On a routine patrol, Eraserhead scouts the city for any villains that seek to cause chaos. As he stands on a rooftop, he sees a building being gripped by giant vines and plants.

Eraserhead: Great. Another villain. And at a botanical garden no less.

Eraserhead then began making his way to the Botanical Gardens. Once he gets inside, he sees the entrance blocked off by vines. Before he could attempt to cut through the vines, they release the door. 

Eraserhead: What the hell....

Knowing this could be a trap, Eraserhead decides to go in anyway. Once he gets inside, he sees the room covered in strange looking plants. He walks up to a plant pod and hears it humming. Suddenly, it shoots out venomous spores at Eraserhead, but he rolls out of the way. Eraserhead then walks to the pod and destroys it. But as he does it, he is suddenly grabbed by a vine and is hung upside down. He then sees a woman with green skin wearing a costume rooted in plants resembling a corset and divides at the chest, which also covers her legs up to her thighs. 

Eraserhead: Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy: Weren't you ever taught to respect Mother Nature, Eraserhead? 

Eraserhead: Guess I missed that part.

Eraserhead looks around Ivy and sees several unconscious people

Eraserhead; You're going down!

Poison Ivy: These fleshy meat sacks don't deserve any pity or mercy! While my plants suffer and die, they squander the planet they live in! Killing them would be doing the planet a service.

Poison Ivy then walks up to Eraserhead while smiling a seductive smile. 

Poison Ivy: But perhaps all you need is a kiss. 

Poison Ivy closed her eyes and prepared to kiss Eraserhead. Just before their lips touched, Eraserhead activates his Erasure Quirk to erase Ivy's plant like powers. After the kiss, Poison Ivy lets out a small chuckle and turns around. 

Poison Ivy: Such a shame for someone so....handsome to meddle in affairs in matters that are not your own. Oh well. 

As Poison Ivy walks away, thinking she killed Eraserhead, the Pro Hero calls out to her.

Eraserhead: Nice try.

Poison Ivy turns around to see Eraserhead with his Erasure Quirk activated.

Poison Ivy: Clever little man.

Upon saying that, Eraserhead frees himself by using his knife and cutting through the vines. Poison Ivy then screams in pain. 

Poison Ivy: You'll pay for that Eraserhead!

Poison Ivy attempts to summon up vines to restrain Eraserhead, but is unable to due to the Erasure Quirk still being active. Eraserhead then wraps up Poison Ivy with his Combat Scarves.

Eraserhead: Enough games Ivy! I'm not in the mood for your games! Just come along quietly and make it easy on yourself!

Poison Ivy: Poor insignificant little man. Always thinking you're on top. But Mother Nature always wins! 

Poison Ivy then headbutts Eraserhead, forcing him to deactivate his Erasure Quirk. She then blows pheromone dust around the unconscious bodies. As Ivy did that, the bodies began getting up. Their eyes were glowing green. 

Poison Ivy: I need help here boys!

Guard #1: Must......help......Ivy.......

Guard #2: Must......serve......Ivy.....

Eraserhead soon found herself surrounded by guards hypnotized by Poison Ivy's pheromone dust. The guards soon attacked Eraserhead, but he manages to take then down with ease. As he takes them down, he notices that Ivy was nowhere to be seen. 

Eraserhead: Don't bother hiding Ivy! 

As Eraserhead says this, the ground begins to shake violently. Suddenly, a giant plant bursts from the ground. Upon looking at the plant, he sees Ivy in the head of the plant protected by a hard shell.

Eraserhead: Great. Just keeps getting better and better. 

Poison Ivy: You cannot beat Mother Nature! But she can destroy you!

The plant then slams it's roots down at Eraserhead, but he rolls out of the way. He attempts to use his Erasure Quirk on Ivy, but is unable to get a clear view on here. Ivy notices it and laughs.

Poison Ivy: Your Erasure Quirk won't save you this time, Eraserhead! You are facing against an agent of Mother Nature! Your precious Hero Society is nothing more than a worthless speck! 

The plant continues attacking Eraserhead, but he is able to dodge it's attacks. Eraserhead soon dashes out of cover and uses his Combat Scarves to latch onto the plant. He then proceeds to climb it. Ivy summons up vines to try and get the Pro Hero off of her, but he evades it. Eraserhead soon reaches the head of the plant and begins punching it.

Poison Ivy: What do you think you're doing?! 

Eraserhead: Taking you down!

As he punches, Eraserhead soon finds himself being restrained by vines and they begin to crush him.

Poison Ivy: Feeling the pressure, little man?!

Eraserhead is able to escape and busts a hold in the protective shell. He activates his Erasure Quirk, deactivating Poison Ivy's powers. The plant collapses and the shell dissolves.

Poison Ivy: No! My baby! I'll kill you for that Eraserhead!

Before she could react, Eraserhead restrains her with his Combat Scarves and knocks her out. After knocking Poison Ivy out, Eraserhead looks around the Botanical Gardens and sees the destruction caused by their fight. 

Eraserhead: Just another day at the office. 

Eraserhead then delivers the unconscious Poison Ivy to Tsuragamae and the police headquarters in Hosu City. After that, he continues on his patrol.
