Been a while.

This is an attempt for the open novella contest. I don't know if I'll actually have this completed by the time the contest is over, but I would actually like to finish it whether it's within the contest constraints or not. There's an idea in my brain that works as a short story so we'll see, granted it's largely inspired by the shows and books I've been reading recently with a touch of Google rabbit hole.

I'd question why I'm trying this and go through the whole "time" situation but it doesn't matter. Same schtick, different day. I've attempted ONC for a few years now and never finished anything I've started. Hope this time will be different lol.

Also, I just miss writing stuff for fun.
