While on his patrol of the city, Eraserhead finds it to be a quiet night. Suddenly, he hears sirens wailing in the distance. As Eraserhead makes his to the sirens, he sees several unconscious officers. While Eraserhead checks on them, he's attacked by a woman wearing a revealing clown outfit.

Eraserhead: Harley Quinn.

Harley: Hiya Eraser! Been awhile! How do you like my new uniform? Pretty hot, huh?

Eraserhead: I'm in no mood for this, Quinn. You're coming with me.

Harley: Tempting, but no die! I'm here to have some fun!

Harley then readies her giant hammer and slams it onto Eraserhead, but he was able to get out of the way. Harley begins laughing as she continues to swing her hammer at Eraserhead.

Harley: Doc Harley prescribes sleepy, sleepy time!

During the fight, Eraserhead uses his Combat Scarves to yank Harley's hammer out of her hands. As he grabs the hammer, he breaks it in two.

Harley: Hey! I loved that hammer almost as I love Mr. J!

Eraserhead: I'm done playing games, Harley!

Harley: I'm rubber, you're glue, whatever you say bounces off me and makes a six-inch-diameter exit wound in you!

Harley then pulls out an oversized pop gun and fires a shot at Eraserhead. Eraserhead dodges the shot as it hits a nearby cop car, exploding it.

Harley: Wowzers! Gotta love these toys Mr. J always cooks up! Now let's see what Momma Harley can do!

Harley continues firing her oversized pop gun at Eraserhead while he dodges the shots. Eventually, Eraserhead closes the distance and knocks the pop gun out of her hand. Harley simply responds by kicking Eraserhead in the face.

Harley: Ouch! That looks like it hurt!

Harley continues to attack Eraserhead with acrobatic attacks. Harley continues to berate the Pro Hero as a means of annoying him.

Harley: I may be a certified nutso wanted by the law in over a dozen states and hopelessly in love with a murderous, psychopathic clown, but I'm a girl who likes to have fun!

Eraserhead: Your fun is endangering people's lives. I'm not letting you go.

Harley: You think I'm just a doll. A doll that's pink and light. A doll you can arrange any way you like. You're wrong. Very wrong. What you think of me is only a ghost of time. I am dangerous. And I will show you just how dark I can be.

Harley then begins performing acrobatic tricks on Eraserhead, but Eraserhead keeps himself composed as he waits for Harley to make her move.

Harley: Coming through, Eraser!

Harley then goes for a sucker punch, but Eraserhead grabs her arm and flips her. As Eraserhead goes to take her down, Harley kicks Eraserhead in the face and hops on a nearby streetlight.

Harley: Was that as easy as it looked? Hmmm. Well, it won't be so easy trying to catch me!

Harley then blows a kiss at Eraserhead and begins to run off. Eraserhead was able to recover and chase after her. Harley proves to be a fast and tenacious villain as her acrobatic prowess proved difficult to keep up.

Harley: What's the matter, Eraser?! Getting tired?!

Eraserhead ignores Harley's taunts as he continues to chase after her. Eventually, the chase ends as Eraserhead corners Harley on a rooftop.

Eraserhead: Give it up, Harley! There's no where for you to run!

Harley: Y'know, Eraser, I always thought there was a spark between us! Now it looks like I gotta beat the spark outta ya skull! Oh well! I'm sure Mr. J is gonna get laugh outta this!

Harley begins throwing punches and kicks towards Eraserhead, but the Pro Hero was able to block and parry the attacks. During the assault, Eraserhead attempts to wrap Harley with his Combat Scarves, but Harley dodges them.

Harley: I never understood why you attack using scarves. You think you some kinda fashion designer?! Just add a little bit of red and a little bit of green and you'll be all kinds of sexy!

Eraserhead: Last thing I need is fashion advice from a girl who dresses like a clown.

Eraserhead throws a few punches, but Harley dodges them with ease as well as laughing about it. Eventually, Harley wraps her legs around Eraserhead's head and begins punching him.

Harley: Whoopsie! Eraser has a boo-boo! Let Momma Harley kiss it to make it all better!

Eraserhead was able to get Harley off of him. Soon enough, Eraserhead begins to press the attack on Harley and read her movements more quickly. As Harley kicks Eraserhead in the face, Harley stands on the edge of the roof.

Harley: Well, Eraser, it's been real fun, but I gotta date with Mr. J! It's our anniversary and we're gonna blow up a hospital and have a romantic dinner by the ACE Chemicals plant followed by a dance in Arkham Asylum! Ain't he just dreamy?

Eraserhead: The only date you and your boyfriend will be having is in a padded cell surrounded by armed guards.

Harley becomes annoyed at that and attempts to attack him with a backflip kick, but Eraserhead was able to read her attack and take her down and knock her out. As Eraserhead ties her up with his Combat Scarves, Eraserhead takes a deep breath.

Eraserhead: Talk about Mad Love....

After tying Harley Quinn up, Eraserhead leaves an anonymous tip for the authorities to take Harley Quinn into custody. Afterwards, he left the area and resumed his patrol of the city.
