"I don't really wanted to believe you right now Tae..but..ah, I don't really know! I feel..conflicted. I treated Sigyn as a good friend and support and thinking like that for her is.."

"No, don't think that you're back stabbing her or anything. Even you can see it yourself bit by bit am I right?"

"I-i..let's reserve this talk okay? I don't think it can do me good for the decathlon. Can you and Hobi help me to drive her away from me and Kookie first? After the decathlon I'll confront her if there's no other choice left to do."

Jimin was worried of wasting time thinking of something unnecessary. He should have been focusing his academics throughly and he can see the point why Taehyung just bursted those things suddenly.

If Sigyn suddenly opens her mouth, it'll be over for the two of them and their future. Literally.

"I'll tell Hobi, sure. You're right about setting it for a while, I'm sorry for suddenly spilling it out in such an uncertain situation..I just can't help it. I can't stand her anymore!"

"It's alright..I-i think I can forget this problem for a while and focus on the decathlon. Just like what you said, do everything to drive her away from me and..shut her mouth too if possible. Just in any ways possible, shut her mouth. Please, just until we finish the decathlon."

Hell to her, why does she need to add headaches for him up to this time?

"Yeah, yeah. Fine to me if it will make you happy and safe." Taehyung is actually done at his bitter stage, just extending his love for Jimin in a helpful way instead.

They continued walking home and bid their goodbyes to each other yet the thought just couldn't go off his mind that fast.

Jungkook, possibilities and decathlon was bugging him off at the point but he couldn't mix personal matters right now. He needs to clear his mind out of shit whether friendship or relationship even the things in between.

Jimin entered their house, being surprised on who was currently sitting in their living room.

"Oh, Jimin! Welcome home! Come, come here and greet your school's head teacher!" He swore at the moment that he went paler than paper, gulping down his saliva through his dry throat.

He was sitting their comfortably with a demeanor's smile on his formal appearance with a cup of tea on his hand probably offered by his parents.

"S-sir. Good afternoon to you. What brings you here at this moment?" He stood up just by his parent's side on where they were sitting.

"I just dropped by to have your parents sign this waivers for tomorrow's competition. I forgot to tell Jeon about this papers so I decided to go here my own and so I can talk to your parents about certain things. Am I right Mrs. Park?"

Jimin was pretty sure that he didn't tell anything and perhaps just some threatening for additional nervous factor for him.

"We were totally glad that my son excelled so much for this year!" Mr. Park proudly had a smile on his face.

It was rather pleasing for Jimin to hear his dad proud of him, but it added weight to the burden of expectations he was supposed to carry.

"Your parents seemed so proud of you, Jimin. I'm sure you can win tomorrow, if you could." Jimin suddenly had a weird feeling in his gut when he said the last three words that he can't help jolting a little.

Did he just implied that he won't win?

"We are sure that our son would take a trophy tomorrow! Right son?"

Jimin just forced a grin on his face, trying to cover the doubt he was having at the moment.

"Y-yeah. I'll try if I can t-tomorrow."

"Oh and the head teacher said that you had this inseperable beneficial bond with your Math teacher. I never thought the day that you'll like Math would come!"

"I suppose we are close mom, but he was a great teacher anyways." Jimin was already wondering on other subtle implications the head teacher must have told his parents. He was actually nervous about it but he knew that he was up to something else rather than giving a shit about him.

"If you'll win then you're aware about the scholarship you're gonna get overseas right?"

"I-i am."

"Tokyo is a great place but such a waste for your bond with Jeon. Who knows, he can have another favorite student instead?" He felt a sudden pang to his chest biting his lip giving out shaky laugh.

"Y-yeah, Tokyo is indeed great for studying that's why I'll strive hard tomorrow. And Mister Jeon's decision is out of my reach and were just a matter of teacher and student, I can't interfere on his acts."

It was such a heavy word that was buried in his mind that he can't easily take away.

"Well then, do your best tomorrow? I need to go now. Better sleep early, the bus along with other decathlon participants from our school will leave around six in the morning. Don't worry, Mister Jeon will be with you."

He nodded even in his occupied state, his parents escorting the head teacher off their house.

Jimin was dazed off the thought of winning the decathlon, locking his self on his room and throwing his bags away and laying down on his bed.

"I don't want to win anymore.."

He muttered, covering his eyes with his arm letting out a shaky frustrated breath, numerous tears escaping his eyes soaking his sleeves.

His phone buzzed from his pocket, yet he left it unanswered at it's first ring.

"Jungkook.." His name was displayed on the caller ID, sliding his finger to answer the call.

"Are you home?"

It was the first the first thing he said on the phone, replying timidly on the other line.

"Yeah."

One word yet he said it in an exhausting way, his voice groggy from his previous tears, sniffing.

"What's the matter? Your voice sounded different. Are you not feeling well?"

It was amazing on how he can easily pick up his lover's emotions through a phone call. He was worried for him, knowing that he would answer that he was not fine after.

"I'm not okay."

"Did anything happen to you? Are you feeling cold? Or do you feel drained-"

"I don't want to win anymore." He dropped the word to him with his monotone voice.

"We've come far for tomorrow and you think of giving up now?"

"It's just a damn overseas scholarship and a trophy."

"You were enthusiastic earlier to win for tomorrow and now you just gave up in a blink of an eye?"

"I don't want it anymore. Don't wanna leave here, I dont wanna leave you too."

He choked in his tears, wiping it away with his sleeves. Jimin knew that it was wrong as they have gone far on studying but the thought sinked too much on his mind that he lost his motivation, drained of anything.

"Did anyone discourage you right now baby?"

"I wanna give this up. Don't wanna attend, tell me I'm sick and unmotivated for tomorrow. I-i.."

"Jimin..you can't give up just to think of me. I am trying to make your life better not just some boyfriend but also as an educator. I'd like to see you with a better future that's why I'm always pursuing you to learn than just run away and live with me." He finally broke down into tears, loudly sobbing through the phone.

"Whoever discouraged you, just think of them like a rounded up decimal in your life. No matter if they interfere with you with so much numbers, they're just a small point that will bring you up to become a higher whole number."

"A-another math related quote huh?" He breathed and giggled a little to bring their mood up again.

"Hm, I know you'll stop crying just to think of how to solve a damned math quote. Do you feel okay now?" He was feeling much better now, a small smile forming in his face.

"I'm okay now, thank you. I guess there's a sudden outflow of emotions from me since his words just sinked my mind."

"His words? Who? Did Taehyung tell you anything because I swear I'll mark his grades red-"

"No, not Tae. He didn't do anything, the head teacher dropped by here."

"Him? That damned head teacher? I should have been the one that took you home instead. What did he say to you?"

"He dropped by to have my parents sign the waiver for tomorrow's competition and he's obviously dropping subtle hints to my parents about us and.."

"And what more?"

"If I ever win and study in Tokyo, you'll just have another 'favorite' student other than me. He directly-no not really direct."

"Don't mind him, don't let that thought inside your mind he's obviously playing with you."

"But what if you really have another favorite student when I'm overseas?"

"What kind of boyfriend am I not to think of your good future? I told you those words from time to time. Besides, I'm not a fictional pedophile teacher to go around with students."

Jimin didn't reply since he got nothing to say anymore biting his lip thinking of what to say.

"I love you so much, sorry about that all of a sudden burst from me. I guess, that proves enough that it was so immature of me."

"You're actually mature enough to be able to withstand that Zaerus guy without punching him."

"You really hate him that much to just call your superior just by his name huh? But yeah, I hate him too.B-but I'm really sorry! I'll try to get back my motivation for tomorrow..I-i'll study again!"

"I'll talk to you until 9PM then you'll sleep okay? We need to wake up early tomorrow so we'll catch the school bus."

"It's just six though? Does that mean you'll be willing to talk to me that long till I sleep? Sweet!" Jimin was slowly regaining his self from earlier, jumping from his bed and laying down in another comfortable position.

"If that's what makes you happy then sure? You're too adorable to resist anyways."

"Yeah I know. Let's talk about history?"

"Hell no!"

"Just kidding, let's talk about math then?"

They talked all night on the phone, sharing giggles and some happy thoughts together along with their cheesy love words. The hours that passed didn't matter, it seemed like they didn't notice the time as well.

Falling asleep at eleven didn't matter for the big competition tomorrow surely, they both enjoyed a good relaxation before the big day waiting for them.

-------------------------------

"Jimin! Jimin! It's 6:00 o' clock! The bus will leave you soon if you dont get up!"

His mother knocked on his door so damn loud that he immediately shot up on his bed in panic.

"Six?!" Jimin immediately ran to the bathroom his towel probably going for a shocking quick cold bath.

Actually, it was just early when Jimin woke up. It was just around 4:30AM yet his mom is bothering him in exaggeration of time to get his son's ass up for the day.

"Oh shit, I didn't even changed clothes last night and I'm still in my school uniform!"

He noticed himself when he saw how he looked like in bathroom mirror but of course, even he looked like ready for the decathlon, he needs to be pampered too.

It was a quick five minute shower foe him before coming out and lathered the towel on his body fast to dry his self, scrambling to find his set of clean uniform.

"Don't tell me all of my uniform is in the laundry?!"

His mom entered the room with his uniform neatly ironed and his shoes shined.

Jimin looked at his mother his heart suddenly warming up when he saw her prepare things for him the same when he was younger.

"Woah, this is rare. You really did this mom?"

"Of course! I want you to be ready and neat looking for the decathlon. Although we'll not be present to cheer you personally atleast, I got you looking good there!"

He can't help to smile at his mother. Well, atleast she still cares and cheerful for his son.

"Here's your clothes now Jimin. And don't run, it's actually just around 4:30 in the morning. I just told you it's six so you'll get up and prepare. I made you breakfast too and I made you a lunchbox packed with your favorites."
"Aww mom really loves me!"

"Shut up, your adopted."

She giggled and left his room leaving his son to change his clothes. The smile never left his face, fixing himself throughly and his bag before going out to their dining table to eat with his parents and getting his packed lunch before leaving.

"Bye mom, bye dad! I'll make sure that I'll win or take home something for you in return of the lunch!" He waved goodbye to them as he walk away.

"Goodluck Jimin!"

His mother waved back as well, feeling determined for his son to do great.

Jimin walked happily to the school even it was early, feeling happy and more than enthusiastic than before.

"I'll win! I'll surely win for my family and Jungkook! You can do this one Park Jimin!" He said doing an air punch to motivate his self more while walking.

He arrived early, probably the other decathlon participants of their school were there as well early reading books and answering booklets and he'll probably do the same as well just to pass time.

"You're early."

Jungkook arrived earlier than him, probably more than an hour because teachers need to be there to arrange things before leaving with their mentored students.

"You too Jung- Mister Jeon!"

Jimin stucked his tounge out of his mistake that thankfully no one heard. Jungkook suddenly held one of his wrist that made him suddenly blush looking away to avoid eye contact.

"Chill, no one wil see anyway."

Jungkook gave him a bracelet, perhaps a lucky charm and he was currently wearing it on him.

"I always use this charm and win or top in everything that I join and I wanted for you to wear it this time." It was a perfect fit for him, the charm on the same hand were their couple ring was placed.

Jimin wanted to give him some affection for gratitude but it was a danger zone where they could get caught so they'll remain subtle.

"T-thank you.."

Jimin is kind of awkward to speak since he was being aware that they should be restrained for a little.

"Do you want to review for a while?" They both sat on a school bench, both in a serious manner to review while avoiding to look suspicious to people. They atleast studied for good thirty minutes before it's 5:30, thirty minutes more before they leave.

"So the bus arrived?" Jungkook said, looking at the bus being driven inside the campus.

"I need to go to the comfort room first before we go. Is the school open?" Jimin was re-packing his things and sling it to his arm deciding to bring along his things instead.

"Yeah, I'll accompany you inside. You go to the comfort room while I get some of my stuff in my table in the faculty room."

They walked inside the halls parting ways to do their respective things.

The bathroom was obviously empty as of this time, the lights off that he just switched on.

"Kinda scary but I've been into scarier things than this."

Jimin did his business in one of the stalls, being preoccupied on remembering formulas.

"Humpty dumpty sat on a dick-" he sing sang his own version of nursery rhyme while washing his hands on the sink.

He tried to opened the door but much to his horror,

"It's locked?!"

Struggling to open the door with all his might it was no use.

He was locked from the outside!

"O-open this up! Please!"

Meanwhile, Jungkook was gathering some things from his desk placing it inside his bag that he'll bring along in the decathlon to keep him entertained.

After he packed it all and plugged in his earphones, he turned the knob of the door and much to his surprise,

"I'm locked?!"

Jungkook was pretty sure that he wasn't that stupid to lock his self inside. He did shut the door but it's impossible to be locked up unless it's from the outside!

He was trying to push the door by his own might but it was hard, he was pushing from the inside!

"Hey! Open this up!" He screamed.

Two people were silently standing together after they did their schemes a smirk painted on their faces.

"I told you, they won't be able to step in that competition." The head teacher handed her the waiver and another paper.

"Heh, best of luck for them. You're gonna accompany me right?" Sigyn was more than happy, prepared like every contestants.

"Of course. You better win this one since you're better than him."

"Let's go win that decathlon then."
