As its name suggests, this is where Overwatch's briefings and debriefings happen. Everything said within the walls of this room are meant only for the ears of those within it. The command centre also happens to house the self-improving AI known as Cortana, a replication of the consciousness of one of the world's most tactically able mind, which has the ability to control the base, everything from locking doors to activating a remotely controlled turret system.
