Karkat has invited you to a small party. Well there really isn't anything small about it he said that all the ( not pre-scratch trolls jist main ones :/ ) trolls were coming and a few human Friends that were close. You were one of the last people to arrive but thats ok. When you got to the party you were greeted by your freind nepeta. "HI (name) ! wow your really late the purrty started nearly 30 mins ago!
"Hello nepeta sorry im late, i stopped to get a (coffee/tea)." you said as you tightened your grip on your (coffee/tea).
You remembered nepeta saying there was 12 trolls in total you counted them up and only got to 10
"Hey nepeta, i thought you said there are 12 trolls who were coming i counted only 10 ..."
"Oh yeah my morirail equius stayed home. he says he doesn't like these kinds of activities. Hopefurrly he changes his mind and comes!"
"What about the other troll isn't there 12?"
"Oh yea..." Nepeta trailed off. You gave her a questioning look
"Well you see (name) he's a big showoff. Always being last one and making a big entrance and he's so annoying!" Nepeta said the last part quite angrily with her tail lashing.
You quickly change the subject. She was clearly getting angry so she might feel better talking about something else.
Eridan's pov,
You were nearly 35 mins late to the party kar invited you to. You try not to be late, but you end up pondering whether to go and be alone and Embarrassed or stay home and just be alone. The only reason you are going is because there are some humans going and well you wanted to see what they were like. Perhaps they were nicer then your own fellow trolls. As you got there you decided not to make a big sene; it usually ended with sollux finding some way to make fun of you and karkat yelling his head off. Even Thow thats generally normal for him. You sorta sneak in acting as if you've been there the whole time. Nepeta is talking to a rather cute human, wait is she wearing a scarf? its hard to tell from this angle if only you could get closer without staring or getting too close
