Blitz and Glitz
When Error awoke, he noticed he now had a blanket of strings over him. He sent the strings back up, before he sat up in his hammock. He looked around, wondering who put his own strings on him, before an idea hit him. "Did you guys do that?" He asked. To this, Sensei came down from the ceiling, using the strings to move, before they spoke. "Yes we did Error. When people sleep, they should wear a blanket for warmth." Error only nodded at this, before a different puppet came down. A yandere sans puppet (blueberry). Which was like an underswap puppet, except with red eyes, and blood splotches, as well as a knife stiched on one of the hands. This puppet was the same, except the handle of the knife was dark red, and the scarf was a dark blue, with a stripe down the front of the scarf that was yellow. "Hello Strike." Error greeted. To this the stings moved so the puppet covered its face as much as it could. They seemed to be embarrassed, but Error seemed to know better. The puppet suddenly flew right in front of Error's face, and the arms speaded wide, with an "arrrrgh" heard loudly. Strike then seemingly flew back a bit. The puppet's arm went to its mouth, as laughter was heard. "Did I scare ya?" Strike asked. Error chuckled, before shaking his head with a smile. "I'm sorry Strike, but you can't scare me." Strike pouted at that. "Why not?" "I already know all your tricks." Error said with a light sigh. Strike seemed to ponder something, before saying that they 'accept the challenge!' Or something. Error only shook his head with a soft chuckle.
Error got out of his hammock, before looking through his things, not that he had a lot. He knew he needed to get more yarn, but he also needed to check up around the aus and their code to see if any were too unstable and needed to be taken down. These would fall on their own, but it was safer for him to destroy them. Besides, scenarios like this rarely happened anyways. Only once every few centuries at most.
As Error got ready to leave, deciding to do some s̶t̶e̶a̶l̶i̶n̶g shopping for yarn. Error waved goodbye to the SOULs, and stepped through the portal he created. He always shopped at overtale, so he wasn't as suspicious walking around. As he walked on the surface, hood up, gloves on, and a longer version of his shorts. Basically pants that he's made for this very situation. The reason for this is because it's weird to see a skeleton with black bones. Which means, even in a world where skeletons aren't weird, he still is. Besides, there's always a slight chance overtale sans or someone else might sense him and attack. Error shook these thoughts out of his head and continue to walk down the street. Error looked through many of the windows, admiring works of different forms of art. A carved wooden horse especially caught his eye, but he decided against it. He eventually reached the yarn store, although it had more then just yarn, it was just what Error had grown to call it. He was about to enter the store when a help wanted sign caught his attention. He had been coming here every once in awhile, and he was afraid the place would grow bankrupt... which is why he would sometimes steal from richer monsters in order to actually pay for what he grabs at the store. Maybe he could work here....
Error opened the door, and the owner looked over, before greeting him. "Ahhh, welcome back mister Glitz." "I told you to stop calling me that Blitz." "Well you won't tell me your name. You don't like being called glitch. And Glitz actually sounds pretty cool if I do say so myself! It's been awhile since I've last seen you, what's up?" Error rolled his nonexistent eyes. Error knew Blitz also likes the name since it's so close to hers.
Blitz was a rare monster, an elemental was rare enough, (in a world where monsters not even known to other aus existed) as even though they're practically immortal, elementals usually like to be with someone for half a century (100 year is a century, half a century is 50 years) before actually having a child. So this means many of their lovers die. Because of this, not many new elementals appear. Another thing, they aren't sure why, but elementals almost never attract towards other elementals, less so to one of different elements. So Blitz was even rarer, as they were born from a Fire and Earth elemental. Maybe her weirdness was what made them get along so well, as a black boned skeleton was unheard of in overtale. She had rocks coming out in certain places, the clothes being specially made so it could go over and around the rock, she also had a wood face that looked much like a mask, although the eyes still moved, even if she didn't have pupils. Earth elementals are known for looking scary, and for having a large built, while fire elementals are known for being calm, although when they're angry, it has been said the room can reach tempatures past boiling, which is even worse if you're a monster with fur, which most are. She has both of these attributes, being called a magma elemental instead of one or the other. She finds it all very amusing, although Error can see she is sad when someone runs away because they are scared of her.
(Here's a pic of Blitz. Reference pictures at the bottom of the chapter. I might color it one day cause it's kinda hard to see the fire aspects of it. Like the neck and the hands.)

Blitz ran an arts and crafts store, and Error would come every once in awhile to Overtale to get some yarn, and make small talk. Originally Error stole from her, but she caught him. Even so, she never reported him, and instead gave it to him on the term that he'd, one day, make something for her, and that he wouldn't steal from her again. Error agreed, and that's how her flower clip was created. It had three yarn flowers on a silver clip that he also stole, not that he admitted it, but she didn't need him to tell her for her to know. Error didn't like it, as it wasn't a good job, but back then he wasn't as good at knitting as he was now. Even so, she has kept the same clip for centuries, whether she understands how much time has passed or not, due to the resets of this world. Sometimes original worlds would restart, and their copies would fall, but that has only happened once, to which he got blamed. The reason the original world restarted was because there were too many copies of the world, and it seemed as though the code got confused as to which was the original. In the end, he guessed it was technically his fault, as he was supposed to destroy copies... oh well, no point in dwelling on the past. Anyways, because of this, Error had imbued his gift with his magic, partly so it wouldn't burn even if her emotions and magic got out of control and she destroyed everything, (to which she was surprised and happy of) but also so she would be protected and immediately pulled into his Anti-void should the world restart, making everyone lose their memories and start over. Error hoped this would never happen.
Error got pulled out of his daze when Blitz waved her flaming hand in front of him. He shook his head and apologized to her. "So, whatcha looking for anyways? Although I can already guess." She said, laughing slightly at him. Error only let a small smile show, nodding his head in confirmation. Error got the yarn he needed, and went to her desk before speaking. "What's up with the help wanted sign? Ya need workers for what?" To this she was shocked for a second, before sighing. "I don't know... I guess I'm getting a bit lonely. It's lovely to have you here! But you disappear for long periods of time, sometimes even when we plan to meet up. And don't think I haven't noticed the new scars." She says sternly, making Error flinch, but she only shakes her head, as if surrendering. She sighs before speaking again. "Sorry Glitz... I know they'll probably only last for a few decades, maybe even a century, but I don't think I care..." Error reaches out to her, before stopping. "How about I sign up?" Blitz looks at him, confused. "I mean, there will still be huge gaps in times I appear, but this will also mean you'll see me more often as well! Instead of just whenever I need yarn." Error explained. A smile graced the mouth that Blitz didn't have, growing wider by the second, Error could tell. She jumped on Error, giving him a big hug and saying 'Thank you' over and over again, before realizing Error was on the verge of crashing, being a miracle he hadn't already. Blitz immediately got off, and apologized profusely, only stopping when Error regained himself and said it was alright. Blitz agreed to the deal, and told Error to come the next day. Error agreed to come the next day, giving Blitz a small hug, before leaving the store and going into an alleyway, before creating a portal back to the Anti-void.
"Where were you?" "How was it like out there!?!?" "Did you make any friends?" "Probably not, he is the god of destruction after all." "Calm down guys!... I'll tell you everything." Error said, putting his new yarn away, before telling his companions the whole story.
(There you guys go! Hope you all enjoyed! I really liked the idea of an earth elemental, since Grillby was a thing, why couldn't other elementals appear too? Also, this is possible because Monsters were above ground, and their population flourished, unlike the other aus where they were trapped. Because of this, monsters that would have died or become almost extinct, like skeletons don't have this problem. And so I thought, why not there be monsters that just completely died out in the war, or the aftermath. Like, maybe, other elementals... so my idea was born! Anyways, here's what I used for a reference.

And

These are the things I used for the physical parts, like the fire hair and the rocks, while I used this image for the suit.

It also took me while to come up with something for the gift, so here's what I found.

Anyways, that's all the references! Hope you enjoyed! See ya guys next time! Later!
