I jumped from the rooftop, it was a giant height, if i fell i would probably die, but

But i didn't

I did a jump so long that i fell on the other roof, i was safe, so i took the advantage to run away from the man, i finally escaped, when i got in a hiding place

YoungJebediah: 'Rumble~' 'Rumble~' ........

YoungJebediah: ?!

Man: Don't worry, i'm not here to hurt you, here, take it, it's for you...

YoungJebediah: .....

He was offering me a sandwich, when i grabbed and started eating, the man stood up

I grabbed something he had on a bag he had, when he ran away

The man fell on the ground.

Man: ? Hello, i can't talk now, i have to-

I was showing him some papers that were inside the bag, when he saw it

Man: Ah!....... Impressive

The man took me to a baker for me to eat

Man: I'm sorry for not introducing myself, i'm Darwin Dean, i came from England, you are?

YoungJebediah: .......

Darwin: Can you talk?

YoungJebediah: Of course i can

We started playing, it was very fun, but when the time came...... Everyone went home, and i was left alone, so i walked back to my hiding spot and just slept there.
I repeated the process for at least 2 months, since i didn't had much things to do, i started studying more and more, and it didn't go unnoticed

YoungJebediah: It's.... It's good.

Darwin: I don't like that pause, what's the deal?

I told him everything, of me not having exactly a home to call mine, or much things to do except study, well, he heard me, and it just continued normally, me going to school, coming back home, studying, going to sleep, wake up and repeat..... Until.

We went to a baker, i was munching some sweet bread, what he was telling me was something good

Darwin: I want to adopt you.
