A/N: I guess you guys are pretty upset that Fluttershy is gone. And one of you guys are genius on the comments. I'm not saying who!!😜 Anyway I finish this chapter and hope you like a little.

It's been two days and Fluttershy still remain missing. The girls offered to help but the police feel is best for them not to bother with any help.
At least everyone was kids getting back to normal. Rarity started to come up with ideas with new dresses, Pinkie Pie is still offering to help out with any school event that Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna is missing out on, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight's relationship has gotten better for everyone cause no one is laughing anymore, Applejack was able to get back on her feet, and Rainbow Dash is able to play in PE again while being happy. But they all still were sad Fluttershy was gone.
People still are shock with Rainbow Dash and Applejack's relationship. Luckily no one has mention that if anyone knew that Fluttershy was going through this stuff.
As much as her kick made it to the goal, Rainbow Dash still was sad.
"Great job Rainbow." The coach said. "Glad you're back on your feet."
"Thanks coach." She walked back to the bench to join the ones who finish their kick.
"Hey Rainbow Dash." One of the girls next to her whisper. "Is it true Fluttershy is missing?"
"Yeah. She's gone." She answered sadly.
"I'm sorry. I hope she's okay. And don't mind me asking but are you and Applejack dating?"
"Yes. That's not a problem is it?"
"No. It's cute. I like you two together."
She smiled at her glad someone at least appreciate there relationship instead of laughing.
She sat there watching others finish their kicks to goal.
She began to think of Fluttershy to try and think of where else she could possibly be. Could she be still in her apartment? She never seen her mother or stepfather in person so she shouldn't know what they look like.
This made her feel sick. Which was weird.
She started to get a weird feeling in her stomach that didn't make sense. It was like swishing all around her belly that made her feel funny. Her face began to go green as she hold her stomach.
"Hey, you okay Rainbow Dash?" The girl asked.
Rainbow couldn't respond. The only thing she did was run into the girls bathroom since they're outside. Everyone watched her run in and she slam the door.
She ran into where the toilets were and pulled her hair back so she can puke into it.
It was gross. She puke out as yellow and a little green. At the end, she spitted out some spit an was able to breath. Except what she was breathing was disgusting. The puke really went all over the bathroom.
"Rainbow Dash?" The same girl from earlier came into the bathroom looking for her. "Is everything alright?"
Rainbow took a deep breath and said "Yeah. Yeah I think I'm fine."
The girl sniffed the air and was disgusted. "Ooh! What is that smell?"
"N-Nothing. I just puke. Nothing big." She came out of the bathroom stall rubbing her arm.
"Do you need to see the nurse?" She asked.
"Probably."
So after that incident, Rainbow Dash went to the nurse to see how badly sick she was.
The nurse did everything she can to figure out what was wrong with Rainbow, but nothing seemed wrong with her.
She started to take her temperature. She took it out of Rainbow's mouth and looked at it. "Well, you don't have a temperature." She noticed.
"Then how could she possibly puke into the bathroom?" The girl asked.
"So, tell me. You were practicing soccer, and then you started getting a woozy feeling in your stomach and you just had to run to the bathroom to puke?"
"Yes ma'am. It felt really weird." Rainbow said.
The nurse began to have an idea but wasn't sure if she could possibly be correct.
She walked to her desk searching through the drawers of it. "Now I know this is a silly idea," She said as she search. "But I have the feeling if you take this test we might know the solution of what's wrong."
She had in her hand was a small stick. Rainbow and the girl were surprised this is what she thinks. But could she be right?
"You really think...?" The girl asked.
"We gotta try. Miss Dash, take the test and we might have your answer."
Rainbow grabbed the stick and looked at it thinking she could be right. "Okay, but how do I take it?"
"I'll show you. Come on."
Then she leaded the teenager in the bathroom.

With everyone starving, people might run out of food for the B lunch people.
The girls were real upset their friend was gone but were trying to make it the best since everything is kinda erring back to normal. Everyone just misses Fluttershy.
Applejack took a bite of her apple and swallows it. Before she knew it, Rainbow Dash sat next to her with a worried look.
"Hey Rainbow." She said.
"Hey."
Applejack recognized how she was acting and sometimes she acts like this cause she may have done something wrong.
"I'm just thinking of how Fluttershy would feel if she does get found and she does go to a foster home." Pinkie said looking sad.
"Guys it's only been two days." Rarity said.
"Then why does it feel like it's been years?"
"It's cause we're not use to not have Fluttershg around." Applejack said.
"I do miss her a lot." Sunset Shimmer said.
Twilight placed her hand on Sunset's hand and said to everyone "Don't worry. She might be okay. We just have to have faith. She's really strong once you see her stare."
"Yeah. She does look scary with the stare." Rarity said.
Rainbow Dash only remain quiet looking at her food. She looked scared mostly.
"Hey, you okay?" Applejack asked her.
Everyone's attention went to Rainbow since they saw how upset she was being.
"It's just..." She didn't know how to explain this to her friends. Especially Applejack. She sighed "I just wish I was strong to stop him."
"Pardon?" Rarity said.
"You see, something happen and..." She wasn't sure how she was gonna explain this.
"Come on Rainbow." Applejack wrapped her arm around Rainbow Dash's shoulder. "You can tell us."
"No matter what happens, we're still friends." Rarity said.
"I know. It's just...." Then she mumbled something that no one could hear.
"Sorry what was that?" Twilight asked.
She mumble a little louder but didn't quite catch anyone's ear.
"Hon, you need to talk louder." Applejack said.
She sighed and didn't mumble this time. "I'm pregnant."
They gasped in surprised.
Then Rarity got up onto the table and pulled Rainbow closer. "Pregnant?! YOU'RE PREGNANT?!" She looked honestly happy. But that really loud cause the whole cafeteria heard her. Then she had an idea.
"You're pregnant aunt, is having a boy!" She lied pretending she meant to say that. "That's great!" But then she pretend to notice everyone. "What are you all looking at? Shoo!"
Then everyone just went back to eating.
"P-Pregnant?" Applejack made sure what she heard was true.
"Yeah. I was throwing up during PE today and I was taken to the nurse. I had to take this test that most pregnant women would take and it was positive. I don't know what happen. I'm really sorry AJ."
"Why are you sorry?" She asked.
"Because, I don't know how and I know you be mad it isn't yours and... I don't know. I'm real sorry."
"Did you think I was gonna dump you just cause you're pregnant?"
She nodded.
"Rainbow Dash, I'm not gonna break up with you just cause you have a baby. I'm thrilled. And besides, I would expect us to have one."
Everyone blushed, imagining how hard that would be.
"So, you're not mad?"
"Nope. I have no intention to be."
"Us either!" Pinkie said. "Having a baby is awesome!"
"No it's not." She said. "What is my dad gonna say? He'll freak out!"
"I'm sure your father will understand that it was an accident, or something." Rarity said
"No he won't. I just can't handle to see him mad."
"Even if he does get mad," Applejack placed her hand on Rainbow Dash's. "We're still here for you."
"Yep. No matter what happens, we're always here for you." Twilight said.
Rainbow Dash smiled and blushed red. "I'm glad you guys are my friends. Thank you."
"No prob! On one condition." Pinkie said. "I get to name the baby!"
"We'll think about it." Applejack said.
"I'll be making him or her a special outfit for his or her arrival." Rarity said.
"Thanks Rarity, but nothing too fancy please." Rainbow said.
She mop and crossed her arms. "Fine."
"I'll certainly be reading him or her a story of ponies." Sunset Shimmer said. "I bet he or she will love to hear about a special Alicorn." She grabbed Twilight's hand and gave her a kiss on the cheek which made her red too.
Rainbow loved seeing them two together. Applejack began to rub Rainbow's stomach to feel their baby, even though they just found out.
This might be an awesome experience for them both to be parents. Even if it's not Applejack's.

Luckily the lockers quiet today with people's conversations instead. Applejack and Rainbow Dash were at Rainbow's locket so se can get her things.
"I just hate that I have to be more of a girl than a male, cause that seems more sense." She said.
"Hey, you're the one that's pregnant." Applejack teased.
Rainbow slammed her locker and was pinning Applejack's hands to the other lockers looking seductively. "So you're saying I'm not manly enough."
"Well you're a female too so it wouldn't make sense." Applejack began to be sarcastic playfully.
"Even though I confess my feelings with drugs I'm still girly?"
"You bet you are."
Rainbow grinned and leaned in to give Applejack a kiss. Applejack was so in heat she put her right leg over Rainbow's waist and dug her tongue into Rainbow's mouth. The feeling was still good to them both. Moaning left Applejack's mouth as she stopped for air. Rainbow wanted more and continued to make out with her girlfriend. She began to kiss Applejack's neck and lifted her up so she can be a little higher. Her feet could barley reach the ground.
Applejack moaned a little loud. They forgot they're on school grounds. But they didn't care. She wrapped her arms around Rainbow's shoulders and lifted her head up to gasp for air.
She looked back down to smile at her as she began to go to her breasts, when suddenly, she saw a certain girl watching them with a mean glare grinning at them.
She blushed, a little embarrassed she was watching. She stopped her moaning and gasping because of her.
The girl began to move away and left them two alone. Applejack remembered that girl from Trixie's party.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Rainbow stopped with her hair being a mess. She looked up at her wanting more but could tell something was wrong.
"That girl." She said looking at her as she walked off.
Rainbow looked and couldn't believe who Applejack was looking at.
"I saw her at Trixie's party and she was watching us, mean fully."
Rainbow began to looked mad and put her cowgirl down. "I'll be right back." Then she stomped to the girl with anger in her fists.
Applejack knew that if Rainbow Dash is like this, that ain't gonna be a good ending.
Rainbow was able to keep up with the girl and had a grip on her shoulder so she can look at her. "How can you do that, you annoying little brat?!"
"What do you mean?" She tried to sound innocent but her face certainly didn't show it.
"Oh you know what I mean! Making videos of me and my friends! Thanks to you, my friend is gone forever probably!"
"Oh, I was only trying to help. I mean, Fluttershy would never be able to make it. At least I tried to get her help. What did you do? You didn't even bother to tell anyone."
Rainbow Dash realized she made a point but tried to make her understand how pissed she was. "That's cause she beg me."
"She beg you? Some friend."
Applejack walked to the two girls seeing them fight.
"Listen you, the next time you make a video about my friends or me, I will kill you!"
"Oh be careful Rainbow Dash." She said. "You wouldn't want anything to happen to your baby. I mean, it might die with so much anger in you."
This was new. How did she know she was pregnant?
"Oh. Yes. Everyone knows you're pregnant Rainbow Dash. So sad that you never seem to keep your pants on to anyone."
Applejack got to be offended even though these insults weren't about her. "Now hang on, you have no right to talk to her that way!" She said.
"Oh. You must be the girlfriend of Rainbow Dash. You must be always I heat for you both to make out in the hall. You're both just lucky Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna aren't here."
"I'm assuming you're Lightning Dust aren't you?"
"The one and only. If I were you two, I keep an eye on y'all moments. Wouldn't want you two to separate?"
"Is that a threat?"
"Oh heavens no. Just not sure if CHS allows a bunch of desperate lesbians. Now if you'll both excuse me, I have my own soccer game to get to, other than making out in hallways."
Lightning Dust left the two girls all by their selves in the hall feeling hatred.
Rainbow Dash on the other hand was feeling shame in herself.
"You okay?" Applejack said.
"Yeah. I guess."
"I can't believe she use to be captain of a soccer team."
"You and me both."
"Well we better head to class." She was walking off until Rainbow stopped her with her words.
"Applejack. Do you think I'm a bad friend for not telling anyone about Fluttershy?"
"Heck no." She walked back to comfort her. "I mean, it's bad cause they abused her but you were only doing what every friend would do. You're a true friend down the heart even if they are a mistake."
She smiled and hugged the cowgirl. "Thanks."
Applejack pulled back to look in her eyes and kiss her again. Then she couldn't help but push Rainbow against the wall they were at and make out again.
Rainbow pulled back. "AJ. We do have class remember?"
"They can wait."
Without giving her a chance to respond she smashed her lips again an decided to continue their moment until a teacher or student catches them.
