Quirk: Suppressant
- The ability to stop any circuit so long as the user understands how it works.
- Circuit can be either organic or inorganic.
- Works by suppressing the specific central mechanism of the circuit.
- User can suppress components of own body. This includes physical pain, emotions, etc.
- When used on the minds of others, flashes of memories rarely can be seem. This is completely involuntary on the users part. Emotions associated with memories must be extremely powerful.
- While it lacks raw power, this quirk is extremely versatile if used correctly.

Hero Costume:
(Obviously you can envision it however you want. This is just what I picture it as.)

Costume Details:
*Suit
  - Made of a lightweight yet sturdy material. Protects against mild impact.
- Favors mobility over strength.
- Pants have a bit more support. Ribbed sections of metal allow for the user to fall from higher heights than usual and sustain minimal damage.
*Boots
- Like the pants, are a bit more structured.
- Soles of shoes are springed to minimize impact while kicking or landing.
- Also provides a bit of extra speed when running.
*Gloves
- Wrists and hands are supported with metal ribbing to prevent injuries.
- However material on palms and fingertips is thin enough to allow signals from the users brain to person or object.
*Helmet
- Overall the most important aspect of the costume due to how vital the users brain is while using their quirk.
- Protects both the cranium and neck from potential trauma.
- Emits low intensity binaural frequencies. These sound waves increase hemispheric synchronization and drive the electrical activity of the users brain into a more powerful state. This can increase concentration, ability to remain calm, and reaction time.
