Ella Chandler isn't your average 17 year old. Her life was already a mess with her crying mother and under-fed little sister, and her having to manage a job to keep her family eating at least two meals a day.

But ever since she woke up that disastrous morning and lost everything she ever had, she's had to live in a RV, all alone, juggle five jobs while attending school where she’s friendless and treated as an outcast.

Aiden Montgomery isn’t the stereotypical male protagonist of this story. He isn't the popular and cool 17 year old. Although, he's rich and quite good looking, it doesn’t help him. Not being popular is questionable, especially for a person of his status. But that's the least of his concerns. He dislikes his world, the world he’s forced to live in, with the endless parties he has to attend just to keep his parents happy and the mindless chatter he can't ever understand. But he dislikes his world for another reason too, which is his most guarded secret.

So what happens when fate intervenes with their lives and forces Aiden and Ella to meet, two people coming from different worlds with different struggles and different aims? 

Nothing stays the same, that’s for sure.
