Belleza's Castle at the top of the City a very large one that could be considered a small city by it's size

The Capital itself not only was very Defensible but also surrounded by mountain Ranges again Ronan personally Crafted that would give Invaders a very Difficult time to Invade as the Capital Region that he Personally Rule with other Cities and Fortresses that defend the Capital city itself with another City below them, they are all built like a Military fortress so that none of the Invaders could truly able to Reach the Capital City or perhaps given them such a Massive Casualties as it would give them enough time to counter attack

It has also it's own skyport where it's skyfleet would also defend it, and they have the highest quality of materials to better do their duty along with patrol their Province as it was the center in the continent

Ronan have ruled the Imperium for 30,000 Years since it's very foundation and he had ruled as the Immortal Emperor, Though he may not be always present at his Subjects he would also choose a trusted steward to rule the Imperium

Ronan believes in Merits thus the Imperium is a Meritocracy state rather than Aristocracy and Ronan knows the Values of faith, he is being worship though he discourage it but nonetheless let it prosper, he mostly teaches them about the Importance of his Values like it's okay to be faithful to their Creator and Angels but he ingrained them that only fools that would trust to their deities with their lives, that which he able to have to establish a near Fanatic and Zealous believers at the same time independence, as they know that even their those they are praying have their own sort of problems that they have to deal with thus they have to deal with their own problem so that they won't be going divert those they believe and love their attention from their troubles that they are dealing with

Anu was the most Worship, with Ronan, Tyrael and Auriel tied 2nd with Maltheal being 3rd Itherael 4th and Inarious and Imperius are the last though Imperius are being preyed from time to time during Battle

Due to Ronan's Encouraging of self-reliant instead of praying to them constantly to solve their problems, he is able to make the people loved and venerated them, so much so that anyone who tried to criticize them would be meet with death especially if you are a foriegner that which they learned it the hard way, as He along with his Wives have Ruled the Imperium with Benevolence and thus Their Loyalty to him and to the High Heavens are Absolute and no one can break it, not even inside

He also ordered to build 3 Great Walls in the Imperium for any Invasion and it stands the Height for miles preventing anyone that would try to invade it, for 30,000 Years no Mortal Army could even breach a single wall with only the exception of the Void Army due to their Massive Numbers and Powerful creatures on their side, which is a reason why he built it in the first place and added layers upon layers of runes and powerful magic to further enhance it's already incredible durability thus a reason why no army could Invade them along with the most durable materials to build the Great Walls

Due to the Imperium's Massive Resources, population, Military power, Economy, and Technological Power, it become the largest and Most powerful Nation in the Entirely of Sanctuary with many Kingdoms both Respect and feared them, with only undiscovered kingdoms are the only ignorant of their true power

The only thing that could threatened them are the High Heavens which is they are quite close, Burning Hell have close bond thanks to Ronan's marriage with Rias but still questionable due to the demons Nature, and most of all the Void Forces

Ronan was seating upon his Throne, for thousands of years that he had ruled and guided his Empire from it's darkest hours when the 1st void Invasion in the world of Santuary, Ronan have led the Charge against the forces of the Void where he still Remembers the death of his 1st Mortal Lover when she Valiantly Defend her people as they are being evacuated only to be Overrun, to this Day his Rage and Hatred towards the Void was Unmatched that even overshadowed his hatred to the Demons of the Burning Hell

Currently he was assuming his 9 ft tall human form looking at his subjects, He was stoic as he watch at their discussion as currently, another Void Invasion has appeared and he had to deal with it himself, though it was a touch fight, he along with th forces of Heaven and Hell haven't have Damage the Void Forces as they keep attacking, with other Continents are completely consumed by their rampage

There is another Continent Called Mistarcia halfway through the world it's a small continent with other Races including humans themselves, though they only have small number of kingdoms and population and they are not that technologically advance or powerful in that matter

There Ronan remembered a Technology there hidden for a future mortal race to use against the Void forces, along with new lesser immortals that his Father had created to protect the Continent from other Threats, but their hubris and arrogance had made them looked down to the mortal races though it was only after the death of their king who sacrifice himself along a demon lord to stop a powerful Dragon that Escape the Imperium's grasp it is very powerful dragon capable of destroying a city, but it was several times been beaten either by the Imperium or the Angels and Demons but it always escape their grasp

The other lesser gods and angels and demons in Mistarcia only know them in myth and Legends not knowing that even the Mortal Races are Older than them

Rias Younger Sister of Lilith and Daughter of Mephesto Prime Evil of Hate and Wife of Ronan Formerly his Hated Enemy with passion for the past millions of years

And Lacus Nee Clyne Current Mortal Wife of Ronan

"Mistarcia has been invaded by the forces of the Void, should we help them Brother?" Said Nath a Seraphim and the Most powerful and Trusted ally of Ronan who have served him since his very Creation and still Loyal to him after for millions of years always follows him around and known to be one of the greatest Angels to ever live and Seraphim are Beneath to the Archangels but they are the 2nd Highest Rank and Power in Heaven with some even able to fight the Lesser Prime Evils in single combat

"Brother, we have tried to stop the Void but this time they attack in full force, even in our Abilities i do not think it would be a wise decision to send our siblings to fight a continent that is not even alighted to the High Heavens" Said John another Seraphim and the Commander of Ronan's Honor Guard He along with Nath with some Seraphims are Above other Seraphim in terms of Raw Power and Skills in Combat

"He is right" Said joshua another Seraphim "The last time we attack we Failed due to their Massive Numbers, they would likely attack Tempest as the last one, we both all know we have the largest and Most Powerful Empire even if we back it up, there would be high Casualties in the Mortal Side especially their Creator the Void god has return and would likely have a score to Settle with our Father and the Demon god Tathamet"

As they are talking Ronan looks at him Brothers who are all disguise themselves as Humans with a sight not that they could beaten them, they were being ambushed by the Void god and the Void lords who taken them by surprise thus they recieve mass casualties

""The Void lords are likely still would want to challenge us again, after all only the Archangels and the Prime Evils could challenge them" Said Rias his wife with a frowned, she was Different than her kind or her elder Sister, unlike them she grows tired and wary of the War even more so than to her Sister, she join fled with Lilith and Inarious to Sanctuary to bid their time, though as time pass she begun to care to the mortals whom she looked down due to their mortality and frailty but she begun to care for them so much so that she doesn't want a War between the Heaven and Hell, due to that when she Surrender herself to Ronan as a sign of peace she even told them about her Sister and lover of their whereabouts as she begun to also hate Inarious of how he was fallen to Lilith's Temptation and Manipulation even though two of them are equally Manipulative to each other something Rias found that the two really are suited each other even if her Sister Wanted Ronan due to his Indomitable Will and Rage, Rias have tried that so many times that she had Forgotten to count and each one was met with failure, Ronan was not an Angel that could be temp due to his Love to Aurial and his Legendary hatred towards the demons of hell, all Prime evils fears him not even her father could direct Ronan's rage to others as temptation and manipulation never work against him 

her human form is a beautiful red haired tall young Woman in her 18 years old with Blue eyes, she is naturally had blue eyes which is unheard of from her kin it's quite beautiful that Mephesto sometimes dislike as it has an aura of unsual kindness that her father despise and Mephesto had little love to her, well it become better after Lilith's treachery, even then Rias was lucky enough not to get punish by her father, When Ronan descend upon Sanctuary to have a better understanding of the Mortal Races, he had covers his divinity that which not even his siblings would know that he was in santuary or even know where his Location is

Same with Rias as she likes to the mortal world and mingle with the mortal races, there they had met and date each other, though Rias begun to fall in Love to him when he saved her during the 1st Void Invasion, and fully in love to each other in their Mortal disguise form and shock when they revealed themselves

Said Lacus with a sad tone, she is currently his Mortal Wife whom he had fallen in love due to her Great Beauty and most of all her benevolence that which she Catches his attention, Though Ronan would rather choose the hard way to get her like doing a disguise rather than choosing her outright as he has a habit of testing his mortal lovers if they are worthy to be an Empress of the Imperium

"She is right your Majesty, sending an offensive force to protect the kingdom of Anatae, we would be better off to Reinforce our defenses and refugees are flooded in the Imperuim and we still accept it until the Immortal Emperor say so" Said one of the Generals

Lacus could only sight in sadness of hearing such a bad news

"I've heard all your discussion" Said Ronan as he finally spoke "My decision is final we will not be sending our forces to help them, doing so would repeat last time, we would wait for our enemies to come to us and we will do everything in our power to drive them back"

Ronan then stood along with Aurial "We would be going to the High Heavens to strategize, Rias would be left here along with my 2nd in Command Nath and my Eldest son Astarion in Charge until we returned" Said Ronan

"We won't be long" said Auriel

As they are about to transform into their real form a Bright flash of light suddenly engulf them and blinded them not even the Angels and Nephilim are immune to this

"What in my Father's name was going on!" Ronan Roared as he himself was even affected by this bright light which is impossible by the angels, he saw Rias have to cover herself he din't waste time to grab all of his wives and Shield them from the bright light

Unknown to them, the Imperium was not alone engulf by the Light but also the High Heaven and the Burning Hell

Celestine promp up from her sleep with a yelp that which was enough to draw attention

She said still fearing that Celestine's Vision where all of them are being rape that which drove Celestine almost to insanity due to the repeated Vision she has as they still battling Olga and the Black Dogs are doing progress thus she never understand why Celestine had such a dream despite that they have a clear hope of defeating Olga
