(Your POV)
Ben and I walked outside together.
Is he alright? I though he hated me...now he actually wants to walk with me? I was expecting a huge rejection
Ben adjusted his hat and we walked close but not too close.
"...listen...I'm sorry...I've been acting like a jerk...lately...about the eye contact thing unless I talk to you and stuff....." He apologized.
He's apologizing...is it chilly out here? Did Slenderman give him some kind of dosage?
"Thats alright...I understand..." I responded looking ahead.
"Really? I mean...I was being a huge jerk...do you really forgive me?" He stopped staring at me.
I stopped and looked back at him, "yea I mean if you forgive me for throwing you in the lake...I mean even if you don't forgive me for it..,I'll still forgive you.." Ben approached me.
"I do forgive you...and actually...I don't just forgive you..." His cheek shined a bright red.
"I-I..."he was cut off by Jeff approaching from behind.
Wait what we're going to say?
"hey (y/n) sup Benny." He greeted.
"Hi Jeff" I smiled. "Hey" Ben greeted turning around to face him.
"Have you guys seen my knife I can't find it anywhere...." He rubbed his hair looking around.
"Sorry no I haven't.." I responded.
"Where did you leave it last?" Ben asked.
"Uh where else right next to me..I SLEEP WITH THAT THING BEN."
"I thought he slept with Ellie..." He muttered making me snicker.
"Huh?" Jeff asked looking at us."nothing.." Ben quickly responded.
"hmm someone's lying to me...I've asked everyone..."
Wait.,,Sally likes to take he's knife and hide it within her stash of fluffy stuffed animals...
"Did you ask Sally?" I asked him...
"I didn't...but why would sh-...." There was a silence until Jeff broke it "SALLY!!!" He boomed running back to the mansion.
I chuckled slightly, I turned back to Ben who resumed our walk.

(BEN POV)
I can't believe you were about to tell her that? What's wrong with you?
I sighed slightly (y/n) walked right next to me...I wanted to tell her but I was still shocked that I liked her....why did I like her? There was only one way to find out.
"(Y/n...why did you try to help me after you threw me in the lake?" She looked at me with pitiful eyes.
"I-I saw you were in enormous pain...and I have a strong instinct to help people when they're in need..." She told me not making eye contact.
She is caring....dang it Jeff why were you right!!!.......but she apparently always helps people that are in need but I'm not so special...
"But...at the same time...." She started
I looked at her fully paying attention.
"I also felt bad for pushing you in..and that it was wrong....and after all the hatred you throw at me...we could start over and be friends..." She told me.
She wanted to start over?....I I think that's a great idea....
" well we can start over now." I mutter kicking a small rock.
She smiled at me, "really?"
"Yea I mean we've already forgiven might as well forget..." I smiled back her.
We walked around later...a little longer than expected actually...it was sunset and we found a nice spot near the lake on a small rock.
We watched as the lake reflected the Suns beautiful colors and danced around as rocks splashed into the lake.
(Y/n) and I watched the sun go down until it was dark and the moon shines high in the sky.
(Y/n) glanced up at the stars and her eyes immediately reflected them, making her (E/c) eyes shine.
I didn't notice was staring at her in awe until she looked at me with a smile making me look away flushing a little.
"This is pretty cool especially on a start over don't you think?" She asked looking back up at the stars.
"Yea...pretty neat..." And it got a whole lot cooler when we saw shooting stars.
The raced across the sky and we watched in amazement.
I noticed (y/n) closed her eyes tight..,she was making a wish.....for the fun of it...I tried it..I closed my eyes tight.
Star light star bright first shooting star I see tonight.....I wish....that...
  I made my wish...but opened my eyes to see (y/n) grinning at me like I just did the coolest thing in the universe.
  "So what did you wish for?" I asked her.
"If I told you it would come true..."she responded looking back up at the stars.
  "Oh yea? I bet if you told I could make it happen. " I smirked knowing it was probably fame or something I cloud the make happen.
  She sighed sadly,...."I wished to see dad and brother again...."
  I looked at her shocked, she lost her dad and brother...I wonder what happened.
And if she read my mind she told me the story. "I was little then so I don't remember much...but I do remember it being cold and dark....it was the night before Christmas." She started.
  I listened like a small child listening to a good bedtime story.
  "I stayed up with my brother so we could see what my parents would bring us for Christmas." (Y/n) looked at the lake now.
  "We saw what they brought us...a new bike and a 100 dollar gift card for my brother and (f/t) for me." (Y/n)s expression slowly changed from happy to depression.
  "Then there was a loud crash and..yelling...my brother pulled me back up the stairs to my room and told me to stay put...but I didn't listen..I stayed on the stairs and looked down to see my dad trying to protect my brother who was trying to protect my father and mother.  There in the middle of it all was a man in a black mask with a gun and he pointed it at them.
  I yelled no which scared the intruder and shot my dad dropping the gun which Accidentally shot my brother..."
  I looked at her with pity she lost her brother and father right before Christmas......

"But it's okay...we'll celebrate Christmas Eve in there favor...for Remembrance..." She shifted looking at the moon with watery eyes.
   I didn't  know how to comfort her...
The only family she had was her mom and we took her away from her mother..I fell stupid now.
  "Im sorry..." I apologized feeling stupid.
  "For what? You have nothing to be sorry for...bad stuff just happens...error is human...." She smiled.
"Besides you guys are my family now...and my mother thinks I'm dead ...well I am...but in death I still have family.
  I smiled, positive thinker too...Ben are you really checking off all the good qualities of her? She's had her flaws to you know...
  I felt a soft fingers brush against mine we both looked down to see our hands touching before quickly moving them away flushing.
  "well we better get back Slenderman is probably waiting for us." I said still not looking at her.
"Yea..." She replied before we got up and made our way back to the mansion. 
  When we got back Slenderman was waiting for us at the door.
"Hurry up little Ones...its late..." Slenderman called to us softly.
  (Y/n) and I walked past him with a smile into the mansion with Slenderman closing the door behind him and locking it.
Everyone was in the living room getting ready for a movie,  (y/n) sat with Sally, Jane and clockwork. While I sat to the one and only best friend Jeff who nudged me.
"Nothing more than a little walk right?" He smirked.
"Right, nothing more than a little walk.." I chuckled sitting next to him.
  But it felt like more than a walk...felt like.....an unknown time between us, that not even (y/n) and I knew about...like..like...a date...
