What's up homies?

hope you all are doing fine! Hope you had a fantastic week so far! <3
I just wanna talk about something I've noticed recently, so feel free to skip this! Anyways, the thing I've noticed is that a LOT of artists who've had OCs for a while have grown attached to their little creations. They make a bunch of art for the character, make a world for them, poor their heart into the OC. I've never had this connection, and it's bringing me down a bit.
I've put certain OCs up for offers up on my DA, so that's that. However, the characters I HAVE kept, I've commissioned art of, which now kinda feels like a waste...? No joke, I'm honestly so happy to get art of my babies in return for helping somebody out! But now that I realize I feel no connection... I just dunno man.
I'm probably gonna put all of them up for offers after typing this for points or something, I'm not sure yet. It's a high possibility. Though, I worry that people I've commissioned will just think that it was a waste to make ME, specifically, art when I'd just give the characters away...
I would keep a few though! Bandaid because I can breed him through a system on DA, Vivid because I've decided to untwine her story with a friend's, and somebody I just got! He's a squid hehe. And of course Dakota! She's still a sweet babe 💚

On a happier note, sort of, I've been thinking of a new world to put characters in.  It's a little hard to explain, but it's a place where the characters know they aren't real, and it's how they deal with that. I'm not sure about doing lore if I make this a story or something, maybe just little scenarios with occasional hints into backstories, but yeah!

I guess the reason I made this chapter was to apologize. To all those I've commissioned, to those who've made art for me, and to myself. I'm disappointed I gave up.
