November 12th, 2015

It was a sunny day in Canderlot, I wasn't doing anything important, all I was doing was drinking a soda and my duckling was eating pellets of the food Fluttershy told me of it can eat. "Man why am I so tired?..." I asked my pet as it quacked at me, "You think it was the fight me and Trixie had?" I asked the bird, as it nods. "Nah, it can't be, I may need a snack though... I'm hungry..." I say as I grabbed the little animal and I put it on my shoulder and walked to a convenient store and bought me some gummy worms.

Mmm... I love me a pack of gummy worms... But as I took a step outside of the store, a tall dude bursts into the store and we both fall down into the ground, because he wasn't heavy enough to run me over, so we just both flew in the air as we hit each other and I was in pain, good thing my duckling wasn't hurt. "Oh! I am super sorry for that!" the guy said, as my pet started to peck him for protection, but of course, he wasn't in pain. "Aww! that's so cute!" a girl with long pink hair and a cute blue bow walks in and holds my pet. "Yeah, don't mind me when I'm on the ground while I bleed my back off..." I said under the guy who tackled me. "Oh please excuse my boyfriend, he can be a little carried away when it comes to his Arizona Tea..." The guy nods and he gets off of me. "I am Cadence, and this is Shining Armor, what is your  name?" I get back up on my own feet and said, "The names Robert ya dead eye couple..." Shining looks at Cadence and then goes to the drink isle to get his tea. "We are on our way to Raritys boutique to pick out clothes for the party, would you like to go?" I thought about it for a bit, and I did decide to go, just go with the flow everyone. The crystal couple hopped into their car, as the duckling and I took the Bruiser Cruiser for transportation.

10 minutes later...

We arrived at Rarities Boutique for some clothes. "Where are you going Cadence?" I asked, as she was looking for a crystal dress to probably reflect her personality or something, I don't know! I have been poisoned with Rarities love for dresses, now I'm a dress critic... Great... Just what the doctor ordered... Anyways, she said, "You didn't hear? Canderlot High and Crystal Prep are having a party together to celebrate Thanksgiving!" She said, as I totally remembered what she was talking about. "I'll be right back!" She said as she loses herself in the world of the dresses she was in. I was about to leave so I get my tux I used several times throughout my adventure here, but Shining stopped me before my ears. "Hey before you get your suit... Can... Can I ask you a huge favor?..." I nodded as I waited for him to continue. "I'm performing a song at the party along after Rainbow Dash, and I needed some instrumentals for a song, wanna help me?" I nodded and told him, "Yes! But we need to get you a stunning outfit before we do! I know the perfect isle to get you!" I led the way to get his suit, but that proves that Raritys fashion critique and lips have been smudged all over my face... (Sigh)

November 13th

It was the day of the Party and Pinkie was holding it, of course. "Good Party isn't it?" I asked Rainbow Dash, drinking a soda, while my duckling is sipping on a tiny cup of water. "It's great! There's nothing like a party held by Pinkie Pie!" She was as I nod, "So I think Shining Armor is next!" Dash said, as I ran onto the stage with my own instrument, does it really need an introduction? Anyways, Shining gives me a signal to begin my instrument, and when I did, everyone knew what song it was... Never Give You Up by Rick Ashley... Some girls squealed with excitement, but some giggled for the silliness of the song. As Shining began to sing, I saw a high shade of red across his face as he sang for Cadence, which she did the same.

After the song...

Everyone cheers for our performance, but mostly the girls cheered for Shinings performance, but I didn't mind, so I will let this one pass. "Thanks a bunch dude! I owe you one!" We get off stage as Cadence hugged her boyfriend with extra power then usual. "That was great Shining! I love you! Robert, you did good too!" I nod as I took the two back home when the party was over an hour ago. "Well, here we are." I said in a tired tone, Cadence hops off as she told me to wait as Shining friended me on Facebook. When he finished, Cadence came back with a box with a surprise in it. I peeked what was inside, and I gasped, as it was a chicken egg! "I thought you had an interest in birds, I thought this would be a cool gift for helping my Shining honey for his performance! Plus, my friendship on Facebook!" I grinned as she sent my her friend request on Facebook. I waved my goodbye to the crystal couple, excited to hatch my new baby chick! A new cast member and friend for my duckling!
