health is a great gift to life. it can helf you to become happy and healthier person. If you have a good heath, you not only feel better, you also decrease medical problems such as: diabetes, heart attacks, high cholesterol, and hypertension. There are many way to keep fit.
1. Get more sleep.
Sleep is important. when you sleep, your body repairs itself. Almost people have not enough sleep time. Sleep affect to your mood and work. If you are lack of sleep, try to change your habits, you should sleep eight hours every night.
2. a better diet.
Look at your diet and change it. If you like to snacking, you should eat a piece of fruit or a few nuts. You can eat small meals to replace for a big meal. make sure each meal contains at least one part of fruit and vegetables. The market sell a lot of low calorie fruits and vegetables such as: apples, carrots, bananas, tomatoes and peas. These are healthy foods and it is benefit for your health.
3. Stop all bad habits.
Let’s look at your lifestyle and make a small list of everything you do that is not good for your health. This could be anything such as: eating too much, drinking too much caffeine, smoking. Start the process of breaking these habits one by one.
4. Exercise.
We all should have at least 30 minutes of exercise, 3 to 4 or more times a week, to keep fit. It can be anything like: walking, cycling, running, swimming,weightlifting, etc. almost exercises are inexpensive, and you just doing a simple exercise, like walking, swimming, or running a few times a week. you will have a good body and good heart.
