While on his patrol of the city, Eraserhead follows a tip about a gang meeting happening in an old warehouse. Once he reaches the warehouse, Eraserhead sneaks inside the building, he eavesdrops on a timid old man who was holding a puppet. 

Old Man: A...attention! Mr. Scarface would like your attention. 

Scarface: They already know that, ya lousy dummy! 

The gangsters soon pay attention to the puppet. The old man then positions the puppet to the point where he's holding a Tommy Gun, making the gangsters feel uneasy.

Scarface: Now like what the Ventriloquist said, I would like your attention. Now we got ourselves a problem here. We got someone trying to get in on our turf and send us to the can.

Ventriloquist: What do you want us to do, Mr. Scarface?

Without warning, the Ventriloquist points Scarface's arms at the balcony and unloads the Tommy Gun on the balcony. The bullets tear through the balcony's ropes, causing it to fall. Eraserhead is forced to bail out. He soon finds himself surrounded by the gangsters.

Scarface: Well look at what we got here? A lousy Pro Hero trying to nose in on our turf.

Eraserhead: The Ventriloquist and Scarface. I thought I might find you here.

Scarface; Don't play wise guy on me! I knew you were coming so I arranged this little welcoming committee.

Eraserhead: Enough games, Wesker.

Ventriloquist: I'm....I'm not in charge!

Scarface: Now you listen here, wise guy! I don't like two bit Heroes trying to take me down! So here's what's gonna happen, my boys are gonna waste you.

Ventriloquist: Should we get to safety, Mr. Scarface?

Scarface: Shut up, dummy! We're gonna kick back and watch the show! All right boys! Waste him!

Upon hearing Scarface's orders, the gangsters swarmed in on Eraserhead and attempt to gang up on him. Eraserhead is able to hold his own against the gangsters.

Scarface: Don't just stand around, you sorry schmucks! He's only one man!

One by one, Eraserhead takes down the gangsters despite their numbers. Eraserhead soon knocks out the last of the gangsters and confronts Scarface and the Ventriloquist.

Eraserhead: It's over, Scarface. I'm taking you in.

Scarface: I'm not letting some two bit Pro Hero take me to the funny house!

Scarface then fires his Tommy Gun at Eraserhead. Eraserhead is forced to take cover.

Scarface: Don't just stand around, you dummy! Let's get out of here!

Ventriloquist: Y...yes Mr. Scarface!

The Ventriloquist soon makes a run for it while he has Scarface shooting his Tommy Gun. When the gun stops firing, Eraserhead runs out of cover and begins to chase them. The chase soon reaches the roof where Eraserhead corners the Ventriloquist and Scarface. 

Eraserhead: It's over. There's nowhere for you to run. 

Scarface: I'm going going out without a fight! 

Scarface attempts to fire the Tommy Gun, but Eraserhead knocks the puppet out of the Ventriloquist's hands. 

Ventriloquist: Mr. Scarface!

Despite the puppet not being in the Ventriloquist's hands, he could still hear the voice of Scarface. 

Scarface: Forget me, dummy! Get the gun! Waste him!

The Ventriloquist gets a hold of Scarface's Tommy Gun and aims it at Eraserhead. Despite being ordered to, the Ventriloquist begins to shake. 

Eraserhead: Arnold. Wait. You don't have to do this. Don't do this. 

Ventriloquist: But it's out of my hands!

Eraserhead: He's the puppet. Not you.

The Ventriloquist continues to shake. He soon hears the voice of Scarface once more. 

Scarface: Don't listen to him, dummy! He's playing you like a cheap fiddle! Do it already, dummy! Give this sucker a case of lead poisoning! 

The Ventriloquist aims the Tommy Gun towards Eraserhead. Eraserhead calmly approaches the Ventriloquist.

Ventriloquist: I'm sorry.....

The Ventriloquist gets his finger on the trigger. Despite being ordered to shoot by Scarface, the Ventriloquist hesitates. The voice of Scarface speaks again. 

Scarface: C'mon! What are you waiting for?! For once in your lousy life, do something right! 

The Ventriloquist continues to aim the Tommy Gun at Eraserhead. Eraserhead gets ready to attack, but the Ventriloquist lowers the gun. The voice of Scarface begins to mock him.

Scarface: Why am I not surprised? I always knew that you didn't have the stomach for this line of work! You always were a damn coward! 

At this point, the Ventriloquist had had enough of Scarface's insults and aimed the Tommy Gun at the puppet. The voice of Scarface continues to mock him. 

Scarface: You lying two faced, yellow bellied traitor! When I get my hands on you, you're gonna be sleeping with the fishes!

The Ventriloquist then fires the Tommy Gun directly at the puppet. In the Ventriloquist's mind, he could hear the puppet's dying screams as Scarface falls off the roof and into a large fan where he is completely destroyed.As Scarface is reduced to dust, the Ventriloquist drops the gun and falls on his knees. Eraserhead walks over to the Ventriloquist and places his hand on his shoulder.

Ventriloquist: He's...he's gone. I....I can't believe he's gone. 

Eraserhead: It's over, Arnold. The authorities are on their way. 

Ventriloquist: I....I understand. I need help. Oh God I need help....

Eraserhead then gives the authorities the location of the warehouse. When the authorities arrive, they take the Ventriloquist along with the rest of Scarface's gangsters. As the Ventriloquist is taken into custody, he is moved to a psychiatric facility to get him the help he needs. Eraserhead then leaves the area and resumes his patrol of the city.
