53: Light Me Up In Flames❌

It's never safe to go into this part of Seoul at night.

The part where Karma is wanted with a gun pointed to his head for crossing enemy territory.

The part where his mask is his biggest enemy.

However, a mask won't be necessary.

The car eases to the familiar apartment building, abandoned, yet still managing to hold itself upright after many years of it not being looked after.

A building with way too many memories for Karma to bear.

"Would you like for me to wait for you sir?"

Karma looks at the building with conflicted eyes and shakes his head to Lucas's offer, removing his mask and placing it on Lucas's waiting palm, "No, it's okay. You may leave," and with that he walks out the car without another word.

Something about being around this building again settles an unease sensation to creep up Karma's body, making him gulp thickly before taking a confident step forward.

The familiar door is broken apart as Karma pushes past it and enters inside, being greeted by his ghosts of the dark and baren interior.

But the broken windows didn't let him escape not seeing every detail before his naked eyes.

Everything is exactly as he remembered it; marble floor, soothing white walls with a few paintings hanged up and a poor excuse of a front desk to make it seem like a hotel when it was actually the headquarters of a serial killer.

Well.... Killers.

Now everything seems abandoned, as if no one has lived in here for years.

Well.... That's a complete lie actually.

"And you came. What a pleasant surprise."

Karma had to close his eyes to the breathing against his neck from behind, tensing up every muscle in his body from hearing that familiar voice. He feels a hand trailing to his mid spine, feeling the body move around him and Taehyung flutters his eyes open.

Seeing the chaotic man, who he fell in love with once upon a time, standing right in front of him.

A man he was never able to force out of his mind.

"Hoseok," Taehyung whispers, gulping thickly when Hoseok playfully twirls with the loose end string of his robe, "Why did you let me see you?"

The raven-haired male creeps a wicked smile and yanks Taehyung close to his body, sneering down at him like a prize, "You're special, very special."

Taehyung fought back how those words coil with the string within his heart, averting his eyes away to look at the floor without pushing him away, "What do you want? You should've ran if you knew I would find out where you're located."

The pulse in his body is skyrocketing by the second, especially when Hoseok trails his hand down Karma's hips and bridges over to his wrist, clasping it with his palm.

"Let's go for a walk."

And for a walk they went.

Hoseok leads Taehyung all over the building, bubbling comments about how old this place is and how he remembers owning it with Yoongi back then in the days; A memory Taehyung remembers all too well since Hoseok would always sneak him here to fuck him.

This place is where Taehyung experienced being in love with someone.

When Yoongi would go away on trips and the two had the whole building to themselves, alone, him and Hoseok would go from chasing each other down the hallways like reckless kids.

To fucking in every single part of this building.

Watch moves on the main floor with a shitty projector.

Cook delicious meals in the kitchen.

And express their tender affections with each other.

These walls now only taunt him, mock Taehyung for the death row he's about to face soon enough the more he lingers here.

Suddenly they step through a door, into a room with a bed laid out on the floor and no curtains to the window as it allows the moonlight to shine through. This room despite its appearance of lack of anything here, it's well-kept and clean.

Hoseok always being one to like keeping this neat and organized.

"Me and Yoongi use to stay here, before he got taken," Hoseok mumbled, eyes gazing at the bed with a soft frown, "I miss him."

Taehyung gulps nervously, shuffling between his feet, "He's safe and not killed, if that makes you feel any better."

Hoseok breaks a breathless smile, turning to Taehyung, "What about me? You have me here, can easily take me away, where are your guards or Jungkook hm?"

Staring into the eyes of the maddening man only felt like a heavy weight on his shoulders, not being able to cover the emotions from reflecting his own pair of eyes, "You told me to come alone, I did."

"And you listen to me?" Hoseok laughs, stepping back with a hand to his lips, "You are so pathetic. Maybe you came to kill me."

Hoseok suddenly lays on the ground, arms wide open with eyes closed and a soft smile on his lips, "I'm ready, go on Tae."

Taehyung by now is shaking, seeing how calm Hoseok is being around him while knowing perfectly well he's not going to do it.

Instead of strangling him with that pillow on the bed like the familiar voice taunted him to do in his head, Taehyung gets to his knees beside him, crawling between his legs before hesitantly fiddling with the buttons of his dressed pants.

Hoseok snaps his eyes open and looks at Taehyung, a disbelief smile on his lips, "What are you doing kid?"

Taehyung didn't say anything, only digs his fingers on the rim of his pants and was about to tug it down but a kick on his chest sends him backwards. He wheezes from the unexpected force but shrieks when Hoseok crawls on his body, dark eyes glaring down at him.

"You little fucker," Hoseok growls, "You honestly think I will go back to you-"

Karma grabs the back of his hair and yanks him forward, slamming their lips together. Hoseok viciously struggles against him, pounding on his chest with his fist and tries to pull away but Karma is not that fragile boy he was before.

He's stronger, and he didn't let him escape.

"Stop fighting me," Karma growls, gripping Hoseok's hair this time to yank his head back, pressing rough kisses in his neck, "No one is watching."

That's what Hoseok needed to hear.

That no one is here to punish him for sinning.

That they're alone.

Hoseok's fights against Karma grew weaker and weaker, now placing his hands on either side of his head, "You still love me?"

Taehyung didn't say anything, only trails his lips up and pulls away, staring into Hoseok's dark eyes, "Would it be bad if I said that I do?"

The tension between the two escalated, something shifting in the air as they stare into the endless abyss of their glittering orbs.

Letting themselves finally feel.

Hoseok grimaces and leans forward, softly kissing Taehyung's lips, "You're still mine, all mine," and from there Taehyung slams their lips together much more aggressively.

Their heated bodies somehow trailed to the bed, losing themselves in the familiar game of their teasing touches and power over dominance. Their minds grew hazy as they lose themselves to that childish memory when they were young and would play with their bodies all the time.

A time where somewhere in between this mess they felt love.

Even if Hoseok was Yoongi's.

Hoseok managed to gain dominance and hovers over Taehyung's body, grinding between his parted legs with his lips diving to his sweaty neck.

A soft moan escapes Taehyung's lips, tears prickling his vision, "I love you."

"No, you don't."

Karma furrows his eyebrows, "Why do you say that?"

A weak chuckle escaped Hoseok's lips this time, his hand trailing to Karma's cheek to caress his skin, "Your hand wouldn't be reaching for the gun to your back pocket."

Karma's blood froze, along with his hand.

Hoseok is never one to not notice things.

After snapping out of it, Karma grabs the gun Yeosang gave to him and firmly points it to the side of Hoseok's head. The elder tenses up for a moment but doesn't stop his trail of kisses as he presses a firm kiss to Karma's lips.

"I'm sorry," Karma murmurs between the kiss, "You're being a pain in the ass and needs to be taken care of."

Hoseok giggles once again, pulling away with his eyes swimming in tears, "It was fun while it lasted right?"

Now this caught Karma off guard, "W-What? You're not going to stop me?"

"Now why would I try to hurt you?" Hoseok mumbles, his eyes sparkling in a vivid gleam, "I completed my mission, now I can rest."

His dainty hands reaches into his pocket and pulls out a USB, sliding it to the pocket of Karma's robe pocket, "This will have all the answers that you're looking for. I didn't show it to Yoongi, but it won't take long for him to find out."

Karma's mouth is dry now as a tear from Hoseok's eyes taps down his cheek, fluttering his eyes closed, "You made Jungkook suffer with his past, he told me what's been going on with the computer shit. I don't take that very lightly..... Don't worry, you'll find Yoongi in hell too."

"Always possessive for your pets huh?" Hoseok chuckles drily and nuzzles their foreheads together, "Maybe once I did love you..... I hope you can live with that."

That's enough closure for tonight.

Karma captures his lips from one last time before pulling the trigger, letting a loud explosive echo the air.

Silence.

Now follows silence.

Hoseok's body falls limp on top of him, collapsing to the side with a soft smile on his lips and blood drenching the side of his head now. Karma's heart is thumping hard against his chest, the pulsing and ringing so loud against his ears as he moves his eyes to his lover.

Whose now dead.

"I can live with that," Karma whispers bitterly to him, getting to his feet as he stuffs the gun to the pocket of his pants as he walks out of the room; forcing his heart to not feel the way it's shattering into pieces inside his chest.

Every step through the building felt like a part of him is being chipped off slowly, letting the memories swirl in his mind of the intimate moments he spent with Hoseok in the past.

Now Karma is free, even if his heart is completely broken.

As Karma walks out of the building, a car waits right in front of it. For a moment Karma was ready to use the last bullet on the person but when the windows slide down to reveal a familiar individual he relaxed.

Without another word he walks to the car and piles inside, closing the door behind him as the silence of the small space of the car rings the air.

"So.... Did you seek?"

Karma slowly moved his head to face Yeosang on the driver's seat, who instantly drove away from the scene.

"I did more than just that," He whispers and pulls out the USB, studying the black object on his palm, "No one messes with Karma and gets away with it, no matter where they hide I will always find them."

Yeosang only twitches a smirk to this, not saying another word as he drives the two away to the gates of hell.

Where the road is about to get worse than how it was before.
