything intimate at the moment, yet the feeling was so deep, so passionate that it drenched their hearts in a beautiful tranquility.

A couple of days had passed and Kaka had arranged for several matches for his youngest nephew. He had gotten so many matches for him, unknown to the fact that the young heart had already found his perfect match.

"Bahu!" Kaka called from the hall as Bondita came from the kitchen, wiping her hands with her pallu.

"Ji Kaka Sasur Ji?" She smiled at him.

"I've gotten these photos for Batuk's match. Do show him and let me know what he decides." Kaka handed her an envelope full of black and white pictures of young, beautiful girls.

"Are we sending Batuk's photo too?" Bondita asked, feeling the need for the same. She didn't want just women to be the matter of being chosen.

"Ofcourse! Once Batuk finalizes one of them, we'll send her his photo too!" Kaka chuckled, knowing what might be going inside his beloved Bahu's head.

"Okay Kaka Sasur Ji, I'll show him the photos." Bondita said.

That was when, Batuk walked in with Rudhaanshi. They had gone out for a car ride, or as everyone thought. Actually, Batuk had taken his niece to meet Mallika. Bondita had only asked him to do so, afterall.

"Arey, Batuk is here!" Bondita smiled.
"Come here, Chote Zamindaar Saahab!" She giggled.

"What's it Boudi?" Batuk asked as he saw Kaka sitting with a smile on his face.

Even Baba and Anirudh walked out of the study, discussing something. They also joined everyone else in the hall, sitting on the sofa.
Shubra Maa had also come out of the kitchen, excited to see her son's reaction.

"It's a good news for you!" Bondita giggled, walking to him as she took Rudhi into her own arms.

Batuk's eyes widened.

"Really, Boudii?!" He asked, surprised and turned to Anirudh.
"Dada? I thought you would wait for it!"

"Why would I wait for it, Batuk? It is the right time and Kaka and Baba also feel the same!" Anirudh smiled at his baby brother.

"What? But I thought you would never come under any of the family pressures. And what do Kaka and Baba have to do with it?" Batuk frowned at his Dada, he was really confused.

"Arey! Why wouldn't we have to do anything with it? Afterall, it's our responsibility to keep in mind about the right time of things." Baba huffed.
"Otherwise you kids won't complete any tasks on time!"

"But still Dada! Kaaju is still so small, she isn't even an year old yet!" He said, touching his niece's head.

"How will it matter, Batuk?" Shubra Maa rolled her eyes at him.
"Rudhi will get a new friend!"

"But still, isn't it too soon for...." He was about to speak, but was interrupted as Somnath and Vibha returned from the hospital.

"Oh! Som Dada, Vibha! We were waiting for you both, so eagerly!" Bondita quickly walked to them and held Somnath's habd, leading him to the sofa, beside Anirudh.

"What's it Boudi?" Somnath asked.

"You'll know Dada!" She giggled, standing beside Vibha.

"Come to Kaki!" Vibha took Rudhi in her arms, smiling happily.

"Will anyone tell me what's happening in here?" Somnath rolled his eyes at both his brothers.

"Arey Som," Anirudh was stopped mid way by Batuk.

"Bondita Boudi is pregnant!.... Again!" Batuk rolled his eyes, making everyone look at him with shock.

"Whattt??!!" Anirudh yelled in shock, standing up instantly.
"Bondita?!" He looked at her horrified, his eyes so wide that they seemed to pop out any moment.

"No, Pati Babu!" Bondita's eyes were widened in an other level of shock and embarrassment.

"Ofcourse!" Batuk rolled his eyes.
"Isn't that the good news you were talking about, Boudi?" He asked, pouting as everyone broke into fits of laughter.

"You're so dumb, Batuk!" Anirudh hissed, trying calm down his thumping heart.

He was still in a state of shock, his heart beating fast. Bondita's face had warmed up, making her cheeks deep red in blush.

Binoy Babu was having a hard time controlling his laughter as he patted Anirudh's shoulder.

"It's okay! It was just a misunderstanding!" He giggled.
"Calm down!"

Kaka and Maa were also laughing hard at the shocked faces of Anirudh and Bondita.

"Enough!" Somnath said, holding his stomach which ached by all the laughter.
"Now will you tell the real 'Good News'?" He laughed.
