Summary: Twelve-year-old Tess Kate Walker always had a thing for dogs and snow. Since she was young she knew she wanted to race sled dogs, but, growing up in London, she never got the chance. Now that her big brother is moving to Alaska, she decides to move with him. Will she be able to train her dog Alpine into a sled dog? Can she get a team and train for the competition whilst juggling school as well? Or will her dreams come crashing down?
