Vama opens her eyes to see Lauren carrying her bridal style, she stays quiet as she glances over seeing Leobus thrown over Sydnie's shoulder like a bag.

Vama begins to struggle and squirm in Lauren's arms "you shouldn't hold him like that!" She yells as Lauren tries to calm her down, "calm down calm down, she just needed a free arm to get her keys.." Lauren tries to explain.

"Then get that Robyn girl to open the door! You shouldn't hold him like that when he could be injured or worse!" She yells until she finally gets out of Lauren's arms.

-extremely short time skip-

Leobus is back in vamas arms as Sydnie struggles with the door yet again until she snaps and kicks the door clean off the hinges, "LANDLORD ITS TIME TO FIX THIS DOOR FOR GODS SAKE!" She yells booming down the halls.

"Well they have to now.." Lauren remarks as her and vama walk past, the landlord pokes their head out of the door to the lobby "ms hill I surely hope you will be paying for that." They state.

As the three get into the apartment Sydnie catches up one door repair shorter in her wallet, vama gently sets Leobus on the couch, "the doctor said he wanted Leobus alive for something.. and the way he was thrown out in the hallway.." Vama begins before whipping her head around to Lauren and Sydnie as they start to unwind "you don't think Leobus lived past his usefulness to the doctor do you!?" She yells getting worked up.

Lauren waves her hand kneeling to her height, "hey hey hey hey hey.. let's just calm down.. it's Leobus we're talking about, maybe he's just extra drained and collapsed right then and there where we found him?" Lauren says slowly setting her hands on vamas shoulders.

Vama looks away backing up so Lauren isn't touching her, Sydnie coughs into her hand before grabbing Lauren's arm "Well me and Lauren are gonna go play lifeless edge for the next twelve or so hours.. see you then.." Sydnie States before pulling Lauren away into her room.

With the sound of Sydnie's door closing vama sits on her knees watching Leobus, she then doesn't move for over an hour just watching and waiting, she finally rests her head on her arms leaning on the couch and closes her eyes, she falls asleep.

Vama is awoken by the window shattering, her head shoots up as she sees a figure holding the unconscious Leobus with four spindly thin arms, it's one of them Vama thinks, vama charges but the figure side steps her and hops out the window, vama gives chase as fast as she can until the figure sprouts two large moth wings and shoots into the air.

Vama returns to her original form and leaps onto the apartment buildings roof chasing after them.

Back at the apartment sits the local drunk who was enjoying the night sky on roof as a giant moth woman shoots by and a giant cat lady hops onto the roof and away.. he looks at the drink he was having before pouring it out.

Returning to the chase.

Vama is now hopping from roof to roof until they make it to the main city and the buildings begin to get tall, the moth simply flys up heading to the tallest while Vama has to climb, making it up Vama sees the moth holding Leobus up by his arms with her lower set of arms as her upper set has her hands cupped on the sides of leobus' face.

Vama dives at them and yells "return him you mothabit!", the mothabit flys out of her reach and she holds Leobus with her right arms, "Don't do this erosion, I cannot return him now.." she states running a hand through his hair, vama leaps out and grabs the mothabits legs and hangs as she begins to fly frantically, "why can't you return him!?" Vama yells tightening her grip, "because he's mine now erosion!" She yells finally launching Vama off of her onto a nearby rooftop on a skyscraper.

Vama rips a satellite dish from the roof and hurls it at the mothabits wings hoping to bring her to the ground, the mothabit simply dodges and wags one of her pointer fingers at vama "we don't want to wake the sleeping angel do we?" She asks holding Leobus close.

Before Vama could respond or do anything the short antennas on her head twitch and she looks off in a direction, "ah.. it seems it's time to return home, I hope you don't mind me taking this souvenir~" she says as she holds on Leobus and taking off into the night sky, Vama yells and gives chase hopping roof to roof again but still unable to catch up, she climbs a flag pole atop a building hoping to close the gap.

She dives and reaches for the mothabits foot one more time but as she does the mothabit flys just a inch higher and smiles at her "oops. You missed~" she teases as Vama plummets to the ground crash landing in an alley way, recovering quickly she hops to the top of the building using the fire escape to watch as the mothabit nears the city limits, the doctor said to never leave the city, she only has a short amount of time to act until there isn't anything left she can do.

Taking off with all the power in her legs letting out a boom she launches her self into the air aiming for the mothabit not intending to grab her but shoot her down using herself as a bullet, the mothabit dodges with her superior air ability's Vama lands on one of the great bridge used to get in and out of the city, she runs along the  large cables with the mothabit flying next to her trying to go faster.

Vama looks down at all the traffic below, she can't get seen like this, she gets to the higher parts of the bridge so she's just a blur of a shadow as the mothabit notices and gets closer to the cars, the humans bellow start yelling "monster!" "Pterodactyl!" "Mothman!" "That's obviously a woman!" "Mothwoman! How's that wise guy!?" "Whatever it is, it has a child!".

They finally reach the edge of bridge and the city limits with it Vama skids to a stop as the mothabit keeps flying, vama yells as she slams her fist into a metal pillar near by.

She has no other option then to return to the apartment and wait..
