Kaveh | He/Him

Kaveh groaned.
He felt sunlight through his closed eyelids. It wasn't unusual for him, as he liked keeping his room blinds open during the day. But he usually closed them at night, before he went to bed.
The sun eventually woke him up, as the renowned architect sat up and stretched his arms into the air. He attempted to yawn, but was cut off by immense pain in his head. He clutched it and groaned once more for good measure.
Kaveh was hungover.
He glanced to the side of his bed, looking for the clock and the time. As the numbers registered in his brain, he started to panic.
He was late for work. At maximum speed, he jumped out of bed and ran to his walk-in closet. He threw on the first thing he saw and sprinted to the washroom to brush his teeth, wash his face and ultimately use the restroom. Luckily his hair was styled in French braids, so he didn't worry too much about that.
Ten minutes later, the architect was out the door.
...He wasn't very observant, Kaveh.
Hours later, the acting grand sage Alhaitham had found his dear old roommate. He walked over to where Kaveh was having his lunch, and sat down in front of him. "You managed to make it to work. I'm impressed. I'm also surprised you're alright with the entire world seeing your neck," Alhaitham smirked at his "rival".
Did... did he just compliment Kaveh? Someone pinch him. The poor senior stuttered out a half-assed thanks, until the rest of what Alhaitham said had sunk in.
"Did you say my neck...?" He inquired, tilting his head. He wracked his brains, trying to understand what the junior was getting at.
Eventually, the sage let it slip that Kaveh had something "typically unconventional" going on down there. And being the anxious person he was, Kaveh dug into the work bag he had until he found a mirror. He reflected it onto his neck and almost immediately died.
There were large- no.. huge red splotches along his neck. He had only one question.
What the fuck happened.
"How- how long have those been there...?" Disbelief sunk into his vocals. His overall complexion was as pale as a ghost, but Alhaitham could see the tinge of red at the tips of his ears.
He smirked.
"You went out drinking again, only this time with.. Tighnari. I didn't see what time you got home, because I was asleep like a normal person," Man. How could someone be so useful and so mean at the same time? Kaveh didn't get it.
He would just wait until he got home before he decided to ask questions. He didn't have any makeup on him, so he was forced to show his bite marks and hickeys to basically all of Sumeru. It got a lot of attention.
. . .
Eventually, the day did go by, and the senior found himself unlocking the door to his and Alhaithams shared house. Yes, Haitham was nice enough to give him the keys.
"What a long day.. and I still need to figure out what happened last nigh-..."
Kaveh walked into his room, and immediately saw someone underneath his covers, their breath steadily going up and down. He couldn't make out who it was, so he gradually got closer before ripping the covers off and exposing whoever was under to the sunlight.
It was indeed, Tighnari.
