➵ Not Very PG

Stiles hummed as he changed the channel once again. It was a gloomy outside and there was nothing to do. We were bored out of our minds.

"How about this one?" Stiles asked. The familiar Mexican music sounded as the commercial ended.

"Stiles, as much as I love novellas, I do not feel like watching over dramatized shows." I sighed, laying my head on his lap with my feet dangling off of the couch's arm rest.

"True, true." Stiles muttered as he changed the channel. "Okay, how about...this one?"

"Are you trying to be funny?" I perked an eyebrow at my boyfriend. It seemed to be an ocean documentary, most likely PG, that was on the screen. The scuba divers focused their camreas onto a school of snapper fish.

"What? No..." Stiles trailed off, biting back a grin. I gave him a look. Stiles gave me a cheeky grin. "Maybe...okay yes. But! You can understand what the fish are saying...right?"

"Yeah..."

"So, can you repeat it?" Stiles beamed. I looked back at the school of fish to see them ignore the scuba divers.

"If you want I guess. This is a way to entertain ourselves." I shrugged.

"Okay, awesome!" Stiles pecked my lips. I chuckled and rolled my eyes. "What's that one saying?"

"These creatures keep getting uglier and uglier. How do the gods and demigods deal with them?"

"I, okay, okay." I giggled. "Here I go. 'These creatures keep getting uglier and uglier. How do the gods and demigods deal with them?' And she's talking about the scuba divers. They think the costume is their actual apperance."

"They don't know that we wear suits?" Stiles asked.

"Most of them do, but if they are one of the fishes that aren't really exposed to humans then no." I explained.

"Hmm." Stiles nodded, he stared at the screen as another fish swam by. "How about that one?"

"Stupid freaking humans. Polluting our waters one second then filiming our lives the next. They need to stop dumping their crap in our homes."

"Well that isn't very PG." I laughed out.

"What did he say?" Stiles questioned. I told him what the grumpy Alaska blackfish had said. Stiles laughed. "Well who knew fish had such fowl language?"

"You'd be surprised." I chuckled out.

"Okay, okay. Next one."

"Shit. Crap. I'm late. I left them all alone. I'm late. She's gonna kill me. They are all going to kill me. Crapity crap. I'm dead. I'm- "  The fish was cut off as a shark swam behind it. When the shark opened it's mouth, the scene changed.

"He just got eaten..." Stiles said with wide eyes. My mouth dropped from shock.

"Well someone has to change into a male now." I muttered.

"What?" Stiles looked down at me.

"He was a blackspot angelfish. Those type if fish usually only have one male in the group. The rest are females. The male acts as a security guard and he protects the rest of the fish. If something were to happen to him, the biggest female would start to take the role of the male and protect the other females. Eventually, her color would change from yellow to blue and she would grow the black stripes. Her organs and body functions turn into a males." I explained.

"So she gets a sex change basically." Stiles summarized.

"Yeah. All to keep the others safe and help produce more fish."

"You're pretty smart when it comes to marine life. Have you ever thought about getting a career in it?" Stiles asked.

"Yeah, I have." I nodded, sitting up. "Either marine biology or a wildlife veterinarian."

"I'm assuming wildlife veterinarian is just for marine life?"

"This one, yes." I smiled.

"My little fish nerd." Stiles grinned, wrapping his arms around me and bringing me into his chest.

"Shut up." I giggled, trying to get out of his hold.

"Oh no. You're stuck with me, missy." Stiles tightened his hold.

"But what if I don't wanna?" I teased.

"That is no way to treat your wonderful boyfriend!" Stiles sputtered out.

"Wonderful?" I perked an eyebrow. Stiles gasped. I laughed and pecked his cheek. "I think you meant hunky-dory."

"Where did you hear that from?" Stiles laughed.

"Annabeth." I shrugged. "The two of us were bored one day and decided to say a word and then say as many synonyms as we could."

"What was the word?"

"Marvelous." I beamed. Stiles smiled, his eyes lighting up. He cupped my face and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, bringing my body closer to his. My fingers made their way into his hair. Stiles' hands made it's way to my hips, pulling me onto his lap.

Our lips moved in sync as we made out. Savouring every moment. My fingers tightened their hold on Stiles' hair, causing him to moan. Not wanting to, Stiles pulled away.

"You're amazing, you know that?" Stiles breathed out. Our foreheads were touching as we gasped for air.

"It doesn't hurt to hear it more often." I chuckled out. Stiles rolled his eyes, a smile twitching on his lips. "You're amazing too, Stiles."

"I'm glad I almost ran over you with Roscoe." Stiles laughed.

"I'm glad I blindly walked onto the road." I grinned.

"Fate has a weird way of gettting us together, huh?"

"Fates, actually, but yeah." I nodded. Suddenly, a white dove popped into the room and flew at me. "Aphrodite! Wait! No!"

The love goddess didn't listen. She attacked Stiles and I, pecking our skin and tugging at our hair. I swatted her away, only for a wing to slap my hand.

"Okay, ow. Ah! Okay, okay!" Stiles grumbled, protectively wrapping his arms around my head. He had my head buried in his chest as he used the rest if his body to protect me from the angry love goddess.

"Okay! We get it! You set us up! Now leave us alone." I muffled out. With a squawk, the dove poofed away. "Geesh. They get offended so easily."

Thunder boomed. I rolled my eyes and looked up at Stiles. Small scratches lingered on his skin. Frowning, I got out of his hold and cupped his face.

"What?"

"You're hurt. Let me go-"

"Nev, I'm fine. It's just scratches." Stiles said, grabbing a hold of my hands.

"But-"

"I'm fine." Stiles repeated. I sighed and nodded. He grinned and pecked my forehead.

"Thank you. For shielding me." I kissed his cheek. "I could have protected myself, you know?"

"Yeah, I know. Gotta protect my beautiful girlfriend. Even if it's from a dove." Stiles grinned.

"My hero."
