As the destroyer family head back home, Lord Beerus remained quiet the whole night. Whis has taken the kittens a bath and were in bed put to sleep. Lord Beerus gave each of his kitten a kiss on the forehead before heading outside, Whis began to follow.

"Where are you going sir?"

He asked.

"I need some time to myself Whis"

Whis nodded and was stunned to hear a female singing another lullaby coming from the hallway but decided to let it be. Lord Beerus walked out towards the lake where the moon was shining brightly against the sparkling water.

Glass half empty, glass half full
Well either way you won't be going thirsty

"Sabrina, I know you're there. Come out"

He said quietly and loud enough to be heard from a few miles away. The sound of the voice got louder and clearer, a smokey purple fog appeared above the water in front of Lord Beerus but he remained still as the Sabrina's ghostly figure was floating.

"I know you went to see Yumi"

"I already had my suspicion that it was you all along"

Sabrina smiled.

"It's good to see you again beloved"

Lord Beerus refused to make eye contact with her. She sadly frown.

You don't get what all this is about

"Why won't you look at me?"

She asked.

"Because it's going to hurt me"

"Beerus please, I don't want to leave without seeing your face, one last time"

Lord Beerus took a deep breathe as he looked to her. She smiled tearfully.

"You look handsome as ever"

"So do you. Tell me why are you here?"

"I'm here because the childrens were calling out to me in their sleep"

"I know. Yumi told me about their nightmare"

Sabrina floated closer to Lord Beerus.

"Sabrina if you're here because of that I can take care of it. You need to rest, that's the reason you left for wasn't it"

"I don't want to talk about the past"

She said as she tried to grab his hand but her hand went through. She sadly looked down.

"I just.... their still my babies."

"I know they are and no one will ever take your place"

There's method in my madness

"You've change"

She commented. Lord Beerus cracked a smile.

"So I've been told"

A moment of silence past, until Lord Beerus spoke.

"You were making your presence known?"

"That's right"

"Then what took you so long to see me?"

He asked

"I wasn't sure if you were ready to see me again"

Lord Beerus sadly looked down. A moment of silence pass between them. Sabrina looked to him with tears threatening to fall.

"Beerus, please. Say something. Anything"

She pleaded. Lord Beerus lift up his head to look to her with tears trailing down his face.

"Because I wasn't ready to say goodbye again"

Sabrina gasp with a smile as tears trailed down her face creating ripples on the water.

"You made me go crazy because of your voice and your scent"

He said with a soft chuckle causing Sabrina to giggle as well.

"I'm sorry about that"

She said with a smile as she placed her hand closely on his cheek. Lord Beerus smiled at her and sigh at the cool touch.

"I don't want to leave you again"

She admitted softly.

"I know you do, but you know that we can't. Yumi will have my head if she finds out that you are still here and somehow someway she will find out, I mean you are a part of her."

"Then let's run away with the kids"

Lord Beerus shook his head

"As much as I hate to admit it but you need your rest. The little ones are going to be okay"

"But..."

"There are going to be days that we feel low and sad, but all of us needs to remember that we're not alone and sometimes that's easy for to forget. I am in control here and I have Yumi and Whis for to help me"

Sabrina sadly nodded and quickly turned her head as she turn back as if someone called her. She then turn back to face her beloved.

"I guess it really is time for me to go"

Lord Beerus nodded as he remained strong. Sabrina leaned close to press her lips against his and gently pull away.

"I'll always love you"

"I love you too, so much and I wish we had more time"

"So do I."

She then pressed her lips once against to his and snuggle close to his warmth before pulling away. Lord Beerus had tears threatening to fall.

"You will always be my queen"

"And you will always be my king"

She said as she floated backwards towards the water before disappearing. Lord Beerus let out a sigh as but held his head high with a smile as he head back inside the castle.
