The floating Home City of some of the big named heroes and villains ( as well as rising ones ), a prime hub center for commerce and trade...on most days where the isn't some powered crazy terrorizing the populous.

Located right over the ruins of old New york, the city is sometimes believed to be its successor. Complete with a number of hospitals, shopping centers, pre made living quarters vegetation belts and artificial water falls to tie in a look of excellent for those outside it's slums.
