While on his patrol of the city, Eraserhead finds it to be rather quiet. As he patrols the city, one of the large TV monitors on the side of the building begins to flicker. Soon, the Villain known as Anarky begins to address the city. 

Anarky(TV): Greetings all who watch this! My name is Anarky! I am well aware of the brevity of the average attention span, and will consequently keep my words brief! I believe in the absolute freedom of the individual! I believe the present order of False Heroes must be abolished and destroyed! I believe that the voice of the people must be heard, listened and obeyed! I planted several bombs across this city and I will detonate them if any False Heroes attempt to stop me! If you are an enemy of the people, Anarky will seek you out and destroy you! So speaks the Voice of the True Heroes!

As this broadcast was made, Eraserhead immediately began tracking  Anarky's broadcast. Suddenly, Eraserhead is contacted by Anarky himself. 

Anarky(Communicator): Why hello there little hero! Apologies for the interruption, but I have sought you out. I have planted several bombs at where this city's corruption is at it's strongest.

Eraserhead: These people are innocent! Leave them out of this!

Anarky(Communicator): But you fail to understand the corruption and the decadence that I-Island has given! This city aids the False Heroes in oppressing the weak and infest the Hero Society with their corrupted ways! But I see in you, values of a true hero! I'd like to propose an alliance between you and me! 

Eraserhead: If you think I'll join you.....

Anarky(Communicator): Perhaps we should speak in person. I'm in the old courthouse. 

As Anarky ended the conversation, Eraserhead quickly made his way to the old courthouse. As he made his way inside, Anarky greeted him. 

Anarky: Welcome, Eraserhead! Welcome to the place that was once a house of justice! I've been looking forward to meeting you. I look at you, and I see a true hero! I wish to extend this invitation of friendship! Join my crusade and we will wipe the False Heroes that infest Hero Society!

Eraserhead: You're insane! You're putting innocent lives in danger all in the name of some kind of revolution!

Anarky(Intercom): Sometimes people must die to advance the cause! By refusing, you name yourself an enemy of the people! And all enemies of the people must be purged! What a shame, I had hoped you would see reason. Alas, you are no better than the False Heroes who oppress this society!

Eraserhead soon attacked Anarky and the two began to fight. Anarky used his cane to block Eraserhead's attacks. Eraserhead's concerns soon fell on the bombs. 

Eraserhead: Shut down those bombs, Anarky! You'll kill thousands! 

Anarky: What I'm doing must be done. The people must have their voice! I shall give it to them!

Anarky then begins shooting energy blasts from his cane. Eraserhead dodges the attacks as he looks around to see anything that can be tied to the bombs. 

Eraserhead: (I can't waste any time here! I have to disarm those bombs before they detonate!)

Anarky: Fidelity. Once upon a time that's what defined society. People coming together in pursuit of common cause. To care for each other. To protect and provide. We took shelter from the darkness-and the things that roamed it. Community meant progress. But now...It's all backwards. We worship at the altar of competition. We build fortresses around ourselves. We fight. We betray. We have become the things we feared. I aim to change all that. I aim to wipe the slate clean so that the people may be free!

Eraserhead continues to dodge Anarky's attacks. Soon enough, he lunged at Anarky and began to attack him. Eraserhead soon puts Anarky in a headlock. 

Anarky: It seems I underestimated you, Eraserhead! I must say, you have surpassed my expectations! You truly have the makings of a great hero! Let the final game begin!

Tsukuyomi: I'm not playing games Anarky!

Anarky: We shall see!

Anarky soon breaks free of Eraserhead's headlock and begins to put the Pro Hero on the offensive. As the fight drags on, Eraserhead tried to deduce where the bomb triggers were with no success. 

Anarky: I always knew I'd get off on this part of it. There's something just feels so good about... destruction. But not destruction for its own sake. This is a cleansing...a ridding of the old...it's necessary.

As Anarky said this, he readies a button on his cane. Realizing that Anarky's cane was the trigger to the bombs, Eraserhead lunges at Anarky and knocks the cane out of Anarky's hands. He then proceeds to brawl with Anarky for the cane.

Eraserhead: I'm not letting you detonate those bombs! 

Anarky: Try as you will! For you only delay the inevitable!

Eraserhead and Anarky continue to battle over the cane. Eventually, Eraserhead grabs the cane with his Combat Scarves and breaks it in two, making the bombs useless. Despite this defeat, Anarky shows no sign of rage.

Anarky: Well played, Eraserhead. It seems I truly underestimated you. 

Without warning, Eraserhead lands a punch on Anarky's face, shattering his mask as well as knock him out. With Anarky and the bombs dealt with, Eraserhead breathes a sigh of relief. 

Eraserhead: That was too close....

Eraserhead walks over to Anarky's computer and sees the location of the inactive bombs. He then ties up Anarky and leaves an anonymous tip along with the location of the bombs. He then leaves the courthouse and resumes his patrol of the city.
